Quote of the Day

“The world we are experiencing today is a result of our collective consciousness,
and if we want a new world, each of us must start taking responsibility for helping create it.”

The key to everything

It is often overlooked or forgotten that the key to everything: love, fulfillment, remembering, is healing the relationship with yourself.  Your life purpose, Soul-orientation, the state of your health and well-being, and level of energy all arise as a natural extension of your own clarity.

When emotional or other energy is blocked, your purpose and ability to manifest it in this lifetime is blocked.  The key to everything is how well you know yourself, uncover, purify, and release core beliefs in practice. Now is the perfect moment to make what drives you and holds you back conscious.  When you are ready to dig deep, rediscover priceless gold, take a leap of faith.  Trust your intuition and contact us about how we can guide you to empower yourself.

"You weren't born a person of cringe and contraction.  You were born as energy, as life, made of the same stuff as the stars, blossoms, breezes.  You learned contraction to survive, but that was then." -Anne Lamotte

5 Keys to Intuitive decision-making

Intuition is receiving inspiration and guidance from outside yourself.  Your greatest source of creativity is accessed when you tune into something beyond you, lose yourself in the joy and fulfillment of an activity.  This is like becoming one with it, dissolving the illusion of separation.

Most of us are familliar with intuitive decisions in our daily life.  Yet, we do not really think about it.  Typical examples where intuition can play an important role in making decisions are: Choosing your life partner, selecting the right car or home to buy, where and when to move, which job, education or training to follow, deciding on a meal when eating out, selecting the next book to read or movie to watch, picking clothes to wear, or how to approach a stranger or function in unfamilliar places.

Making all or most decisions based on intuition is less common, at least in the Western World. Here are 5 keys to making intuitive decision-making a more conscious part of your life:

1. Recognize intuitive decision making is far more than using common sense

This involves engaging additional sensors to perceive and tune into the information outside yourself. Sometimes it is referred to as gut feeling, sixth sense, inner sense, instinct, inner voice, spiritual guide, etc.

2. Develop higher consciousness

It is possible to train the subtle senses to recognize intuitive information.  You can train these sensors and to make the process of receiving information intuitively a more conscious one. People who can't accept the existence of such sensors may instead call it tapping into "collective intelligence" or "collective unconscious".  How effectively you function based on higher consciousness is often underestimated.

3. See balance between logic and intuition

The question cannot be whether rational reasoning or intuitive decision making is generally better. The question is rather in each individual case how both approaches can be best combined for optimal results. For this purpose, an experienced consultant from outside can often help to avoid common mistakes and to dissolve prejudices.

4. Feel (rather than think) the way through life

The more you trust intuition, the more often you act based on what you feel. Intuition, when functionning at its highest level, involves conscious contact with non-incarnated beings, a process usually called channelling. It can also be controlled, as in, you can consciously tune in and out of different frequencies of  information as the perceived need or usefulness arises. The more you trust intuition, the more the universe gives you reason to trust.

5.  Consult an intuitive mentor

Recall the five peple you spend the most time with are the five people whose patterns and behaviours you are evolving into. You are also honing abilities of those who inspire you. You are literally drawing the qualities you admire in others out of yourself to manifest them in your life. The world is constructed in you mind and projected outward based on concepts. This learning process of concepts can block the flow of intuition and make it harder to live based on heartfelt guidance. It is very useful to evolve to accept help and assistance from the spiritual world. Enagaging an intuitive outside yourself can assist you to grow aware of the intuitive within yourself.  Thus it grows easire to see through your beliefs and patterns so you are empowered to live more intuitively from within

6 Tips to re-invent yourself

You read here with the desire to re-invent yourself.  Whether or not you realize it, your human form is changing every moment.  Cells are dying and being replaced by new cells.  Packets of energy at every level are moving, even if this goes unnoticed. Her are six tips to consciously re-invent yourself.

1) Know this moment is a blank slate

Whatever you think you have done has no relevance to this moment. Observe the ego stick its head in, eager to judge and compare.  Ego limits this moment in linear time, in terms of past, present and future. Soul only knows Now. Stay out of the clutches of mediocrity. Each moment the sun is shining in a new way, but only very few encounter it.

2)  Change so often you defy categorisation

Its possible to have many tools in you toolbox or multiple rotating roles and still resist conventional labels. Do what inspires you. Have multiple roles if you resonate with that. Express those creative juices as they flow. This may be par for the course if redundancy hits, if your professional or leisure interests change or if generating money becomes a temporary issue.  Come what may, relish every role and learn something.

3) Be self-taught

You can read books, listen to podcasts, watch youtube videos, paint or sculpt intuitively  Come to see everything and everyone is a possible mentor that invites you to learn and unlearn. Its up to you to limit the scope or not.

4) If you take an initiative, go all the way

Be willing to pull all the stops, including detach from the familliar.  This could mean shifting priorities and attention, letting go of certain relationships, roles and commitments. It could mean losing friends and your mind, alienating relatives.  It  is the willingness to let go of what you currently think is important to discover something as of yet unseen or unrecognized.  Be open to what enters your awareness and run with it.

5) Trust intuition implicitly

This lifetime is a limited time warranty. It has a no-return policy. This moment is a gift for you to create what gives your life meaning. Instances of indelible awe, excitement and bliss are always available as are others.

6) Allow transformation to happen

Do whatever makes you feel most alive. When you are alive in the body, be the kind of person whose presence people wish to experience and will miss when you are gone. The willingness to change your mind, to free the mind of idle thoughts, is the willingness to shift perception and transform your sense of reality.

10 Keys for a successful & rewarding life

Many people ask what is required to create a successful life, which can include areas of relationships, business, career and more. Whatever your current focus, consider these 10 tips to guide you:

1. See through your resistance

The ego mind is that part of you that tells you no, that's not possible and offers reasons why you cannot do what you want.  Ego kyboshes ideas, blows them out of the water and discourages you.  Its up to you to see through fears underlying your own resistance. Why do you fear success?

2. Align with intuition

Call it the the inner voice, Spirit, intuition, the proverbial Jiminey Cricket voice of conscience or something else. Whenever you listen to this higher more expanded aspect of yourself, you know you can have everything you want in life. Its a matter of focusing attention here rather than on the sparks doubt. You choose to hold back or move ahead.

3.  Set your intention

The more you clarify for yourself the road you wish to travel, the more powerful the journey can be. You do not need to know exactly how the universe is going to translate every step of your intention into physical reality.  It helps to be flexible, to be certain your version of success is attainable and feel it.  The power of intention is like a launching platform or catapult to accepting and expressing inner greatness.

4.  Share your passion

You create your version of this world as a place to share your gifts.  This requires you not only identify what your gifts are by also have the backbone, courage and take initiatives to present them.

5. Feel worthy to receive

Self-worth issues can be roadblocks to different avenues of material success. The spirit world is taking care of each of us. If you open your mind and tell yourself you are worthy to be successful, success happens, with a bit of effort, trust and intervention from higher (unseen) forces.  It goes without saying you have to believe, know and have the right mindset.  You have to see yourself sharing your gifts. How the gifts get to people may surprise you as you allow the universe to cooperate with you.  The 'what you wish to share' always takes shape in your scope before the universe reveals to you how the rest unfolds.

6.  Honour who you are

Never measure yourself in terms of anyone else.  What is in you allows you to do anything. Open up to your own unlimited inspiration and power.  You can be successful in anything.  Simply make up your mind, set our intention and get on with it. Whether its a business, relationship, new career or something else envisioned, its all within reach now.

7.  See money as energy

Many people assume that certain kinds of businesses or people are prone to be more financially succesful than others. It is often assumed for instance, that spiritual businesses cannot make money.  Whatever your business idea or other life vision, the experience of having it can be curtailed by your beliefs about money.  Seeing money as energy flow allows a more abundant self-perception to emerge.

8.  Change your consciousness

You have to be willing to take ownership of your thoughts, feelings, actions and involvement in situations. Changing your consciousness is about accountability, the willingness to take responsibility for where you are at, your self-view, educational and other milestones as well as self-defeating tendencies to get over.

9.  Empower others

Whatever hat you wear, whatever roles you perform in life, your job is to empower and enable not disable others.  Part of your responsibility in this life is to help others identify and honour their own inner light and empower them to honour their gifts and talents, share them with the world and shine brighter. Its often easier to see in others what they do not yet see in themselves.

10.  Recognize your unique path

Refrain from comparing yourself to others. You are only in competition with yourself, on a path to clarify and share more clearly your reasons for being.  Each human being is on a unique path.  Resis judging others and dismantling people and ideas.  You exists to build people up, empower them to see their own true greatness via your unique journey.  Insodoing, you come to see everything as a mirror of your own true greatness.

5 Tips to create and live the ideal life

You may not yet consciously know why you do all the things you do, but you are growing more aware of underlying motivations than ever before.  You nurture a vision of the ideal life, but your mind wonders how to translate an idea into physical experience in a practical way in real time.

Whether or not you consciously realize it, all you need arises with perfect timing. It can be no other way.   The question is, can you clarify the nature of your ideal life? What does it require for you to see and also to overcome self-created obstacles? Do you readily invest in mentors and avenues to expand your perception and deepen self-understanding?

Notice you feel inclined to shift your focus of attention and priorities because insights are coming to you from your future. This is about being aware of what it takes to unleash more of your untapped potential, allowing more of your emerging reason for being to reveal itself.

So, you encounter people and situations that invite you to pay closer attention to what you doubt within yourself. You can sense what feels right and what you outgrow.  To act on your intuition requires curiosity and courage.  Consider 5 tips to guide you to create the ideal life:

1.  Fearlessly feel the way

More people are thinking for themselves than ever before.   More people are thinking about and doing physical (external) yoga than ever before. Though other dimensions of yoga are not yet in the wider public domain, more people are curious about ancient yoga practice and meditation is growing more common. More than ever, people are paying attention to what they can do within themselves. This shows more people are willing to step into the unknown. Fearlessness arises as you explore reasons for your fear, and prove to yourself what is unfounded and move beyond it.

2. Balance inner and outer well-being

People are beginning to look at balancing inner and outer well-being as a connected science. You have to stop looking at what goes on inside as separate from the outside. Inner attitude creates all outer experience. Without individuals being well (balanced), there can be no well-being for a country or for the world. Well-being comes from self-understanding, life endeavours that reinforce this understanding and commitment.

3.  Be aware of sacred geometry

Planet Earth is not tied to the sun with a physical cable.  It is a geometric perfection.  Perfection of geometry holds physical forms in space. The entire practice of yoga (and meditation) is about activating your systems to align with geometric perfection.  Your food choices, other habits and inclinations are always pointing to the state of your energy systems.  The more balanced and authentic you feel, the more sacred geometry you notice in nature, the more revelations arise within you beyond words.

4. Live in an inclusive way

The human tendency is to view things in parts.  Its why people look at each other as separate individuals, with separate limbs and organs.  People also separate their state of physical health from the state of the economy, the nation, the environment, the ocean, ect.  To live in an inclusive way is to respect and care for everything as if it is interconnected and to understand that we share the same air, water, forests, ecosystems and all perceived separation is illusion.

5.   Shift focus from belief to seeking

To cling to beliefs is to be in a state of opposition and fear. When beliefs are imposed, a person has the choice to submit or fight back.  When you are seeking, you do not cling to ideas or impose them.  You grow more accepting and tolerant of diversity, levels of awareness and live by the view of do no harm, live and let live. A sense of interconnectedness arises and an ideal life is based on activities grounded in compassion.
