Feel the impact

When you are not doing anything in particular, existence flows silently through you.  It is more noticable when you expect nothing and await nothing.  Remember a moment when you feel no motive.  Imagine you are a tree swaying in the wind, a flat stone sitting beside a babbling brook or a cloud nestled amidst rolling hills.  In this moment, you exist outside the mind.  You sense an unparalleled freedom with no boundaries. The presence you merge with is indescribable.  You sense it is always there, and grow aware of Cosmic Synchronicity

Notice opportunities for freedom

In between emotions and, even before any emotion arises, you can notice a gap of emptiness.  This is a period where one is aware of the true nature of mind and everything, where ignorance does not exist, where one feels the reality of timeless stillness and peace. Then, something happens. The spell is broken by the conditioning of everyday distractions.  What can be done to awaken more fully?

The mind would have you believe you have to do something to get somewhere or to awaken.  Watch what happens as you stop thinking and doing.  As you step back, you begin to realize you spend enormous amounts of energy thinking and doing and rarely step out of the prison of the mind. 

Every moment, new levels of self-awareness are open.  You walk through or disregard the opportunity.  Depending on how you choose to experience life, you notice patterns and gain some measure of control over the mind, or not.  Recall what truly serves you and do that.

Choose to remember

At a given moment, the conscious mind is selectively aware and selectively forgets.  You either choose to remember certain things or not. Reflect on the reasons you would offer for choosing to remain selectively ignorant or oblivious to certain aspects of self, or certain life experiences.  How does this serve you? What insight do you gain?  Why is this meaningful?  Notice the feelings that emerge or surface.

Every choice has more than one purpose; those of which you grow aware and those from which you hide.  The curious thing is the mind witholds nothing from soul.  There are no such secrets.  Soul is the omnicient watcher that knows the physical you is in process of raising awareness of unfounded fear.  You graduallyawaken to what you are conditioned to think and feel, why you permit mind to convince you of lacks, imbalances or inequalities. These are all illusions.  Explore the frightened parts of your personality.  See the real you as it is.

Its all part of the process of Self-Disclosure.  As you consciously awaken and choose to create changes from within, you notice degrees of cosmic synchronicity and realize you also have unlimited options to Transform Your Life.

Liberate from the projection

Some people are unaware they are a facit of consciousness that forgets its unlimited nature.  Imagine why consciousness ignores itself and longs to be free.  Reflect on how your perspective shifts as you realize you are already everything mind echoes you do not have.  What blessings do you discern in the process of self-forgetting? Are you familiar with sensations of the unthreading of confusion?

As you sense you move into a perspective of expanding transparency, you open states of remembering. People begin to recall meditation is not something they do, it is the natural presence of consciousness they are. From the vantage point of ignorance, the person is what you are and meditation and love are things you do. As you flow into deeper understanding, meditation and love are what you are and the person is what you do temporarily.  Ego is an optional activity that reconnects you to soul. Shifting states is part of Cosmic Synchronicity

How to liberate yourself

If you do not open to explore who you are, you do not allow self to gain insight into the way things truly are.  You also prevent self from moving through obstacles and freeing yourself from repeating patterns.  As you choose to do what it takes to liberate self from mind, you not only empower self by zeroing in at the root of perceived issues, but also help others.  To be here means you are ready.

The first step is to feel what its like to observe the mind.  Notice how destructive thoughts and emotions arise and how you choose to be affected in your exernal behaviour. This invites you to reflect on role models you follow, examples you adopt and underlying why.

The second step is to recognize how you superimpose beliefs onto people and situations.  Consider why you choose to believe each person or thing is independent from you, and why perception of polarity arises. Notice how this triggers degrees of remembering.

The third step is to explore how to reduce your misconceptions. As you grow aware things do not quite jive inside, you are drawn to explore beneath the surface, to learn to see through assumption. For sample exercises as a guide: Self-Disclosure: Changes From Within.
