I'm getting better at recognizing this. For instance; when I realize I'm feeling down, I become aware of the thoughts I've been thinking. They're always fearful thoughts, or doubts in myself, etc., and I've become caught up in their current. Just by stopping and making note of this is enough to shift the mood.

BTW, I LOVE the cover of your new book, "Transform Your Life". It is said that a bird in the hand is better than two in the bush - yet we know that if we are not satisfied with the bird in the hand, we must let it go in order to grasp something else. Fear keeps us holding on...and keeps us in perpetual states of needing what we really don't need. "Meditate not to get things but to remember how to let things go. You feel healthy and free." So, true, Liara.
