Satisfaction is speeding up

Whatever is happening, you can train the mind to know that reasons for satisfaction are infinite and accessible now.  You are beginning to grasp that as you let go of thoughts, you also let go of dissatisfaction, feel lighter and find yourself opening to a more hopeful or optimisitic perspective where you are.  You realize the perceptions that prevent you from relishing every moment exist only as you dwell on them and allow them to control you. 

Even now, you are willing to give up clinging to inclinations to complain, to notice anything other than abundance, health, well-being and meaningful lessons from all you do. This is about creating momentum of energy in directions that expand you in deliberate ways. 

Imagine the feeling of pushing against (or resisting) nothing.  Imagine asking for what matters to you and experiencing that very thing.  Feel the harmony, the validation and uplifting lightness of being that flows.  Step back and realize that regardless of what the logical mind and physical senses tell you reality is at this moment, something beyond that echoes struggle and doubt are unfounded. Access your unwavering faith and trust.  Talk about what you want.  Feel the freedom you crave.  Be the very thing you dream about.  Know it is here,  sense relief and gratitude.  Invite it into being with love.  Believe it exists and so it is.

Give yourself permission to go

You know the core directions.  Yet, sometimes you lose your sense of direction.  Mind convinces you that you are doing just fine even when in truth, you feel disoriented.  Ever choose a direction because it feels upwards or downwards? or other people people are choosing it? or it enables you to feel challenged?  

Notice what brings you out of darkness, out of the mist. Remember to trust deeper states of being.  What if you choose the path that enables you to feel more serenity, harmony and freedom? Each moment you liberate self from the past, from pain, you align with inner joy, recall stillness.  You allow self to be there. You find all you seek in the heart.  You feel it.  Being gentle and compassionate overcomes inner resistance. Meditate not to get things but to remember how to let things go. You feel healthy and free.

When the questions disappear

As questions that form in the mind fade away, you may forget the original purpose in asking.  You may conclude that silence is where the answers exist and suddenly trigger your own revelations.  There is no time like the present to notice what you imagine and why.

To grasp where and who you are is to be in harmony with all that is.  To realize you are in conflict with something or someone reveals you resist the harmonius state of being, that you choose to struggle against full acceptance.  Whenever you do not feel at peace, step back.  Observe.  Situations and perceptions do not punish anyone.  We only ever choose to punish ourselves and imagine reasons for all that.

What kind of world do you create?

Consider what it feels like to see as the mind and heart do alone. Consider how it feels to imagine you are separate from everything and then how it feels to be one with everything.

When someone is sick, notice your response or indifference. If a person is experiencing apparent challenges,notice whether you feel hardened and detached, whether you are conditioned to feel alienated that person or detached from what the physical senses tell you.

Now, imagine a world of balance and harmony. What are you doing to benefit others and also awaken to certain traits and characteristics within? Recognize that how you think and feel creates the world in which you live. At any given moment, you can choose another vantage point, another "way of seeing."  Every state is simply a state unless it is coloured or intepreted and judged by the mind.

What if you are not what you think?

Consider what you think and feel has being.  What it you conclude you could not possibly be what you think self to be? How does this kind of revelation transform your perception and your life?  What if everyone is right as they are? Things break down to reveal who you are.

Let's say harmony heals all divisions or sense of separation.  The clearer you understand that on the level of mind you understand self in negative terms only, the faster you reconnect with what it means to exist as a limitless being. Heart and spirit remind you what matters.

You cannot be separated from who you are by governments, religions, money, labels, and external anything.  The biggest power is not what you think. Perception evolves according to circumstances.  Every step of awareness is how you choose to Transform your life.
