Allow it to happen

Kundalini is a buzzword many people aspire to. Its the byproduct of spiritual advancement. In the West, people are taught to be ego-driven, self-centred, to focus on the goal, prize or destination rather than the path to get there. People are widely unaware of the reasons behind the process, its origins, and the collective motive for doing it. It is about contributing to evolving humanity. It was originally part of an initiation process. The energy generated here allows the mythical phoenix to arise from the ashes.

An energetic view is its the rising of consciousness through chakras.  The cakra (Sanskrit) means “wheel” and refers to energy points in your body. They are thought to be spinning disks of energy that stay “open” unless blocked. The life force is a symbolic flow of energy that can rise in a very gradual and smooth process which is the natural course of things for some beings.  In ancient times, when one had a guide through processes, it was the traditional reflection of maturity and development. It can result naturally and spontaneously from living a pure and wholesome life.  Yet, in modern day, this is a rarity.

Many people are familliar with the Purusharthas (inherent values of the Universe: Artha (economic values) Kama (pleasure), Dharma (righteousness), and Moksha (liberation).

At a spiritual level, the Purusharthas are the blueprint for human fulfillment. Being mindful a satisfying, balanced, a meaningful life at the deepest, most holistic level of life. They offer a way of keeping you 'above board' so you make sound decisions. Knowing soulful goals brings meaning to your spiritual practice.

Purushartha implies “for the purpose of the divine Self. Take a moment and ask yourself, ‘Am I managing my life in a way to support my spiritual growth?’ and ‘What do I really, really want at the level of my Soul?’”

Consciousness opens or unfolds your potentiality relevant to where you are in life.  Issues arise if people take steps to rush this process.  For example, engage in intense spritual practices without proper preparation, purification and guidance is risky.  Without the proper containment of energy, guidance and interpretation of what is happening within, it can create more issues that you start with. In some cultures, a person is apprenticed to a master and goes through the process at a suitable pace for a disciple.

Yet, in modern times, with access to the Internet and bombardments of information, people often work on their own without background insights. The ego would have us believe that we do not require external teachers or gurus.  To take a substance or engage in practices on a whim might evoke extreme experiences, but not everyone is equipped to intergrate that. Some people take drugs or intensify practices and  get shaken up without anyone to guide them. So, if the process does not unfold naturally,  the issue is never consciousness or kundalini energy, but the state of receptiveness of the body vessel. What happens sometimes is people attempt to get somewhere they have not created an energetic basis to sustain.

My own process has involved opening myself to progressively more intense flows of energy.  To simply have energy flowing without blockages would be pure bliss (satchitananda). However, trembling typically reaches a hiatus where a person cannot handle any more charge or electrical flow and must then take a rest. The process may then, in due time, begin again.
To surrender to the flow allows it to flow down through the crown, integrate all the koshas into harmony. This energy is divine intelligence, knows precisely what you need for soul evolution.  Some blockages are shaken out through kriyas (body's spontneous movements). We are invited to feel into discomfort, relax to allow energy  to flow freely.  Does the pain have a memory or emotion attached to it? One may lead to flashes of others as part of the process of releasing blockages. Does the intensity flowing through have a sound? Release it.
In Kundalini meditation, you can work to awaken this energy, go through your process and achieve enlightenment through a combination of techniques, including:
  1. deep breathing (breathwork)
  2. mudras (hand movements)
  3. mantras (phrases)
  4. physical movements (kriyas)

Recall who you are

Notice much of what is presented will be felt or realized telepathically. As you begin to sense deeper moving energy, pause, allow and receive. Throughout life, we have many guides and mentors, seen and unseen, yet they are not what they seem.
I sense I have worked as an interplanetary embassador with other beings. Names, cosmic genetics, race or origin is not a focus. Even if we resonate with a particular being or starsystem, we may even have spent many incarnations in a particular region, this is not true nature, not who we are. We may hear of mythical animal hybrids and star races that prompt us to question our identity, ancestry and origins. In truth, we are aspects of Spirit choosing to have experiences in different frequency bands and densities of matter. Many distractions exist to hijack us from inner knowing. Coming back to the breath allows us to decode energy in the moment.
As consciousness expands, and our physical body evolves to hold more light, we can lucidly experience more than one band at once, see and feel the fluctuations in energy within. We can add and subtract overlays, yet this does not change the original core. As we let go of illusions, subtle senses and dormant systems activate. Awareness does not remove the fun or adventure, but merely adds depth and mystery to the nature of shapeshifting and what is emerging. The universe is always inviting us to ask new questions that propel consciousness further forward on a timeless trajectory.  Full Self-realization can only be(come) a reality for you, if you are able to fully embody God's Light. Every moment is anther opportunity to receive, decode, integrate and transmit divine light.

Secrets of 5 Vāyus of Yoga

The five prana (vital energy) currents are the Vāyus ("airs" in Sanskrit; The Sanskrit word Vāta literally means 'blown'; Vāyu, 'blower' and Prāna, 'breathing' (note: the breath of life; the *an- in animate). To be aware of these currents and how they influence balance, imbalance is to gain valuable insight and pointers to sustain well-being.

1. Prana Vāyu (feeds energy into other four)

PRANA vāyu is responsible for the INTAKE (forward-moving air). It moves downward and inward, providing the basic energy that drives us. It is primarily located in the head, lungs and heart. Imbalances in Prana flow can show up as anxiety, fear, anger (head); breathlessness, asthma, sleep apnea (lungs); heart palpitations or stroke (heart).

Yoga asanas to focus on balancing the Prana Vāyu:

Inversions
  • Kriya Asana Vanekom -Earth Salutation
  • Ardha Salabhasana – Half Locust Pose
  • Paripurna Salabhasana – Full Locust Pose
  • Urdva Mukha Svanasana - Upward Facing Dog Pose
  • Nindra Kokkusana -Crane Pose
Poses with Raised Arms
  • Talasana -Palm Tree Pose
  • Virahdrasana I -Warrior I Pose
  • Utkatasana -Chair Pose
Heart Openers
  • Ustrasana -Camel Pose
  • Setu Bandha – Bridge Pose
  • Urdva Dhanurasana - Upward Bow Pose
  • Bhujangasana – Cobra Pose
Some breathwork to use in conjunction with Prana Vāyu asanas:
  • Ujjaii Breathing (Ocean Breathing)
  • Bhastrika Pranayama (Breath of Fire)
  • Nadi Shodhana (Alternate Nostril Breathing)
2. Udana Vāyu

It circulates in the head and neck and is responsible for growth. It moves upward and results from other vayus working properly. It governs our ability to stand, our speech, effort, enthusiasm and will. It is concentrated near the diaphragm and throat and is responsible for certain respiratory functions, speech and mental functioning (by supporting the blood movement to the brain). Imbalances in Udana vayu functioning include asthma, emphysema; stuttering, voice hoarseness; depression, poor memory, lack of creativity, direction or goals.

Yoga asanas to focus on balancing the Udana Vāyu
  • any of the Warrior Poses
  • Gardusana -Eagle Pose
  • Minasana-Fish Pose
  • Pathi Minasana -Half Fish Pose
  • Vilasana- Bow Pose
  • Vibaritakarani Asana (Half Shoulder stand)
  • Kalapoy Asana - Plow Pose
Some breathwork & other practices to use in conjunction with Udana Vāyu

  • Udana Breath (IN: Breathe in through the mouth, attention at the throat chakra EX: Chant OM)
  • Chanting (i.e. Om Kriya Babaji Namo Aum; So-Hum- Om Namah Shivayah)
  • Meditations that highlight raising awareness of head and neck
3. Vyana Vāyu

VYANA vayu is responsible for distribution. It moves outward in a circular, pulsating motion. It is located in the heart and lungs and is involved in cardiac activity, circulation and voluntary nervous system. Imbalances may show up as poor circulation, blocked arteries, heart attack, edema; peripheral neuropathy, symptoms of MS.

  • Any breathing activities that give you joy, touch your heart
4. Apana Vāyu

APANA vayu is responsible for elimination. It moves down and out and also helps retain things in. It is primarily located in the lower abdomen and is associated with functions of elimination, reproduction and bone health (regulating the absorption and retaining of minerals). Imbalances in Apana flow can show up as constipation/diarrhea, IBS; menstrual problems, sexual issues; bone density issues. It helps us go deeper in our seated forward folds. It can also bring a sense of calm and inner strength. Bringing awareness of Apana-Vayu in any yoga pose creates a focus to ground and stabilize the lower body.

Breathe into Soul Alignment

Notice we are spiralling up energetically and revisiting familiar themes with a different level of consciousness. Core energy reorganizes and recalibrates different situations from inside out. Ongoing shifts in frequency magnify one's inner compass, and prompt increasingly spontaneous action. This may include living more simply, moving geographically, changing jobs & relations, sungazing more often and consciously absorbing cosmic energy. We continuously ask Spirit what is most loving to ourselves, what is in our highest good, and then take action we are guided to take. The higher vibrational version of you is resetting or reinforcing boundaries, rebalancing, easing into congruence. We re-arrange, redirect, or reconnect energy in new ways, all of it with purpose to empower the highest version of you. It is about reclaiming sovereignty and staying sovereign, calling energy through us, allowing ourselves to be compassionate, to harness and redirect energy for greater good. We recall what being genuine feels like by connecting with people who are loving and supportive. Create the reality you deserve. Live and breathe in alignment with Soul.

See from a galactic view

(Artwork: Herve Bijaoui)

Notice a very small percentage of energetic reality is detected by the physical senses. Imagine, for a moment, that trusting the unseen is key to shifts in personal and collective consciousness. Imagine unseen beings have a mission to raise the consciousness of their initiate and guide them eventually into higher energetic states of being. Evolving to breathe fully, to function optimally beyond the speed of light, is tranforming our holographic reality. The ongoing activation and cosmic energy shifts effect all levels of your present body, energy bodies, and mind. Feeling the urge to shift priorities is a natural course as you move into a way of life that resonates with higher vibrational (conscious) living. As you shift from an ego-driven life to live from a divine consciousness, you accelerate a deeper activation process. From the galactic view of your human body, multidimensional and/or extraterrestrial DNA also comes online. Conscious shifts transform manipulated DNA. The stream of energy coming from this process is within higher dimensions and your inner energy source is now connected. Focus on the heart's metaphysical 5th chamber. Know the energetic shifts are underway and cannot be stopped. Cosmic Truths are revealing themselves.
