5 Tips to shift gears 

If you hold a vision and it is not entering your life experience fast enough,  then its the perfect moment to shift gears.  Ponder these five tips;

1) Recognize you do not want what you think but the feeling of having it/ being here

The underlying message is to focus on the feelings you imagine are evoked by the envisioned experience.  This is about shifting focus and energy from separation (how to get it or make it happen), to unity (how it feels to be in this place or to experience something right now). 

2) Accept time is an obstacle you create you close the imaginary  gap 

Dreams are realized instantly in the inner realm. You are already 'here'.  You imagine someone and are instantly with them, imagine going to a place and imagine the jouney unfolding. Allowing an experience to enter your awareness involves consistently acting as if no gap or timelag exists. 

3)  Talk as If

Its important talk as if you are already doing something to make it more real. Speak about it in the present tense and often.  This aligns you with the specific dream vibration and allows it to take shape into your experience.

4) See everything as energy first

From the moment you see everything as energy, frequency and vibration, you shift from believing something is possible to knowing its already happening. This shifts your energy from separation to being a living example your vision.As the vibration of acceptance, worthiness and love take over, this is energetic, heartfelt living. When you only see one flow of energy, situations enter your scope faster.  This is an exercise in letting go of separation. 

5) Let the universe determine the details

The universe can deliver your dreams in infinite ways.  It may be easier and quicker for your dream to come in a way you’ve never considered. The what always comes before the how is important to remember. The how is not up to you.  Simply allow yourself to feel the way into the perfect circumstances. The universe does the rest.

7 Tips to reframe New Year's resolutions

New Year's resolutions typically involve intentions to visualize, create or manifest a personal life that lessens or minimizes suffering and focuses on external ideas of happiness.  Here are 7 tips to reframe your resolutions;

1) Decide to understand everything on a WHOLE new level [Rather than be self-centered (ego-driven) and focused on the external]

2) Shift to feel everything as vibration and frequency (energy).  See beyond appearances to the Source and lesson behind each projected experience. 

3) Be fully accountable for how you think and feel. Read your own vibes of discomfort and discontent about the external as pointers to the tug of war going on in you (conflict between illusory ego & universal being)

4) Know physical senses only perceive a fragment of the existing spectrum. True being has capacity to access every frequency and vibration on the cosmic radio dial and communicates simultaneously at all levels, tunes in and out at will.

5) Accept that everything you encounter is a self-created mirror of yourself. Acknowledge all you imagine into being exists to teach compassion and unconditional acceptance.

6) Be aware the original language of the universe is not words but images, formed by light and sounds. Telepathic/ energetic dialogue is the natural function of your core antenna (unhindered, one receives, decodes & transmits light)

7) Recognize the Path to unlimited power involves tuning into transmissions of consciousness in form (sacred geometry).  The core geometric template or Cryst-all (Christ) consciousness is untouchable, inalterable and expresses the most expanded version of oneSelf; an omniscient, omni-present being of Light that is infinitely loving, multi-dimensional and only knows harmony

Navigate the best you can

Bring yourself out of your head and into the heart. Trust the frequencies that arise in your experience. Go with the current. Life takes you to places that evoke every emotion you allow, including fear and discomfort. Discomfort is where you learn your greatest lessons. Go completely into whatever you feel. The best thing to do is to face everything you create for yourself for each experience has a deeper message. Nothing in life is easy but everything is simple,when you pay attention. Remind yourself that you are okay, regardless of what is unfolding. Experience is opening you up to parts of Self that you did not know existed.

Face the challenges you create for yourself. Each one is an energetic message just like every word emits an energetic frequency. This is the only way you emerge with the conscious wisdom that always exists within you.  The quality of your life expands and insight deepens in unforeseen ways. 

Notice you can view every event as a gift that brings deeper and more expansive levels of understanding. See yourself as generator, orchestrator and destroyer of all we experience. We are shaping ourselves and growing into true nature.

4 Steps to help find your way

Its common to be confused about what is best for you at a particular stage of your life. Mixed messages are broadcast by media, by those we love and people we do not even know. All of these are actual projections you put forward. Ponder 4 steps to help you find your way through the quagmire.

1. See through the want.

It is always helpful to grasp what it is you think you want and the real message you are sending yourself.  Upheavals in emotions and waves of discomfort and desires are pointers when you are open. Its up to you to learn to see through it.

2. Let the music guide you.

Turn on a piece of uplifting music. Instrumental often works well and you may be drawn to particular film soundtracks. Tune into the flow of energy passing through you. More is always going on than the ego registers. You are actually beginning to tune into and decode the music (frequency) of your own soul. Its a matter of letting go of what distorts it. From here, simply allow the soul to be your pilot.

3. Surrender to spontaneity.

Pick up some toys yourself or laugh and play with a child. Go to a playground and have a slide or swing or climb a tree. Engage the imagination like never before. Paint, tie-dye, do a mural on the side of a wall or fence,  go wild in a colouring book for adults. However you engage the right brain, being imaginative is actually a direct line to higher consciousness, that part of you that knows who you are and which activities nurture the soul. Be here now. Be like a dolphin and feel what it is to exist playfully, come what may.

4. Do a handstand or turn your world upside down.

Whether you love yoga or unleash the acrobat within you, turning yourself upside down shakes up the world you come to see and helps snap you out of your own self-created trance. Whether negative emotion is beginning to take over or you feel dazed and confused, even lying on the floor with your legs on a couch or chair allow blood to rush to your brain and help you shed light on your own situation. Even if inspiration does not spark yet, you instantly know why some behaviour or choice is not the best choice now and can cease that. Self-discipline and choosing love empowers you wherever you are.

Relax into natural rhythm

Breathing points to the answers you seek.  Close your eyes and listen to your breathing.  Notice subtle nuances, details.  Notice what your physical body and what the non-physical aspect of you is revealing through the breath.  Be receptive to questions that might arise.  Who are you? Where are you?  What is the nature of true reality?  Relax into the natural rhythm of the breath.  Release all else. Tune into your divine signature or core frequency. Be ready to discover how little effort is required to be honest about who you truly are.
