What kind of world do you create?

Consider what it feels like to see as the mind and heart do alone. Consider how it feels to imagine you are separate from everything and then how it feels to be one with everything.

When someone is sick, notice your response or indifference. If a person is experiencing apparent challenges,notice whether you feel hardened and detached, whether you are conditioned to feel alienated that person or detached from what the physical senses tell you.

Now, imagine a world of balance and harmony. What are you doing to benefit others and also awaken to certain traits and characteristics within? Recognize that how you think and feel creates the world in which you live. At any given moment, you can choose another vantage point, another "way of seeing."  Every state is simply a state unless it is coloured or intepreted and judged by the mind.

Yes, that's true ! Universe is a one unit creation and totally connected in amazing ways !What I would like to say is I really notice that I am even connected to the Moon postion in its own orbit ! So, when it is a full Moon, I feel happy and strong and the opposite when it is dark !This may look as an usual relationship between a planet and a human being, but this really exists and I do really feel it !

Ibrahim, awakening is all about raising awareness of sensations and sharpening discernment. Its common for the mind to pose questions and selectively forget the answers. To explore freedom implies permitting the self to experience intense emotions. The truth of who you are is remembered through your choices to be, to feel and to expand into all that is.

While it's perhaps difficult to understand how easy it is to choose another viewpoint, practice clarifies this. When one musters the will to choose, for instance, to unlock a hardened heart just enough to let in a sliver of light in the form of loving patience, the resulting feeling of freedom will become the enticement to try a bit less hesitantly the next time. And so the practice becomes easier. Freedom is the reward for making the first choice.
