Recognize who you are

One of the most common dreams people share is the desire to work toward and become enlightened. These people admit they wish to love life more, or be more content and at peace.  They pray, aspire to be like Deities, living gurus, deceased masters or ordinary living people they know who just seem to be able to find joy where they are. One of the biggest ah-ha moments one can have relates to the perception of time. 

That is, the mastery of time is like mastering your true self. How you go about this is up to you.  What you perceive begins and ends inside yourself. When you understand psychological time and how it shapes your perception and thought processes, you begin to recognize the nature of this moment and all that is here and accessible to you right now.

Enlightenment is the moment you completely recognize who you are and integrate this heartfelt knowing by living more consciously.  Enlightenment expands as every moment feels fresh and new.  It is like innate goodness is being born and reborn whenever we appreciate the Now. You are the ony thing preventing yourself from being happy where you are.

It is always possible to tune into the energy vibration of basic goodness.  It is alive and flows through our entire being and all of creation.  Human beings are gifted with the ability to raise awareness and experience the warmth of love in infinite ways.  This is the Now from which everything arises and where everything you think you lose disappears. It is simply thought that blocks seeing what is always here. Thought is psychological time, an barrier you create to experience transcendence. True nature transcends time altogether.

6 Steps to greater clarity

It is always possible to open to see oneself and the world as never before. Everything you notice and create for yourself offers lessons for the soul.   Follow six steps to greater clarity:

1) Look for good in or love everything without holding judgement

2) Grow aware of critical opinions that remain in your thoughts

3) Fill consciousness with reverence and respect for all life to awaken dormant forces and access deeper insights within

4) Engage in selfless acts without thought of reciprocity

5) See fellow beings and creatures differently than before

6) Surrender less to impressions of the outer world & develop an active inner life

Its always just right

As you reflect on who you are, as you remember yourself, you begin to realize your sense of physical characteristics distract you from the expanding, expressing energy that is you. Consider the real you is always invigorated, balanced and excited about asking questions because you know the universe answers.

In the physical body, notice how often you identify things to worry about and resist. Notice what motivates you to forget the security, eagerness and knowing of the larger consciousness.  Notice why you selectively turn away from the renewing feelings and positive vibration of adventure. Notice how talking about what is not going a certain way prolongs apparent reasons for discomfort. Notice what prompts you to see things more objectively. Consider the non-physical stream or bigger you is of unwavering well-being. Ask yourself why you shift away from things that feel good and what triggers awakening and shifting focus.

In essence, you are a perfect vibrational match to each experience.   An evolution is guided by the non-physical you.  Imagine how it feels to pulsate as pure positive energy that offers no resistance.  The more you allow, the more you expand and the more you remember.  Although the mind is conditioned to doubt and fear as you express self in a physical body, the larger you knows everything is always just right as it is.

You get what you give

Some people feel the nature of their positive energy and giving reflect back on them.  Reflect on experiences in your life where strangers helped you in passing without looking for something in return.   This may inspire you to pay it forward, that is, to put into practice, 'one good deed deserves another.' Every moment offers opportunities to feel and also express gratitude.  Be aware that every choice you make emits an energy vibration that invites similar energy toward you.  Know you are loved as you are.
