What is emerging?

Even right now, you are taking action that itself makes that action more beautiful. People are conditioned to focus on what they gain on a physical level.  As you begin to awaken, you gain insight into nothing.  You come to feel its the nature of love to express itself, to make itself known and to work through what unfolds.  To feel the world you perceive is love in action allows self to expand.  How to  do it?

One suggestion is to consider how your views on suffering invite change.  Any call for attention is also a gesture of love.  The love you are exists to expand, deepen consciousness and understanding of being.  When love is withheld, suffering is permitted to spread.  You stop taking for granted dreams can exist without dreamers. You shift to focus on how everything you do is a step to Transform your life.

Sense the presence of the cosmic witness

The cosmic witness is understood as the universal source; omniscient, omni-present, and infinitely guiding remembering.  It is not separate from you.  Consider these 10 steps to ascertain and sense the presence and of the cosmic witness and what it is not:

1) Awaken to your own ego-created desires that exist at the root of your suffering.

2) Step back from the insatiable ego & illusions you create to reinforce perceived problems.

3) Reflect on underlying reasons for your desires, hopes, fears & attachments that create the above.

4) Notice the nature of ingrained beliefs  that prompt you to self-judge and imagine what is not there.

5) Recall cosmic consciousness is the core state that re-aligns you with true nature.

6) Explore why the mind imagines limitation, inadequacy, reasons for insecurity & loneliness.

7) Let go of beliefs which are themselves conditioned mental delusions.

8) Practice forgiveness of self and others then realize reasons for forgiveness are illusion.

9) Recall the feeling of "right action" & be what it is that reinforces who you are.

10) Realize that every choice impacts perceived self and the whole universe.

How to help someone you cherish

Part of you is connected to everyone so someone else's hardship may seem like yours.  How often have you felt you would like to help someone out of their misery? Can you recall when you have wished to alleviate someone's pain? Maybe you dream of eliminating their obstacles or heartache.  As you begin to align yourself, you realize loving them means allowing them to forge their own path.  Every person exists to climb his or her own mountains, and sometimes people decide to slip and fall.  They may or may not get up.

You may be a parent who hopes to save your child from making the same mistakes you perceive you did.  You may be a spouse who would like your partner's life to be easier than it seems at the office.  You may be a teacher who witnesses bullying and would like to fight your student's battles.  You may be  a health care worker who would like to minimize or alleviate a patient's suffering.  You may be a child caring for a sick parent or relative and hope for healing when the person does not wish to recover.  How to help them?

Right at this moment, you begin to realize the soul understands whatever you perceive is an extension of your own pain. You have worry, fear, doubt, grief that you might be holding onto. As you do, you project reasons to experience these feelings in the physical world.  Other people's experiences are what give them insight into themselves, into life. It is not up to you to live anyone else's life.

As you choose to help yourself, you are helping everyone around you.  You are not meant to control other people, to judge what is best for them.  You are invited to love them as they are, to love yourself as you are. Consciously choose to let go.  Align with self-acceptance.  You know deep within, that everything is well. Express love.  Your choices help you Transform Your life.

Grasp the scope of suffering

To connect more deeply with people, common Humanity, and to better understand thyself, it's useful to deepen understanding of the scope of suffering.  What types of suffering do you notice or overlook? How do you react? With emotion? Indifference? Compassion? Now what?

1) Mental & physical pain: This includes everything from the stubbed toe and toothache, back pain and arthritis, to discomfort and restlessness.  If you overindulge in something, like food, or exercise, you may know physical pain. Most people seek to medicate, to heal if possible, and to move beyond pain psychologically and otherwise. You may not know that believing in or dwelling on pain gives it life. What if pain is actually illusion that you devise, bring on or exaggerate? Notice what you observe, the story you tell. Do people magnify their sense of suffering to cling to the past or something else unreal? What about yourself?

2) Financial pain: You may find it easier to empathize with someone who experiences poverty than with someone living in apparent prosperity. Yet, suffering is a perception, state of mind, that can be linked to every condition. Why distinguish someone as being better off than another? Is this not a way to perpetuate illusion of separation and suffer yourself?

3) Emotional pain. Temporary pleasures have an underlying nature of pain or loss.  As you grasp nature of overuse and impermanence in anything you experience, you can gain insight into the power of resistence, temptation and the potential difficulty of adapting to what you have when it differs from what you desire. Dissatisfaction is a feeling you may find yourself grappling with on some level.  Notice when emotions control you and you, them.

4) Conditioned pain. People are constantly being influenced by cause, conditions, and events beyond their control. This kind of cycle can create a sense of suffering. You may become susceptible to undesirable experiences which alienate you and convince you that you must feel discomfort. You may also sense helplessness because you're unable to control the actions and reactions of other people.  Rather than take steps to control the uncontrollable, be open to gain insight into yourself.  Expand your awareness of suffering.

Consider the benefits of moving beyond a superficial understanding of suffering. Your sense of peace and contentment would not falter. As you interact with people then, you could imagine painful situations, and yet, not be controlled by them.  Instead, you remain grounded in  inner nature.   As you grasp meaning behind your actions, you'll effectively remove yourself from conditioning and expand how you see and connect with people.

Accept that suffering includes more than what you think you know.  As you expand your vision, you'll understand better suffering means more than what one has or has not.  Deficiency is a human invention.  Perception differs. We have much to unlearn.

"Nothing is more conducive to peace of mind than not having any opinion at all." -George Lichtenberg
