How to build unshakable confidence

Something happened or, maybe you believe a series of events happened, to explain why doubt is permitted to exert such a hold over your mind. Human beings attune to intuition and trust the body implicitly to signal hunger yet, resist accepting other signs within that actually guide all facets of existence.  How does one build unshakable confidence in the core self?

1) Cultvate awareness all feelings allow you to grow.  Defeat, disappointment, and self-pity focus attention on loss, setbacks and dramas.  Uplifting energy is always offered from all directions.  The physical body generates negative energy as an urgent strategy to prompt you to pay closer attention.

2) Retain meaningful gems from every experience.  For whatever reason, the mind may nurture unhealthy or unrealistic ideas of which situation or relationship is best for you at a given moment.  This is an opportunity to learn to be kinder to yourself, to accept learning occurs in stages.  Be more alert to timeless wisdom readily found in unexpected places.

3) Notice you believe what you choose.  Regardless of what the mind, body, spirit and experiences present, every fear based excuse you generate alters degrees of inner strength and self-acceptance.  You hold capacity to convince the self of anything through your decision of what is valid and intended.

4) Recognize love guides everything.  Every human being is more energetically-evolved than is consciously registered or grasped at this moment. As you teach the self to shift focus from moment to moment, you are bringing to conscious awareness your power to eliminate discontent and apparent reasons for it. Fear is generated as a projection about a possible future that you do not have to create. Love energy heals all. Unhappiness does not exist right now. It never has.

5) Jog the memory about immortality.  As unrecognized fear is detected and dissolved, it is easier to fathom energy evolves through physical and non-physical journeys. Implications are enormous.  While emotion hijacks attention, the mind blocks its own access to infinite inner knowing.  What is and what is in process of unfolding, remain denied.

6) Acknowledge the power of oneeness. Deliberate steps revive spiritual growth and evolutionary advancement. Human beings have different ways of understanding what this means and how it takes shape. Oneness recognizes all is connected. That is, everything and everyone builds collective energy.

7) View physical laws as overly restrictive. Rules are opportunities to uncover hidden beliefs that create them. Ego perception hampers accessing knowledge of innate abilities, ongoing non-physical cycles and obstacles to accepting personal responsibility. Humans often sceptical of levitation, moving physical objects with thoughts as well as phenomena that defy assumptions about physical laws. To explore the nature of energy reveals diverse misunderstandings.

4 Ways to reverse the energy drain

Tiredness and fatigue are symptoms of shifts in consciousness.  Human beings often link fatigue to practical, physical things like diet and lifestyle. Yet, humans do not always aware of the residue or trickling of energy that points to formless realities. Seeing self from a multidimensional pespective empowers you to move beyond the familliar.  Consider 4 ways to reverse energy drain;

1) Remove energy blocks. "Energy drain" is a physical experience and often, a lmited physical perspective. Human energy is thick and dense. The physical body is made of an energy field of particles that appears solid but is actually fluid and flows like a conductor. Low vibrational thoughts and feelings congest chakras, block or congest the energy field and lead to reduced, functional capacities. Consciously changing thoughts and feelings consistently has power to transform experiences in this realm.

2) See things from a multidimensional view.  On a physical, ego-based level, a person sees in terms of personality, identity, that we take finite breaths, can only experience finite energy and are unconsciously run by thoughts that birth and death happen (and are possible).  Other ways of seeing remain off our radar screen until we reconnect with an over-reaching, soul purpose. Such revelations allow you to tap into a hidden, internal energy reserve to strengthen you. In other words, when honest, we move beyond responding based on instinctive survivial and shift into recalibration.

3) Build confidence and self-value. Its not the volume of energy within that invigorates and renews the soul.  Rather, its determined by the nature of energy frequency and quality of energy vibrating.  Emotional or other trauma drains energy.  Unresolved trust issues would benefit from reinforcing one's energy field.  Decide to accept yourself and love what you do.

4) Explore dream planes. The physical realm is based on time. The astral realm is based on endless space. Other realms are based on no-time and space or other qualities unrelated to time. Training one's consciousness to explore a variety of dream realms is part of a natural evolution of consciousness.  You can be recharged by simply freeing the soul temporarily from the physical body, by encountering healing spirits, and by reconnecting to your inner power. The help of spirit guides can also give a human being capacity to tap into more energy reserve during crisis.  Clearning blocks on a physical level permits initiations and the energetic state to explore into other dream realms.

4 Ways to reactivate your true self

As children grow up, they are often conditioned to stop listening to their bodies and to move away from what strengthens their heart and soul. It happens in ways you do not initially notice. Some people hesitate to believe or, never connect how their feelings influence their life choices.

At some point, part of you is aware you wish to reactivate your true self. What does this require? Does part of you say to stop something you have outgrown or start fresh? Maybe a job beckons or new training. Maybe relationships call for attention. You may shirk responsibility for financial, biological, spiritual or other reasons. Part of you realizes what you put off. As you raise awareness, details of the what and why resurface;

1) Absorb the truth in your words. You may not be used to speaking with confidence and dignity you would like to feel.  As you listen closer to your word choices, what do they tell you about youf? Are you happy where you are? If not, what next? Words are powerful indicators about balance and direction.

2) Note what is human and universal. Those situations that cause you to feel awkward, embarassed or ashamed are frequently what connects you to everyone. Each experience invites you to find humor, lightness and  delight in apparent discomfort. What bothers you is the key to releasing tension.

3) Refuse to hide. The nature of what you hide from others and repress from conscious awareness is a gauge for feelings that merit attention.  For some people, it is unacknowledged grief.  For others, it is suppressed passion or creative freedom. The decision to open up to self is a step toward being more honest with others. Revisit what you deem appropriate now.

4) Reframe challenges. What you assume will be painful, risky, tiring or not worth it, could all be your own misplaced assumptions.  How do you validate or legitimize your experience? Some people complain about adveristy to get attention, and this makes their effort worthwhile.  Other people are content in the silence of their own inner knowing that certain choices feel right.  Deeper meaning always exists.
