Delve into your dreams

The authentic you engages in dreams without resistance or limitation.  In your waking state, you engage in experiences differently.  Why? You set the tone and decide on your feelings everywhere you perceive yourself to be.

In dreamscapes, you do not make excuses to pinch yourself off from unlimited being. What you manifest in dream states relates directly to what inner being knows. Everything unfolds based on how the authentic you vibrates. You fly, walk through walls, time-travel, bask in wellness, and do things waking mind tells you are impossible. During dreams, you realign with higher consciousness and allow source energy to express itself freely through you. You are completely non-resistant. You are on a joyful ride wherever you go.  You summon from high vibration and clarity alone.

In waking states, what you recall about dreams (you always have) is based on the vibration or mood you awaken into, and this relates to the vibration or mood you left when you went to sleep. The waking you interprets based on degrees of love or fear, resistance and allowing. How you manifest people and situations in waking life relates to your beliefs and emotional vibrations. Waking experience is highly shaped by a range of lower vibrations including; powerlessness, anger, frustration, doubt, and others, until you awaken to close the gap between beliefs and knowing. What you focus on activates mirror vibrations in your life. When you allow how people respond energetically to affect your own vibration, you choose to pinch yourself off from the unlimited being known to the real you.

Exploring dreams, training and untraining the mind is a very empowering process. When, in waking life, you do not try to grasp what you cannot control, you shift attention away from what is unfolding outside, and you no longer choose to explore feelings other than unconditional love, nothing bothers you and you remember and experience who you are more fully.

Remember what you know

You bring things into your life not to have them, but because of the sensations you experience and the momentum of the process as it intensifies.  Something within you summons and activates vibration.  Another part of you resists.  Notice your focus.  Remember the complete force of everything flows through you.  You restrain it or unleash it. You appreciate every stage and all it offers. Its exhilarating beyond words.

Move beyond the story 

Every person has a story.  Some people have more than one.  You may share a particular story that reveals different opinions.  Notice the universal lessons that speak to you through every experience.  Notice where you feel attached to certain ideas or resistant to change.  What prevents you from allowing the mind to relax and feeling inner being? 

Consider what you reach for. You might be someone who is consciously willing to expand.  As you move from intellectual understanding to knowing, you realize comparisons lose all meaning.  Recognize when you require no explanation, no confirmation or approval, identity is no longer what separates you from other beings.  Move from the need to articulate your story. As you align with the real you, you shift priorities. To feel the world as soul does, is to be with people rather than in competition.  Take self and perception of other out.   Resonate with the compassion you are.

All is well already

The mind invites you to define things on your terms, based on degrees of self understanding. Beyond this, something constantly flows and expresses itself in ways that resonate deeply.

Unspoken intentions are known beyond the physical. Awareness opens based on levels of conscious self-acceptance. Until then, you hear what you are willing to hear and block out the rest. The physical body expresses core well-being. Yet, what you allow yourself to see and experience reflects the level of alignment or mis-alignment of the mind and spirit with love.

Notice emotions that capture your attention. Are you focused on love or degrees of hope, doubt, fear and resistance?  Unconditional love is silent and ever-present.   Being here in the body you know as you is an exercise in awakening to your beliefs and habits.  Its about self-recognition. The more you are open and receptive to love, the more you experience well-being. You align with who you are or pinch yourself off for the fun of it.  Come what may, know all is well already.

So, the next time you feel a nudge from within, pay attention. Allow it to be second nature to be kind and compassionate to yourself and others.   Imagine how life unfolds as you know this.  Realize you left that temporarily to stretch and expand through experiencing contrast.  It feels great to recall nothing fazes the essence of being.  The unreal is a figment of imagination.

Its always just right

As you reflect on who you are, as you remember yourself, you begin to realize your sense of physical characteristics distract you from the expanding, expressing energy that is you. Consider the real you is always invigorated, balanced and excited about asking questions because you know the universe answers.

In the physical body, notice how often you identify things to worry about and resist. Notice what motivates you to forget the security, eagerness and knowing of the larger consciousness.  Notice why you selectively turn away from the renewing feelings and positive vibration of adventure. Notice how talking about what is not going a certain way prolongs apparent reasons for discomfort. Notice what prompts you to see things more objectively. Consider the non-physical stream or bigger you is of unwavering well-being. Ask yourself why you shift away from things that feel good and what triggers awakening and shifting focus.

In essence, you are a perfect vibrational match to each experience.   An evolution is guided by the non-physical you.  Imagine how it feels to pulsate as pure positive energy that offers no resistance.  The more you allow, the more you expand and the more you remember.  Although the mind is conditioned to doubt and fear as you express self in a physical body, the larger you knows everything is always just right as it is.
