7 Tips for coping & disallowing

Emotions can stun and paralyze you yet, they also energize and renew you. People are often unaware of the choices they have. You can learn how not to keep situations alive in your mind.

At this moment, you can choose to move beyond thoughts and feelings.  They do not have to shape your identity.  People shoulder unnecessary emotional bagage. This is not who you are. You are still in the process of figuring out the truth.

Every person goes through stages of limiting himself by using negativity, complaints, grievances, guilt, anger or regret. When part of you clings to emotions, they seem to be who you are. Consider 7 tips for coping with what does not serve you;

1) Raise self-awarenss. Many approaches exist to open your senses and faculties.  The majority of people live in an imagined reality. When you act to discover yourself through things, this creates attachment and prevents you from being aware.  Determine where it would help you to shift focus.

2) Believe change is possible. Nothing you have done in your perceived past can prevent you from being present now. Presence is that state of mind which enables you to step beyond ego, inadequacy, fear or, what holds you back from feeling less than you are. Youmove beyond disbelief to faith.

3) Guide yourself with love. Whenever some situation is not explored, understood, accepted and the energy dissolved, the resulting energy forms a chain. This false sense of who you aregrows into whatyou believe is your life. To choose to love yourself empowers you to work through anything.

4) Take back your inner power. A common reaction is to share your story and portray a victim who has given away power or, certain levels ofresponsibility. You may have felt wronged, compelled to defend a position.Many people engage in imaginary or mentaldialogue, accusing or directing energy away from yourself. This is an emotionally-draining exercise.

5) Discern energy differently. Each thought and feeling isa packet of energy you are creating and discharging. This process has causes and every cause has its effects.As you become more aware of those things you consciously identify with, you get closer to grasping how the ego and mind operate.

6) Realize who you are does not diminish. People are conditioned to quantify and measure to determine a sense of value and self-worth.  They visualize needs and forget they do not become less human, less desirable, or in any way dminished by not satisfying perceived needs.  Everyone is in an ongoing process of learning to let go of people, objects, relationships and anything they come to value. Each is a test.

7) Rediscover the joy of being.  Theory differs from practice and thoughts differ from experience. The ego only knows thought because this is what it is.  Whatever your mind attaches to becomes important, becomes a substitute for what you do not permit yourself to feel. As you begin to recognize you are never attached to anything except for in your mind, you rediscover the joy of being. You forget reasons for bad energy. You move beyond ego to explore consciousness.

4 ways to explore your connections with energy

Every person has untapped capacity to better grasp their relationship to energy. What if the essence of your being is pure energy? You illuminate physical existence in matter.  During this life, you personify energy to create an identity.  How you think, feel and act show you evolve to master energy.  How about that?

Beyond this instant, you have many opportunities to connect with other energy forms.  All you require is the energy to do so. Nothing is ever lost. As you transcend the limits of what you think you know now, you create new kinds of interactions.  Consider four ways to explore your connections with energy;

1) Be open to the unconventional. If you believe the power of healing is mysterious enough, then you may choose not to measure or limit the framework of your journey. You may decide your own healing process is not dependent on anything so much as your commitment to grow, adapt and learn.

2) Expand your understanding of love. Feelings are the source of your energy.  They make it possible for you to live as you do.  Genuine love is self-renewing. It involves inner changes and the will to extend oneself rather than sacrifice.  As you love, you grow. You build trust, faith and creative self-discipline.  You realize experiences of suffering can be highly colorful and full of depth while they help you attune to love.

3) Invest energy in spiritual development. As you get-to-know yourself, you learn to contol your thoughts and actions.  You discern intrinsic value of equanimity, experience the peace of being even-tempered and forge your path to inner harmony.

4) Believe the continuence is real.  Vibrations you sense are not the beginning or the end.  They come through you but not from you.  They have their own thoughts.  They introduce you to the immortality of soul and the nature of spiritual existence.  As you evolve, teachers seem to appear.  Their energy has always existed.  You come to perceive it.

“The energy of the mind is the essence of life.” -Aristotle

Review the indescribable

How many people have you met who have read fantasy books and concluded they would like to attend their own school of magic? Its not that far-fetched. What would you wish to learn? Would you look at the back of a fantasy novel for an application or website?

Life teaches you that if you would like to experience something unusual, you may need to put yourself in unusual places or create conditions which seem out of your sense of the ordinary.  You can do that where you are or travel great distances to find real magic.

People will say they had a profound spiritual experience near the pyramids in Egypt or next to Angkor Wat in Cambodia. Other people will share mind-boggling energy vibrations at Stonehenge or other locations where the earth grid concentation is heightened. Would you view such experiences magical because they aren't yours? What if you share mystical experience?

Different mystical arts exist. Light energy expands in directions can travel. Reconnect with invisible thread to the core of the soul. You travel to infinity and back in the blink of an eye and are consciously unaware of implications. Mystical is never out of reach.

In your current mindset, you are out-of-touch with and unaware of many dimensions of reality.  You may not know what's "there," even right in front of your eyes, but you can always learn to stretch yourself further. 'Out-of-reach' is a state of mind, a perception of where you belong or not, and what feels right.  You create your own version of magician, sorcerer or conjurer. You often find teachers yet may not recognize the implications.

Bedrock of the soul

Each time you attribute blame, you do not see bad people are illusions, and less-than-desirable choices you made lead to where you are and the insight you now have. All of this is a clue to how you are gradually reconnecting with the bedrock of soul, or your true self that never leaves you.

Absolute rights or wrongs may not exist. Decisions are made out of love and in response to fear. The latter often leads to trouble. Yet, to make choices in response to love raises awareness about yourself. Why would you choose to believe other people are responsible for choices that don't work out for you? What reasons would you have to take action if you will only ever feel a victim of circumstance and of nasty people? You would likely sense no reason to feel motivated at all.

The bedrock of your soul is the free will to interpret life as you choose. You create and perceive the reality and determine whether it feels good or bad for you. Each situation offers clues to potential benefits, to potential ways you could sharpen your understanding or otherwise gain. This is a new phase in your self-growth.

What if you suddenly became so solution-oriented that you no longer recognized situations as problematic? What if you began to understand that you have all the tools at your disposal to satisfy your needs? Although challenges can promote growth, peace of mind about your identity and motivation would further increase and expand on your growth.

As times passes, you will sense which steps or course of action will satisfy you. What energizes you now? Why might you begin to feel empowered? All that matters is what you experience and what you retain from each experience. At times, your beliefs and desires may be at odds. In efforts to reconcile them, you'll get-to-know parts of yourself and realize what is truly necessary to build on what you know or understand.

Stop getting more of the same

So, you've taken the plunge.  You've decided to start a small business.  Congratulations! Whether you did it because you desire to be your own boss, to schedule your own hours, to provide a service where you intuit a need, or for other reasons, you'll be more in control of your work life than ever. A new source of energy and inspiration is very exciting! Wow!

Now, we all have the power to be the primary driver behind what we do, yet, not everyone takes advantage of this position to better themselves.  Why not you? If you truly wish to stop getting more of the same reactions about work from yourself or other people who disagree with your attitude or choices, then you'd benefit from a willingness to clarify where you are and why.

1) Commit yourself to your new venture.  Even where you are starting a business beside a regular job, you will not succeed with a lack of effort.  Deciding you will make it happen means you will consistently devote a certain amount of time every day to developing this venture, through networking, phone calls, bookkeeping, website building, marketing or whatever. When the option becomes financially viable, you may leave the other job and focus on business development.

2)  Ask those questions you have been afraid to ask. It is forseeable that you'll encounter situations or information you do not completely understand.  This is a sign its time to consult a professional.  Remind yourself lawyers, accountants and outsourcing other experts could be in your interest.

3) Encourage yourself.  Motivational books, business seminars and conventions are ways you can develop yourself at the same time as share valuable lessons learned.  You will find that remaining open to new kinds of information will not only promote your personal growth, but will also nuture your continuing interest and enthusiasm.  Remind yourself being happy and knowledgeable will build client leads and trust.

4) Prepare for uncharted territory. Finding the courage to step out of your comfort zone is admirable, and it often brings its share of obstacles which require problem-solving.  That you feel ready to face uncertainty is a big step to devising the strategies you will need to move ahead.  Prepare yourself mentally for challenges, and they will be less likely to scare you.

5) Decide to seek and change yourself. Business success doesn't necessarily evolve if you begin with a plan to change the world.  However, if you accept you're on a new road of self-discovery, and you take steps to learn,  you'll find your efforts will make a positive difference.  Understand every choice and action enables you to get-to know yourself better.  Everything you think, say and do reveals a bit more about yourself.  The better you know your strengths and weaknesses, the more your business can benefit.
