Focus on what matters

Know you are already aligned with what matters.   You either accept and allow it to guide all your choices and experiences or, resist and draw other things into your life. Notice your fluctuating states of mind.  Attune to more consistent states of being. Notice the feelings that guide your evolution and remembering.

What resonates deep down sounds like whatever it sounds like from where you are.   You interpret as you do. Some people say it feels like relief, joy and renewal.  As you feel refreshed, it enables you to relax, to feel worthy, intrinsically valued, appreciated, accepted, content and the focus of unwavering love. Reflect on what you feel at this moment.  Be the observer that grows increasingly aware of the being you are.

Dandy, as you step back and decide to view everything in the present moment, you realize you accept what you talk about in the now and resist those things you postpone in the mind. As you choose to feel as you are imagining and wanting, the universe brings that. It responds to your vibration right now.

We are said to be aligned with what matters because we are projecting that which we see. It is therefore what we want to see because it is a fulfillment of parameters and prejudices and filters giving an individual something to interact with in a perceived but momentary concrete world. The person next to us will then have a different view of what matters because they too will be focusing on a whole set of different parameters. The parameters then can be changed when the situation or scene is fully accepted and taken into fluently as if the environment we are immersed in has been fully digested and understood.

Bern, a sense of "what matters" varies based on a person's awareness of who he is and what is possible. Its not what is happening in the external world that matters, but how you feel inside and knowing beliefs mute and hinder the joy that is you. When one's vantage point is the broader non-physical state of being, 'what matters' is expansion of understanding beyond the limits imposed by ego and physical senses. Attention to things reflects a sense of priority. You let youself be who you are, become all you are becoming, or not. You allow the real you to emerge and feel joy every moment, in every circumstance, or not. To be consciously aware of the vibration version of you enables you to recognize what matters on a completely different level than when you do not choose to love in all conditions. To be fearful means one is selectively unaware of one's true being. Everything that you focus on and ignore, matters. You choose what you focus on and can activate a vibrational tone that is in harmony with the unlimited being you are. Anything you want to matter, you focus on and it comes.

Hi Liara . focus on what matters .. so often we don’t – we help others, but we’re the most important and we need to focus on ourselves and our own needs to be in a position to help others more freely and without worries. It certainly will be completely refreshing to be focusing as I should .. a relief, joy and renewal: yes – bring it on. Thanks - Hilary

Hilary, you decide what matters to you in moment. Everything is valid. You focus based on choice.
