Bridges build themselves

Notice everyone is not in the same feeling place of awareness. Consider you do not share the feeling specifics of an experience the same way with everyone you know.  People relate to different aspects of a given story, based on whether it is something they want or not.  Where you focus attention helps you realize why you want to build bridges of awareness.  People choose to awaken to the power of their own thoughts and emotions or not.  Whether you allow others freedom to choose affects your vibration.

That is, each person accepts or resists unconditional love, pure joy and fulfillment available to them.  They embrace or reject security and wellness.  As you deliberately choose things that enable you to feel good, you orient your vibration to transform your life.  People enter your scope of awareness who relate to your focus, who get excited about what excites you, who consciously expand insight into adjusting vibrations.

Come into resonance with who you are

To have a timeless experience of knowing does not require an external confirmation or explanation.  Do not underestimate the power of asking to let go of all fear, hatred and negativity.  This may shock you, but on non-physical levels, you already transcend this.  The physical you is invited to align with who you are.

Feel the visceral sensation of butterflies through the body.  This triggers more and more joy and a range of feelings beyond bliss and words.  What is your bridge back to pure positive energy? Are you there yet?

Detach from the doer

Training the mind to settle down requires patience and diligence. During this process, you may find that inner contentment is unstable. Why is that? Could it be that the doer within is still wanting something?

In many cases, the mind interferes.  It exists to control.  And yet, the watcher within knows mind can relinquish all control and even disappear. There is no need to question or do anything. Allow the mind to do what it pleases. Remember how it feels not to respond.  Simply notice emotions. To be fully aware of the dream is to accept all control is beyond reach, to watch fear dissolve and surrender to what remains. Degrees of transformation unfold in living experience.  One emerges in a state of heightened awareness.

Some people seek knowledge as a means to an end. Yet, teaching reveals itself to those open and aware. When you make peace with existence, a given situation presents and you allow it to be. So, it is not what you read or hear that matters, but how living experience unfolds within. The inner guide is the real you.

Give yourself permission to go

You know the core directions.  Yet, sometimes you lose your sense of direction.  Mind convinces you that you are doing just fine even when in truth, you feel disoriented.  Ever choose a direction because it feels upwards or downwards? or other people people are choosing it? or it enables you to feel challenged?  

Notice what brings you out of darkness, out of the mist. Remember to trust deeper states of being.  What if you choose the path that enables you to feel more serenity, harmony and freedom? Each moment you liberate self from the past, from pain, you align with inner joy, recall stillness.  You allow self to be there. You find all you seek in the heart.  You feel it.  Being gentle and compassionate overcomes inner resistance. Meditate not to get things but to remember how to let things go. You feel healthy and free.
