All is possible

How you perceive reality affects your view of what is possible. The funny thing is, your perception of what is possible also shapes what you allow yourself to see and experience. In other words, you see the external world through the lens of your vibration. As you focus on what feels good, you vibrate on a high level, and opportunities are visible and accessible.

Know what you want is done on a vibrational level. The physical senses do not initially detect it but as joy fills you, you can feel something deeper. What is active in your vibration is what you are about right now. As you grow more conscious and deliberate with your thoughts and feelings, you know abundance, clarity, vitality, wellness are all accessible.

Watch what happens as you talk about what is done in the present tense. Recall who you are and how things are going right here and now. You cannot see things other than how you perceive them to be. See things as flowing smoothly and they are.  The universe only ever responds to your perception of the reality you are living. Talk about and feel love in all that is evolving. You have creative control over what unfolds.  Only your impatience keeps you apart from what is already here.  Get out of your own way and see the difference.

As you nurture a desire to do, be or have something, if no contradiction exists in your vibration, then that something is real for you. Many things that were once believed to be impossible are now widely viewed as real due to collective agreement and perception. Everything in your scope of awareness is about what you attract into your life via vibration. Relax into your eternal nature.  Whatever you give attention to dominates your vision.  Ponder an environment where endless paths exist to whatever you tell yourself you want.  Know you are already here.  Where is your belief or expectation relative to what you want?

Ultimately, you cannot become less than you are. When you feel discomfort or contrast, you can always shift your focus of attention and ease yourself into a place of greater comfort. Words do not teach. Life experience is the true teacher. Look for reason to feel good.  Flourish.

Rediscover what is natural

What matters does not come through your familiar senses and brain so much as through your skin, your emotions, your heart and your entire body.  Notice how closely you listen. 

Recognize who you are and make peace where you are.  Notice your relaionship with others.  Appreciate the uniqueness of others as well as your own. Know everyone complimentary.  As you listen more closely to how you think and feel, make these discoveries:

1) Anytime you allow uplifting thoughts to fill you, nothing else remains

2) Anything you conceive is yours to be, do or have provided you are open to receive it

3) Any obstacle you can think of, already fades as you shift your attention

4) Anything you think about attempts to distract you from how you truly feel

5) Anytime you align with what feels like bliss, happiness, joy, love, confidence, appreciation, love, well-being, wellness, and abundance, you rediscover what is truly natural.  You allow yourself to be where you want to be rather than imagine what you have to do to get yourself here. As you get your head out of the clouds, and are picky about how you feel, this is the swiftest path to recognizing where you want to be and already are.

Looking for a Shortcut?

If the mind is telling you to find a shortcut to something, listen closer.  Notice what is really going on.  The mind is nurturing beliefs that keep you apart from what already exists.  This invents a gap between who you are and what you think you need.

When you focus on something you think you do not yet have, you are repeatedly reminding yourself about the absence of it. The thought of not having feeds on the vibration of it.  Whereas if you trust all is well and focus on uplifting thoughts and experiences, you make the most of where you are and let go of impatience. 

Give these general phrases a go:

1) Everything is moving along just right

2) Everything is flowing smoothly

3) All things are in perfect order

4) Every event is unfolding right on schedule

5) I am always in the right place, right time

6) Joy is accessible at every stage of the journey

Such phrases demonstrate you can focus your attention in directions that help you see where its already done and manifest. Know who you are, love and accept that.  All is made clear.  Feel the vibration of something without requiring your familliar senses to provide confirmation. To know and feel something intimately invites it to manifest your life.

Notice what its like to feel secure, to feel excited, to feel confident and appreciative of all blessings.  Turn your undivided attention to the vibrational world.  This is where everything is before it emerges in the physical. Know when you are in sync, patience is unnecessary.

3 Friendly reminders

Here are a few friendly reminders to help you raise awareness to new levels:

1)If you notice naysayers about something you would like to do, then a spark of self-doubt in your mind has created them.  They are a living mirror that invites you to look at the real issue inside. They point to what you are not accepting.

2) Noise doesn't disturb; you disturb noise.  You allow the external world to press your buttons to bring anger to the surface so you feel, acknowledge and release it.

3) Everything invites you to see the right thing to do is love. Be kind and also compassionate with yourself. Being compassionate with others is the same thing.

Find fun everywhere you go

Know there are fun people to encounter and delight you around every corner. Stay in a general state of positive expectation. Feel good. Be excited. Say and do things to uplift people. You need not explore unhappiness in order to experience happiness. Joy is here now. Express it. Allow it to flow freely through you and notice what happens to the world around you.

Consider this: its not your job to always identify things that make you happy. The vision itself does not matter but how you feel does.  Imagine what inspires you and create uplifting feelings.  Allow yourself to feel impatient, disappointed or negative, and block light-heartedness, as well as seeing what is here.  As you choose to love where you are and have fun wherever you go, everything hits the spot.  You stop looking for what you already have.
