5 things to allow you to thrive

Whether unconsciously or during silent contemplation, we regularly ask ourselves what can we do to be truly authentic, more accepting of ourselves and others, and instrumental in expansion or allowing something beyond us to reveal more of the wider Truth. The short answer is it all begins within.  recalibration is ongoing. Although we may not yet consciously experience our innate power in all its facits, there exist things we can do to thrive.  Consider these 5 tips:

1. Grow aware of disempowering beliefs and replace them with empowering ones

As we do this, we feel and observe the resulting rapid changes that happen in our lives, Changes in conditions only seem to take effort or magic when we do not understand the energetic forces behind them.

2.  Feel and tune into joy as pure energy

As you choose to be joyful, laugh spontaneously more often and do those things that evoke joy, you constantly revitalze and inspire yourself to create amazing things and enrich this world.

3. Express what we love about ourselves and others

As we express love openly without fear, we are healing a part of ourselves that never received the attention and appreciation it deserved early in this life and in other lives (if the pattern).  Share how you feel. Be creative and specific about how and what you love.  Say it loud and clear.

4. Realize this is about unlearning more than learning

As it hits thriving is not about doing more, but about letting go of more of the filters that block it, we discover doing less, letting go of control, has a greater impact than we ever thougth possible.

5.  Breathe the way to clarity

The power of the breath and breathwork are often understimated. The pace and rhythm of your breath shares your story of love and fear. Pay attention. The intensity or tranquility of the breath speaks volumes about the degree to which you thive.  Accepting this process is not really about you.  It is an exercise in humility. The human in you is driven by ego wants and desires. Consciousness and a larger reality unfolds without you.  It moves through the breath.  Revelations reveal themselves with perfect timing.

Khru Bah inspires the unexpected

Inspirational Mentors present in our lives in all shapes and sizes.  They often appear unexpectedly on yoru path, to prompt you to reflect to Transform Your Life.

Abbot Phra Khru Bah Neua Chai Kositto is a former soldier and Thai boxing champion. In present day, this man finds inner peace in a new role as Buddhist monk.  He is father and mentor to orphaned Thai boys and gives hill tribes hope.  I visited some thai hill tribe people during travels in Thailand near the Burmese border. Invite you to be open to inspiring stories like that of Khru Bah presented in a film called Buddha's Lost Children.

Notice what prompts you to hold certain interests, to pursue certain goals at different life stages.  Every experience is a trigger for revelations and raising awareness of why you do the things yo udo (or not).

Notice what is important to you changes over time. Priorities shift. As you develop skills and experience, you discover different ways exist to use them. As the observer grows more active, notice what drives you to be self-centred and what allows you to be soul-centred. Notice when and why you feel drawn to travel and when you feel comfortable staying right where you are. Notice at what stages of life people and children or animals become your priorities.

This is the moment to grow more aware of subtle inclinations arising to give more of yourself, to help others. Notice who is behind the impulses to do and be, to give and receive. Everyone you encounter has perfect timing for a life lesson.  Get ready to appreciate what is happening in a whole new way.

Everything is flowing smoothly

Imagine how it feels to know everything is always flowing smoothly.  Move your perception of reality.  Focus where you would like to be and feel as though you are here. All good feelings are linked to a sense of freedom. All negative feelings are linked to imagining a lack of freedom. Know accidents and mistakes are figments of the imagination. Only perfect timing exists. Everything that grabs you attention is for your own good. Love, generosity and acceptance flow unless you allow mind or thought to get in the way. Be the genie in charge of your own magic lamp. Grant your wishes.

As you step back, watch thoughts crossing the path of your mind. Ignore echoes that say anything is wrong , that say life, a project or dream is difficult, that would have you believe in physical, financial, psychological or other limitations. Nothing exists unless you believe it. So, whether you believe you can or can't, you prove yourself right. Why not set your sights on what matters and make it happen?

Look deep into the heart. Perception is not fixed. Notice what is real. Show and be pure compassion and this is all the universe reflects back through the eyes and behaviour of perceived others. Imagine how you can help people solve their problems, do that, and know you are also helping yourself.

"The person who says it cannot be done should not interrupt the person doing it." -Chinese Proverb

See through your frustration

When you get angry, frustrated, upset or feel imbalanced, this is a sign from your soul that you are being selfish and controlling.  When you expect something you are not getting or wanting, and allow yourself to be emotional, you are living through the ego's filters.  Notice your own judgement.  Notice what happens as you accept everything that unfolds has perfect timing.  Reasons for frustration vanish.  Allow everything to be as it is. Let go of opinion. Simply watch.  Be neutral.  See things as they are right now.

“Laughter and tears are both responses to frustration and exhaustion. I myself prefer to laugh, since there is less cleaning do to do afterward.” -Kurt Vonnegut
