The Truth about Commitment

The truth about commitment is not about a physical other but realizing who you are and choosing to live more authentically.

Being committed is always being honest with yourself. This implies being willing to change how you view yourself and the world and being open to teachings or guidance. Many people expect spiritual teachings to be free. The truth is that all spiritual and holistic understanding comes at a cost to the one who attains it. Experiences over many years can come together as effective teachings. The truth itself is free once one is aligned to it, but the process of getting here is not.

Ask yourself why many spiritual teachers are not respected and/or valued, yet are often expected to share teachings on request, for free. Ask yourself how you would feel if you were asked to do your job for free or an employer refused to pay you when your finished tasks. How you respond echoes a vibration of self-worth. It is possible to function in this world with less money, and the paradigm is changing, How you respond to energy exchange is a teaching for your soul.

Its interesting that to want something for free can reflect the refusal to take responsibility for one's life and the expectation others will do the work. Evolution does not happen that way.

It is easy to blame money (or lack of it after its spent on other things). The truth is you commit fully to your evolution or not. You follow intuition and synchronicity or not. You recognize some kind of give and take are required to maintain balance of energy flow or not. Exchange does not have to be money, but it must be mutually beneficial to both giver and receiver. This said, being productive is not simply a quantifiable act in the material world. It is also about exploring and aligning with understanding things from holistic (spiritual) vantage points.

From one vantage point, everything has equal value. Thus, devaluing spirituality is the biggest act of collective disrespect toward spiritual reality, the path and the teachers who walk it. Misunderstanding about spiritual laws of energy explains why many people perceive obstacles and challenges. Notice how many death-affirming choices are made, while thinking spiritual teachers need not be paid. On one level, the spiritual assistance desired is repelled by beliefs and affirmations to its low worth. The belief that self-mastery should be free and not require effort on one's part lowers vibration and keeps one from tapping into key wisdom.

Make smooth transitions

It is easily observed that the familiar world is changing. Uprisings and upheavals suggest change is upon us. Humans are conditioned to forget true nature or infinite being, to thus resist change, feel insecure, and fear the unknown.

The thing is, a thinking mind can only review the past or look toward the future for answers. Being is only aware of what is happening NOW.  It is purely intuitive and aware. The logical mind attempts to catch up with intuitive ways of doing and being. The third dimensional (3-D) paradigm is grounded in reference points, logic and limitation. Higher existence is ultra-dimensional, without reference and thought cannot exist here. Intuition is one's pilot.  Making smooth transitions is about seeing bigger reasons for change, being willing to step outside the familliar, going with the flow, adapting to the new.

The more you grow aware of thoughts, the more you realize everything is vibration. The more you observe thoughts as they arise, the easier it is to wait before you act, let go of belief filters you outgrow.  The more you trust, the easier it is to face your fears, and accept who you truly are.  More subtle intuition gets through, and perception expands. Releasing filters enables you to tune into more expansive parts of yourself and function well in new conditions. Empowering you to adapt with confidence is what we're about. Contact us.

Being true to your soul

For a long period in Humanity's existence on this planet, the power of manifesting has been taught and used to get more possessions and satisfy ego. This is part of the path to deeper recognition and appreciation of ability to co-create.

Some people function mainly based on what they are taught is real, believable and worthwhile. They want what others have, create a personal bucket list.  Other people trust their inner voice implicitly and use ther soul as a pilot in life and experience wider consciousness or deeper understanding.

From childhood, attitudes, beliefs, philosophies and practices are ingrained.  Societies, structures and entities arise to perpetuate beliefs, values, priorities and the illusion of separation.   At some stage, many people allow the external world to determine how they think, feel, what to believe, what is good, right or possible for them. This translates into allowing fear to guide choices. The fear of not having, not doing or going somewhere, not being healthy or strong or confident enough only holds you back if you allow it.   This is giving your power away, forgetting you are a divine creator who allows or filters out all experience.

Being true to your soul is about tuning into your true feelings every moment, being honest with yourself, not making choices to please or appease others, but doing what feels right in the heart even if the logical mind and the external world are not with you on this. You stand alone and yet are never alone for you are the universe playing with itself.

As we evolve our understanding and remember who we are and the purpose here on Earth, we can begin to consciously manifest our gifts that each of us bring. The ongoing paradigm shift along with higher energy can be harnessed and focused on transforming the world and ourselves for a higher purpose that reflects and expresses our souls desire. When you are truly soul-driven, you are aligned with energies of the universe, see only synchronicity and possibilities not roadblocks. Everything is helping you help yourself.

This said, it is common to feel torn between the logical mind and the feeling heart, to know inner conflict. You may feel, yearn for, and intuit the truth deep inside, but hesitate to make choices solely based on intuition. Living from this place is not something you just decide to do. It is a physiological process. You do not really live your soul truth until it is awake in your physiology. But it doesn’t awaken in your physiology until you start living it. As you live more intuitively, the sense of deeper knowing becomes clearer and stronger, social conditionings soften and you naturally trust yourself more. You do no longer stress and wonder hw to make things happen. They happen without you as you surrender.

Being true to your soul then, is living your life the best you can, moment-to-moment guided solely by love, the divine will to love, and showing others the power of what is accessible within themselves. Living a heart-centered life is being guided by the abstract, unseen, unknown and timeless, trusting it. If this resonsates with you and you feel drawn to go deeper, join us for our June 2015 workshop in Greece.

3 Tips to keep your energy up

Whatever you currently focus on in your life is pointing to what you are not yet seeing.  Take these three tips to heart:

1) Be aware of your thoughts.  They almost always trigger feelings and emotions.  It is these feelings and emotions that determine your energy level. Infinite energy is always available to you from the cosmic source. Imagine a beam of light going into the top of your head from the universe. When you feel inspired, excited or optimistic, energy flows much faster to you.  Love keeps this cosmic channel open and clear. Negativity, like fear, doubt, or anger, block the channel.  It is why you may feel drained, anxious, heavy, uninspired.

2) Think less, intuit more.  The act of thinking invites analysis.  This gets in the way of the flow of energy and inspiration.  Notice that when you allow yourself to make choices that feel right, no thinking is involved.  Action is is more spontaneous and turns out to be in your best interest.

3) Trust yourself.  The underlying reasons for choices you intuit are not always clear when you act.  And yet, heaven always knows that what you do not initially see or understand reveals itself to you when you are ready to handle it.

Make the best of where you are

Life brings you new situations everyday.  In fact, new conditions are always unfolding.  If you count on being guided by past experience, you miss the opportunity to take life into your own hands, to act responsibly, spontaneously, intuitively. Listening to the heart allows feeling the way to what is always right.

Notice that when you are focused on the present moment, you trust yourself more.  You make the most of the sunshine and the rain or whatever weather arises.  Everything presents as a tool to help you help yourself. No urge arises to seek external approval for your choices.   Make the best of where you are.
