What is stillness?

Stillness is not an acquired practice. Stillness just is.  It comes naturally when you have order. You may ask, what is this? Complete order is complete quietness of the mind.  This is the perspective of pure consciousness.

Now, man is conditioned to think he must seek things.  His quests, his efforts to become or arrive, distract him from the stillness inside.  Action may be viewed as resistance and a cause of disorder.  How does perception of disorder bring order?  That is, you may ask, how can the senses get you closer to the truth?

Feeling brings you closer to alignment than thinking.  Exerting effort is not the same as being aware.  Going aginst the flow brings disorder.  Where the perception of 'me' exists' in the mind, you sense division, difference and thus, conflict.  To be aware what is going on inside and outside is to begin to grasp the disorder, let go and transcend it.

In order to be unconditional love, it is first necessary to understand where and why you are provoked. Liberation only comes as you learn to feel negativity and what it tells you about the inner self so you can  detach. Realize everything tests you so you realize how much you can endure.  As you gain insight into your perceived thresholds or limits, you gradually remember why pain, suffering or anything only exists as long as you believe in it.

As Kahlil Gibran says, 'The teacher who is indeed wise does not bid you to enter the house of his wisdom but rather leads you to the threshold of your mind.' Angry or irritating people empower you more than you realize.

What do love and joy feel like?

Your states of mind or being project into your physical life experience.  Realness is something you figure out as it is.  Some people mask what is real or choose to compare it to a point of reference.

In essence, the nature of what is presents in what you are.  Consider seven densities and seven octaves in each density.  Human beings are a physical representation of every state in the universe.  In other words, you are all densities and all octaves, all emotions, but selectively choose your focus now.

Another way to look at this is to sense the soul incarnates into the body. It is a hologram of the mind.  As you decide to perceive or experience things from the perspective of ego, this is blind to love as it is.

To ask self what love and joy feel like requires that you are able to move outside the perspective of ego, to move outside mind and feel things from the heart.  You exist to sense more than a physical body.

Energy is given the opportunity to evolve. One perspectve is everything comes down to what we think and feel based on desire or intention.  Free will implies you can involve yourself in anything you create.

Identify your synchronicities

Everything you sense and perceive is drawing your attention to what it means to be authentic or true to the love you are. The universe gives you opportunities to make conscious connections.  Synchronicities offer insight into deeper patterns of your true nature, into reasons why you listen and allow or resist the purpose of everything.

Humans exist at different stages of restlessness and self-acceptance.  You are the expert on you although you may temporarily forget how to access inner knowing of the being. You may feel happy about parts of your life and feel differently about others.  Every moment, your mind, body and spirit send you messages. There are no accidents. Yet, it is common for people to ignore or overlook deeper significance.

In Self-Disclosure: Changes from Within, I invite readers on a life-changing journey.   Dialogue and exercises engage readers in uncovering the secrets of and underlying reasons for their own behaviour.  They learn how lessons present in unexpected places, what value is found in every set of conditions.  You recall how to listen to the inner voice differently, to sense and create more consciously.  Being self-aware in a given moment enables you to listen to the ever-present voice that knows what's best for you. Its all about guiding the self to discern reasons for love and fear and remembering that being open to all feelings serves your evolution.

This choose-your-own healing adventure inspires Cosmic Synchronicity.  This work invites readers to deepen the connection with their higher self, their sense of success, identity and ideals.  The deepest part of you knows lasting change only unfolds through conscious self-awareness and complete honesty with your true self.  How do you progress on your own self-disclosure? What do you gain from this process? Why is synchronicity meaningful to you right now? Join the dots.

"According to Vedanta, there are only two symptoms of enlightenment, just two indications that a transformation is taking place within you toward a higher consciousness. The first symptom is that you stop worrying. Things don't bother you anymore. You become light-hearted and full of joy. The second symptom is that you encounter more and more meaningful coincidences in your life, more and more synchronicities. And this accelerates to the point where you actually experience the miraculous." (quoted by Carol Lynn Pearson in Consider the Butterfly)―Deepak Chopra, Synchrodestiny

The key is to remember

Many people believe they must build an identity or a self-vision.  You can also choose to remember what you already are.  What if you allow soul to reveal itself more fully?

When you insist on a struggle or concentration, you engage the mind in thought. This blocks the process of remembering spiritual perception.  To recall what is taught ignores what you know.  The key is to allow what you disregard to emerge.

1) Allow things to flow into consciousness & accept them as is.

2) Realize nothing exists to alter perception of the mind but to shift focus to your true state of being.

3) It is not words or ideas that transform, but only the impact of direct experience that trigger divine revelations.

4) The truth is known not through the mind, but through living fully and spontaneously now to the best of your ability.

5) As you surrender into the mystery of every moment, you connect with timeless joy and the nature of forever.

6) Physical life is the artistic canvas of soul. Introspection and contemplation offer insight into what soul needs and how linear choices contribute to soul progress & expansion.

Why keep the faith?

As you look around, you may notice many people who seem discouraged, distraught and disheartened with what they perceive to be happening.  You may ask yourself why keep the faith amidst those things you do not control.

Consider how the thoughts you harbour create the situations you experience.  When you cease to describe the world with words and labels, a sense of the miraculous emerges.  This aspect of reality is only temporrily lost if you allow self to be possessed by thought rather than using thought consciously.

Remember as each stranger helps you in passing because it feels the right thing to do and you can pay it forward.

Remember how it feels to let go of beliefs and judgments and sense everything happens for the best.

Remember the perspective you gain from choosing to recognize the blessings wherever you are.

Remember the sensation of inner peace that flows through you and allows clarity to emerge.

Remember the memory of healing from within in mysterious ways and knowing how does not matter.

Remember the timeless power of love that gently awakens you from unconsciousness.

Remember how conditioned beliefs give way to inner knowing and the need for nurturing faith falls away.
