Appreciation, gratitude & balance

When you appreciate, you recognize the nature of unconditional love and how allowing yourself to feel that increases the intangible value of an experience.  Appreciation is like the absence of doubt, fear, negativity, and all those things that have no relevance to the energy you are vibrating when you feel good.  Consider thoughts of fear do not cross the mind when your focus of attention is on the frequency of love.  You may sense selective awareness, as if the lens of love only sees mesages of love.  As you find the silver lining, see something good in others or in every situation, you appreciate or, make the most of where you are.  You know resistance cannot emerge in allowing.

Gratitude resonates a slightly different energy.  Gratitude is a feeling that emerges as part of the process of sensing accomplishment, like after you overcome an obstacle.  It is then you feel grateful to be where you are after hard work or struggle.  You may feel grateful to be alive after surviving an accident or health issue.  In this way, choosing to feel grateful brings balance.  It brings you from a state of fear back to the inner knowing of the love that is.  A spark of doubt still resides within you about the possibility of having to endure pain and suffering again.  You recall what unwavering acceptance feels like by feeling gratitude, but do not dwell there every moment. You falter slightly.

Master your fear

Awakening to self-mastery reveals you are that which observes and has no form.  You are the unmoving seer. Everything unfolds in front of you, emanates from you. The mind decides on its focus of attention and invites you to partake in perceiveable experiences. You are not in the box but can choose to pretend that you are. From this perspective, you explore love and fear and are invited to master fear to see things as they are. Everything flows through the heart.  As you engage in introspection, you find courage to allow emotions to flow so you remember to see them as they are.  In essence, the self invites itself to recognize itself.  Let go of the unreal.

Bring your inner light out

Each person is on his own journey.  Honour your own journey.  Honour everyone else's journey. Every person's truth is his truth.  What you pay attention to you are consciosus of.  What other people echo is not always going to resonate with you. Let it go. Notice what kind of information is flowing through you. You are an unlimited being in the process of rediscovering what you are.  Take responsibility for that which you have created.  You are an avatar incarnate resonating a higher frequency and maturing to raise your vibration.  Activate all that is you.  Allow the inner light to reveal itself and decode its secret.

Focus on what matters

Know you are already aligned with what matters.   You either accept and allow it to guide all your choices and experiences or, resist and draw other things into your life. Notice your fluctuating states of mind.  Attune to more consistent states of being. Notice the feelings that guide your evolution and remembering.

What resonates deep down sounds like whatever it sounds like from where you are.   You interpret as you do. Some people say it feels like relief, joy and renewal.  As you feel refreshed, it enables you to relax, to feel worthy, intrinsically valued, appreciated, accepted, content and the focus of unwavering love. Reflect on what you feel at this moment.  Be the observer that grows increasingly aware of the being you are.
