4 Tips to transform relationships

If you desire to change soething about your relationships, its helpful to realize you must begin with yourself.  Reflect on these 4 tips to transform your relationships by shifting your point of attention inward:

1. Notice relationships mirror beliefs:

Your beliefs about relationships, men, women, children, pets, love and anything emerge as relationships. The beliefs each person holds prompt us to react and act  to support our growth and conscious awakening.  In order to experience anything or anyone you must first relate to it. For instance, the nature of relationships reflects what you are choosing to vibrate. Even if your partner is being faithful, if you vibrate distrust you will look for reasons to prove otherwise and you experience an echo of this.  Beliefs that govern your experiences and relationships point to subconscious core beliefs.  Since your relationships are based on them, you perpetuate a vicious circle until they are made conscious and healed.

2. Be accountable for all your qualities:

Every quality you see in your partner, is your mirror. The more you dislike a certain quality, the more it is showing you a part of your consciousness that you are not acknowledging. For instance, if you dislike your partner's jealous nature, you will find that you too are jealous perhaps not of him or her but of others. If your partner's or child's competitiveness annoys you, this reveals you do not see competitiveness in yourself. If your partner's negativity or insecurities get you down, this reveals the same about you. The only reason that these qualities are annoying you is because they are also yours. As long as you do not acknowledge them as your own they will continue to frustrate you, while owning up to them allows you to grow.   You may find that even some positive qualities annoy you. For example, if your partner's overly kind and giving nature frustrates you, it reveals you want to be more generous but resist. Alternatively, your partners' ability to forgive may make you uneasy. See it as an opportunity to forgive.

3. Own what frustrates you in others:

When your partner acts in ways that upset you, you too act in the same way, most likely not towards him or her but towards yourself and probably others. The more some behaviour frustrates you, the more it reflects a part of you that you are not owning. If your partner treats you with disrespect, look within yourself and see who you treat with similar disrespect, whether it be a friend, a family member or yourself. If your partner criticises you, you will find that you are critical of yourself and others. If your partner ignores your needs, you will find that you too ignore your own needs or those of others. Ultimately, you teach others how to treat you by how you treat yourself.

You may find that the quality you see in your partner appears to be the opposite of your own quality, but in fact it is the same quality expressed in a different way. It is still your mirror. For example, the introvert attracts the extrovert, the weak attracts the strong, the giving attracts the taking. Such seemingly opposite partners attract each other so that they can learn from each other and bring their own extreme quality into balance. In order to attract your opposite, you yourself have to be at the other end of the spectrum and so are unbalanced as far as that quality is concerned. Simply put, opposites attract in search of balance. When none of your qualities are at either extreme of the spectrum, then you can no longer attract its opposite.

4. Face the truth of all relationships:

Emotionally and physically abusive relationships mirror qualities/ core beliefs like any other relationship. At the root of abusive relationships is a deep lack of self-worth in the abused partner. The only way to rise above such relationships is through the power of self-love.  The more you love yourself, the less you put up with any lesser behaviour toward you from others, the more you invite a mirror of self loving treatment.

6 Tips to re-invent yourself

You read here with the desire to re-invent yourself.  Whether or not you realize it, your human form is changing every moment.  Cells are dying and being replaced by new cells.  Packets of energy at every level are moving, even if this goes unnoticed. Her are six tips to consciously re-invent yourself.

1) Know this moment is a blank slate

Whatever you think you have done has no relevance to this moment. Observe the ego stick its head in, eager to judge and compare.  Ego limits this moment in linear time, in terms of past, present and future. Soul only knows Now. Stay out of the clutches of mediocrity. Each moment the sun is shining in a new way, but only very few encounter it.

2)  Change so often you defy categorisation

Its possible to have many tools in you toolbox or multiple rotating roles and still resist conventional labels. Do what inspires you. Have multiple roles if you resonate with that. Express those creative juices as they flow. This may be par for the course if redundancy hits, if your professional or leisure interests change or if generating money becomes a temporary issue.  Come what may, relish every role and learn something.

3) Be self-taught

You can read books, listen to podcasts, watch youtube videos, paint or sculpt intuitively  Come to see everything and everyone is a possible mentor that invites you to learn and unlearn. Its up to you to limit the scope or not.

4) If you take an initiative, go all the way

Be willing to pull all the stops, including detach from the familliar.  This could mean shifting priorities and attention, letting go of certain relationships, roles and commitments. It could mean losing friends and your mind, alienating relatives.  It  is the willingness to let go of what you currently think is important to discover something as of yet unseen or unrecognized.  Be open to what enters your awareness and run with it.

5) Trust intuition implicitly

This lifetime is a limited time warranty. It has a no-return policy. This moment is a gift for you to create what gives your life meaning. Instances of indelible awe, excitement and bliss are always available as are others.

6) Allow transformation to happen

Do whatever makes you feel most alive. When you are alive in the body, be the kind of person whose presence people wish to experience and will miss when you are gone. The willingness to change your mind, to free the mind of idle thoughts, is the willingness to shift perception and transform your sense of reality.

4 Ways to transform yourself

What are you truly seeking? This is something you must clarify for yourself.  If you do not know what you really want, the question of how to create it does not arise.  Ponder four ways to transform yourself from a piece of creation to being a conscious creator, a power to reckon with:

1. Maintain a steady stream of thought

Maintain a steady stream of thought without deviation, and the thought must happen. Generate a powerful thought and let it out. Express it repeatedly. Know and feel it is happening. Generally people use faith to hide a negative thought. Trust takes your vibration to a whole new level.

2. Commit Yourself

To commit yourself whole-heartedly means you make or allow something to happen without standing in its way. There is no such thing as something is possible or not possible.  The happening is a natural following. For a committed person, there is no such thing as failure.

3. Focus on this planet

Many people focus on what is happening on other planets.  All the good things that you, a human being can experience, are often linked to other people, other planets, angels or heaven.  This is perpetuating the illusion of separation, of human mind wanting something to happen rather than living it now.  Many things can be brought into your perception. Focus on being here and knowing love is here not somewhere else.  All you are is accessible when you let go of filters that tell you otherwise.

4.  Address and create what you really want

All that any human being is seeking is pleasantness within himself and pleasantness around him.  Health and pleasure (body) Peace and joy (mind), love and compassion (emotion), blissfulness and exstacy (energy). Today wherever you go, create a peaceful and loving world. Once your thought, mind, emotion and energy are established, organized, aligned in one direction, you activate the source of creation within.  Once you access this innate power, your creative ability skyrockets and you create what you want.  What finds expression in the human mind takes shape in the external world. Learning to control what arises in the mind transforms yourself and the world you perceive, which is a reflection of how you perceive yourself.  Because creation exists, humans assume a separate creator exists and forget Source is within.

Pinpoint the hidden key

Every moment, you have your finger on the hidden key to your own transformation.  You can only ever reveal this to yourself.  Be aware of a feeling of avoidance. Recognize when you feel sensitive. Every feeling is a pointer, a guide to true nature.

As you cease to take things personally,  a new kind of seeing starts to emerge.  What you see is what you are.  Who or what is hiding?  Go deeper.  Discover who is here when your individualized personality and perceived issues are not.  When will what matters most to others matter the most to you?

Consider the possibility you do not experience different personalities, but different bodies in different lifetimes which experience the same universal lessons. You cannot escape looking deeply into yourself forever. Illusions are dissolving.  Celebrate the journey to love deeper than ever before.  Appreciate everyone you meet.  Each one is a version of you bringing you closer to the heart.  Every moment and breath is an expression of love.  Love yourself in response to all you feel.

What is already transforming?

Notice what is changing in your life. How you respond to change shapes degrees of expansion.  Aspects of you are already transforming from an invisible cellular level to visible conditions like relationships, where you live, what you perceive and the nature of your surroundings. Notice the changeless remains the same. The degree to which you are open to the unfolding determines what you allow into experience.  Be observant. Marvel at the miracle that is essence of being.
