Powerful practice is required

Notice a powerful practice is required to realize the deathless Self so as not to fall into a lower state of consciousness during ongoing transitions. Whatever happens in external environments could evoke shock, grief, turmoil, distract from the deeper truth. The nature of distortions may disturb core inner peace. It helps to remind onself everything is in the mind, including the "we" , emotions, and illusion of separation from anything. Be aware one is an antenna for energy flow. Inhale and exhale. Gently bring focus inward to see with the third eye.
For a realized being, the Self alone is the reality and actions are only phenomenal, not affecting the Self. Even whe he (The Self) acts, he has no sense of being an agent. His actions are only involuntary (spontaneous without intention), and he remains a witness to them without attachment. No sense of doership exists. No aim exists for action. Work and other activity need not hinder meditation. Only as meditation becomes second nature then first nature are disturbances seen as they are. Being unwavering, truly focused in the Supreme Spirit alone guides us to know and realize Spirit. If we move in and out of it, we only have glimpses. It being of us and in us prompts us to discard the external world as transitory. Our intellectual sense of it must be discarded as it brings us into a state of duality.
It is a delusion to think "you" can ever be aware of the ultimate reality (Brahman). Only by letting go of the mind (in the sense of thought) can one realize the symbolic Self. Divine grace is essential for realisation. It leads one here. Grace is earned as the result of devotion, effort, sincerity. If it came as the result of ego, ego could not fade. Letting go of doing brings liberation. Mind must be introverted and kept focused on its higher pursuit of attention itself without being influenced by any external impressions. Every moment, one is right here.

Build energetic Soul muscle

(Image from 818lightcodes.com)
Notice one's capacity to tune into true feelings and find the strength to act on them is not about intellectual or emotional intelligence. Rather, our responses to perceived challenges reflect the Soul's strength, resilience, willingness to grow. The Soul builds energetic muscle through initiations and allowing oneself to feel deeply. Its about opening oneself to the pain, the sense of lack, and raw hurt from which our false identity is born, that broken aspect of self so Soul fragments are reintegrated. Through this opening, we enter the heart of our core wounding until it no longer generates solutions or distractions. One cannot turn away from Oneself forever. Go beyond All and exclude none. The heart can accommodate All. Any Light Code may be chosen to assist you by simply noticing how it makes you feel as you see it. You may be drawn to its color and shape or you may be attracted to its vibrational message. Whatever resonates is right for you.

7 Dimensions to Breathe into wellness

Many people have heard that mastering the rhythm and power of the breath is the key to optimal health and well-being.  Yet, fewer are familliar with the dimensions of wellness and the ways each one is positively affected by breathwork. Feeling a spark of curiousity growing within?

Turns out, our breath is the energetic stream in the background that shows us everything is interconnected.  What if we could be guided through breathing sessions that empower us to see, feel and release our own blocks? What if we are primed to feel more love, joy, balance and realize greater potential naturally? What if the experience of pure freedom is closer than we think? What if we are missing something and this makes things seem harder than they are? What if we could align the conscious with the subconscious mind and let go of what we outgrow?

Thoughts, feelings, beliefs and emotions are in a perpetual dance. Thoughts and beliefs lead to emotions. Our feelings and emotions shape our thoughts, and other areas of life. We cannot affect one without affecting all. As we uncover origins of our negative self-talk and unconscious behaviours, and shift, our emotions and conditions shift. As we honor our feelings, voices of anger or fear diminish.  Ponder 7 dimensions to breathe into more holistic wellness;

1. Physical
2. Emotional
3. Mental
4. Social
5. Financial
6. Intellectual
7. Spiritual
