8 Steps to Activate your Light Body

Many people ask about how to activate thier light body. Consider these 6  Steps & Practices:
1. Meditation & Stillness
Focus on the peace within, even in busy situations, to expand your light field.  Energy Meditation: Use deep breathing (inhale light, exhale heavy energy) and visualize energy flowing through your body.
2. Body Scan
Gently focus awareness on different body parts, from toes to head, feeling inside each area.
3. Breathwork (Pranayama):
Deep, Slow Breaths: Inhale through the nose, exhale through the mouth, visualizing light entering and leaving. Explore a range of breathwork with a facilitator.
4, Naval Breathing.
Yoga breathing such as breath of fire is about exhaling forcefully from your navel.
5. Visualisations:
Rainbow Light: Imagine brilliant rainbow light pouring from the sky, through you (especially the heart center), and into the earth.
Crystal Form: Picture yourself as a clear quartz crystal, illuminated by this divine light.
6. Mind Movement and alignment (mind body spirit)
Posture: Stand with feet aligned, pelvis tucked, shoulders back, and spine straight, feeling energy flow.Dynamic Poses: Gentle yoga or movement (like opening the chest, squatting) can energize the body.
7. Energy & Intention:
Set Intentions: Clearly state your goal to connect with your inner light.
Activate Energy Centers: Work with chakras and energy points (heart, third eye, pineal gland).
8. Nourish a Healthy Lifestyle:
Reduce Stress: High stress drains energy needed for activation.
Nourish Your Body: Eat well, exercise, and limit alcohol/smoking.
By combining these and smilar techniques, you cultivate a more vibrant, energetic, and spiritually connected experience, allowing your "light body" to develop and operate more fully.

12 Tips to Rise up and Get Real

Many people ask to “raise their frequency”, like it’s as simple as creating Spotify playlist or Youtube DIY video. Perhaps you wear crystals, draw mandelas, practice yoga or martial arts, utter mantras like “I release what no longer serves me,”  utter protection charms, take psychedelics or plant medicine and wonder why you’re not regulaly vibrating with flowers coming out your ears.

The thing is, stabilizing a higher or expanded vibration, raising your frequency isn’t all roses and uplifting cacao ceremonies. It includes getting teary or sobbing for no apparent reason when you least expect it. Its about feeling achy, restless, dissatisfied, angry, hormonal, fesity or wanting to strangle that over-active mind.

At a piviotal moment, it dawns that to vibe higher requires you get comfortable with being uncomfortable to the surface. You’ve gotta dive deep into emotional waters where you fear to tread.  This means feeling into the anger, the grief, and the gamut of forgotten emotions the total honesty you’ve been avoiding since childhood. So, if you keep up appearances, pretend all is well when you feel dead or empty inside, consider these tips rise up and get real.

1. Breathwork

Do you want to feel divine or just hyperventilate like a child having a fainting spell?  Breathwork can enable both.  A short period (10min) of deep, conscious breathing can elicit feeling high, humbled, and halfway to a mystical experience, assuming you don’t give up or  fall asleep early.  It’s free. It’s primal. It’s available right now.  Or you can also pay for a personal or group guide you to “activate” what is hidden. Whichever path you choose, let the soul be your pilot.

2. Meditation

Simply sit down, preferably outside, cross your legs (or not), and watch the thoughts come and go like the tide. Play  432Hz or 528Hz as binaural beats, the whole solfeggio frequency range  or Hangpan if you need a soundtrack. But the quickest way to raise your energy through meditation is not to try or think about it. Immerse in nature.Watch the mind dance and marvel at the genius.  Eventually, something quiet arises. That consciousness is you.

3. Fasting (or change that diet)

If you want to feel closer to heaven, choose to skip a meal or go gently- have a vegetarian meal once a week, change your meal menus.   If it suits, skip eating for a day, do a detox, guided water or juice fast. At some point, you may feel so lightheaded, you’ll either meet the Divine or see food very differently. Caution though. Fasting isn’t magic, it can sharpen clarity through temporary self-deprivation. If you get moody or aggressive without food, trial fast on a weekend.

4. Heart-Mind Coherence

Close both physical eyes. See with the third eye. Reflect on what you really love: your dog, baby, kids, getting your hands in the garden soil, the butterfly feeling eliited by a timeless kiss, the moment your lover gazes deeply in your eyes and you feel truly connected. Reflect on what enables you to feel alive. The heart isn’t just a pump. It’s a tuning fork for your core humanity. To stabilize a higher frequency, feel into everything. Live intensely. Allow all emotion to build up and let it melt in your chest.

5. Ecstatic Movement

You change you life from the moment you ecstatic dance at crazy hours with a face shaking back and forth like you are shapeshifting.  Dance like nobody is watching, love your body like it owes you nothing and you’ll find your trauma as tightness hiding in joints and hips.  It may stike you as off the wall.  Do it anyway.  You’ll come out lighter, looser, alive.  Shake what you outgrow out of your cells.

6. Face Your Shadows

This one tends to evoke discomfort. It’s about you, a journal, and the part of you that never healed from way back in this lifetime or other timlines. Journal the stuff you don’t want anyone to read.  Write letters you never send and burn them if you like. This is about calling yourself out on the lies you tell in relationships,  what your anger really wants to express, in silence.  This is frequency work. Do it with a pen. Read it back to yourself. Get to know the hidden voices that speak though you and ask to be heard, validated and loved.

7. Immerse in Nature

Go barefoot. Hug a tree. Jump in a puddle or roll in the mud.  Do those things that evoke the spontaneous, inner child.  Walk more regularly on the ground without shoes. This will strengthen and uplift your nervous system than another mindfulness app asking you to breathe like a seahorse.  Nature doesn’t care how spiritual you are. It already vibrates high. Tune into the plants, flowers, and insects. Ly on the beach. Listen to waves.

8. Speak Your Truth

Caution: speaking your truth , saying how you feel in the moment to someone's face may result in endings.  But nothing lowers your frequency like being liked for someone you’re not.  Express your feeings. Be real. Ask the awkward question or request forgiveness. Admit what you want.  Authenticity may be scary.  Yet it also frees you like nothing else.  It helps you rememeber you wings and suddenly you fly.

9. Treat Everything as Sacred

To be spiritual, you don’t need to move to Bali or be a solitary ascetic in a remote mountain in Nepal. Wash your dishes like they are holy. Take a poop with reverence. Be grateful for the air you breathe. Light a candle and mean it.  Sacredness isn’t a ceremony, it’s attention.

10. Rediscover Stillness

Give your kids, your partnerm your dog, your life and what matters most your full attention. Enlightenment is love. No need to seek it outside yourself. >It’s in the stillness between your distractions. Stop. Listen. Breathe. Eureka!

11. Scream therapy

It may shock you, but sometimes the fastest way to raise your frequency is to scream into a pillow or the wind on an forest path, consciously.  Roar into the void. Howl like a lion who finds its voice. Be like the werewolf wolfing out. It’s not drama. It’s detox. Years of swallowed pain have been living in your throat chakra. Trime to unleash it. Cry. Wail. Break plates (safely). Do whatever it takes to stop being a well-behaved zombie waiting for enlightenment. Your voice is a weapon. Use it to reclaim your life. Create pottery, sculpt, skinny dip under the Moon and scream with delight. Do what it takes to let loose and be free.

12.Laught wholeheartedly

There is good reason laughter yoga a laughter therapy are growing in popularity. We are guided to move beyond the polite chuckle used to survive awkward moments. Snort, fart, allow tears run down your face, drool. Laugh until you gasp for air. Laughter heals the soul.  Trauma release ceremonies have their place but getting real implies going beyond them and recalling what it is to surrender to spontaneity.

Sound healing to re-align well-being

Many people are growing aware that breathwork can be a useful tool as part of a healing journey.

Yet, you may not be aware of how powerful sound healing therapy can be as it combines breathing practices with healing sounds, energetic vibrations and frequencies.

Chanting and mantras involve vocalisation of tones. This chanting or repeating mantras is another ancient form of sound healing that can be combined with playing crystal healing bowls or tibetan bowls. The rhythmic vibrations produced by chanting are believed to have a calming effect on the nervous system and can be incorporated into meditation practices.

Chanting and mantras are observed and felt to enrich wellbeing. They may promote relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance focus by engaging the mind with rhythmic vibrations. Some cultures and traditions suggest that specific sounds or mantras can harmonise energy and contribute to overall mental and emotional balance.  Many individuals find personal benefits from incorporating chanting and mantras into their wellness practises.

Beyond traditional instruments, music itself can be a powerful healing tool. Music therapy encompasses various approaches, including receptive and active forms. Receptive therapy involves listening to music, while active therapy involves creating or performing music. Both have been proven to promote healing and relaxation. The diversity of instruments available can complement different kinds of meditation (i.e. yoga nidra) and kriyas.

Overall, music therapy has shown positive effects on mental health, promoting relaxation, and facilitating emotional expression. Further, it has been shown to aid in physical rehabilitation, alleviate pain, and support individuals dealing with mental health issues such as anxiety and depression. The personalised and non-verbal nature of music therapy makes it accessible and effective for many people.

If you feel you would benefit from sound healing, there are many ways to explore options. You may be drawn to in-person group events or personal healing sessions.   Contact me about breathwork and soundhealing services. A new Youtube channel will soon be emerging to showcase some of my approaches to sound healing.

5 Benefits of Astral, Lucid & Dream Yoga Course

People are asking about prospective benefits of participating in my new and upcoming astral, lucid and dream yoga course.  Here are 5:

1. Deepen understanding of Soul Progression

The process of this course is about moving further along different levels of spiral consciousness. Its about training yourself to recall dreams with more clarity, to wake up consistently during dreams, to train the mind to stay awake in dreamless sleep, and to take insight from the night to transpose it into your own daytime experience. Putting theory into practice is a key aspect of this journey.

2. See Influence of Yogic & Buddhist Tantric Traditions

According to these spiritual schools, a person is made up of multidimensional bodies.  There exist several variations but we will address 5 fields of intelligence: in Sanskrit, they are called Annamaya Kosha (food sheath), Pranamaya Kosha (sheath of prana or life), Manomaya Kosha (mind sheath), Vijnanamaya Kosha (knowledge or wisdom sheath), and Anandamaya Kosha (bliss sheath). The 5 koshas (layers) act as a roadmap for our journey of self-discovery.  By understanding and working through each, we can move into states of changing awareness toward self-realization.

 3. Develop through Breathwork

As part of each module, we will explore specific breathing techniques (and meditations) that are designed to help clear bodies and prepare the dreamer for different levels of enagement and expansion.

4.  Explore planes of consciousness

We will explore different views on/of the astral plane, mental and causal planes, Buddhic/Intuitive/Soul plane as well as the spiritual (Atmic) planes.  The nature of individual spiritual and dream development determines which planes are explored and how.  Techniques and experiences are shared as part of the course.

5.  Activate dormant abilities

Recognition of different aspects of multidimensional nature has potential to activate dormant abilities and allow participants to function at a more optimum levels.  Tools and insights are offered. Practice, discipline are up to each individual.  This comes from being motivated to take on lessons of progressively higher levels.  Know everything is preparing us for the unforeseen.

Contact us for further details about the Astral, Lucid & Dream Yoga Course.  We also offer Dream Consultations for single and multiple dreams as individual sessions or as part of psychotherapy services.

Move beyond your own Resistance

Notice nothing stands in the way of the unfolding of who we are in this physical reality except the nature of our own resistance. Spirituality is part of every soul destiny. We grow, expand into an intergrated version of Truth at unique rates.  At some stage it dawns we cannot simply live vicariously through, mimic or truly grow another's experiences. We must navigate our own alchemical journey.

Some still ask whether human lives are predestined, whether we have any control. Truth is, this is not a personal problem, it is a philosophical question. Our lives are both predestined and not. This applies to all. On some level, everything is predetermined. Whatever is physical in us, material, mental, is predetermined. Yet, something within also untouchable, unpredictable. That something is the nature and flow of consciousness.
Thing is, if we identify with the body and material existence, in the same proportion we are determined, limited by cause and effect. Yet, if we are not identified with material existence, with either body or mind – if we feel self as something separate, different, beyond and transcendent to body-mind – then that consciousness is not predetermined. It is spontaneous, free.
Many people seek to prolong experiences of freedom in the physical world, and wonder why such feelings do not last. Matter implies slavery. Thus, much depends on how we define ourselves and live our lives. If we believe, ”I am only the body,” then everything about us is completely predetermined, beyond our control. If we say that man is only the body, we cannot say that man is not predetermined. If we feel we are just a material existence, then true freedom is not possible. Those who do not believe in such a thing as consciousness believe in fate. Matter means that which cannot be free. It must flow in the chain of cause and effect.
Yet, one who has known consciousness has known freedom. Consciousness itself means freedom. Only a spiritual person can harness the energy of freedom to consciously co-create. Once someone has tasted consciousness, enlightenment, s/he is completely out of the realm of cause and effect. He becomes absolutely unpredictable. He exists in the moment as the flow.
For many, human existence is simply a chain of events in which every step follows the past. Living in this vibration implies the future is not really future, but a by-product of the past. It is only the past determining, shaping, formulating and conditioning the future. That is why the future is predictable.
Some say a HU-man is as predictable as anything else. The only difficulty is that we have not yet devised the means to know the complete human history (total past). It is said that the moment we know, we can predict everything about humanity. Yet, if one being in the whole history of mankind is free and unpredictable, then man as a whole is potentially free and unpredictable. The whole possibility of freedom depends on seeing ourselves as more than a body.
So, if you are just an outward flow of life, then everything is determined. What about the inner? Do not offer a predictable reply. Do not say, ”I am the soul.” If we feel nothing exists inside, then be honest. Honesty will be the first step toward the inner freedom of consciousness. To go deeply inside, it hits everything is just an extension of the outside. That is, the body, thoughts have come from without, even your self has been defined by others. We are taught to adopt labels, beliefs, experience and do so unless energy shifts occur to change it.
To fear external opinion comes from the belief that the external is completely in control of the self, that we hold no power or sovereignty. If the external can trigger us, this implies we are still at least partly in the vibration of ego self, body, thoughts given to by others. This implies we are simply layers of outside ideas. If identified with the personality that arises from others, then everything is determined. How to move beyond this?
Be aware of everything that comes from the outside and come to a place where we are non-identified with it. The moment arises when the outside boundary dissolves. A vacuum arises. This vacuum is the passage between the outside and the inside, the door. We are so afraid of the vacuum, of being empty that we cling to the outside accumulation of ideas. One has to be brave enough to disidentify with the accumulation and to remain in the vacuum. Until courage is found, we cling and fill self with it.
Another view of being in this vaccuum is meditation. As we find courage to be in this moment, through breathing, meditation or other spiritual practie, soon our whole being will automatically turn inward. When urge to attach fades, our being turns inward. At this point, something dawns that transcends all we have been thinking self to be. Now we are no longer becoming; we are being, we are that. This being is free; nothing can determine it. It is absolute freedom. No chain of cause and effect is possible. This is the still point of consciousness.
