Everything is working out

Everything is working out  as you knew it would.  Understand the process.  Know that thought is power.  You invite what you dream into your life.  You ask and receive what you are asking for from the moment your attitude and words align with your vision. Feel how it is to experience fulfillment and well-being.  Receive with open arms.  Feel the magnetic nature of it.  Whatever it is, its here.  View yourself being it and so it is!

As you create a vision, talk and write about it, this nurtures the will to make it real.  The universe guides you and shows you a way. Feel receptive.  Notice what unfolds as you are flexible and open-minded.    Open the heart. The focus of your energy is like magic.

How you think and feel always has an unseen vibration.  No reality is responsible for your vibration.  How you think and feel reflects your perception of reality. Wealth is not what you think

Every moment, you are invited to be mindful of the way you view yourself. Notice how the mind invites you to define and accumulate wealth.  Be wary.  Material wealth and physical attributes do not bring lasting pleasure.  The quality of the relationship you have with yourself is key to accessing the flow of wealth as joy. 

So, the nature of joy you experience and how secure you feel in the process is a measure of success.  Being heart-centred enables you to feel your way into states of abundance. Being mindful of this practice invites other kinds of abundance into your life.   Begin with an abundance mindset.  Be open to feeling fulfilled. Here is a guide to allow more abundance into your life.  Notice your inclinations and freedom to shift focus:

1) Respond rather than react

(Allows you to assume role of objective observer.  This aligns you with personal power, expands your awareness.  You choose to see from a higher vantage point, get in touch with Higher Self and develop your capacity for compassion.)

2) Interact using kindness & honesty rather than attack, defend or criticize

(Whenever thoughts focus on criticism, you put yourself through unnecessary stress and anxiety which stem from the control of negative ego. Be aware of where thoughts are heading.  This helps you see expectations as they arise and what silently drives your choices.)

3)  Accept innate worth, goodness & beauty rather than deny or overcompensate

(To connect with your authentic self is to be in touch with feelings, and to focus the quality of your conscious thoughts on love, joy individuality and freedom)

4) Recognize your unique being rather than compare yourself to others

(This is an invitation to be aware of the dominant voice that guides you at any given moment.  Notice if this is the judgmental oppressor or the part of you who already sees the best results.) 

5) Focus on who you are becoming rather than the past

(If you feel plagued by self-doubt, this leads you astray, distracts you from true reality and what is possible.  Remain sensitive to your feelings and know when you diverge or go off track.  Hold a clear vision of your optimum future self.  As this is reinforced, your subconscious moves from your existing self-image to align with this and manifest a new reality.)

6) Be generous with Self rather than stingey or scarcity- minded

(Unless you are compassionate and generous with yourself, and willing to take positive action to support your best interests [and those of others], your life will remain unchanged. To experience an abundant life, simply open your heart and let love in.)

7) Be open & receptive rather than bossy, manipulative or controlling

(Notice breakthroughs you make as you see yourself from a more expanded point of view.  The challenge is honouring your feelings and allowing yourself to trust them.  Monitor the intensity of your will. Be flexible rather than resistant.  Notice how smoothly life flows as you allow it.)

8) Be conscious of how you think and feel rather than unconscious

(Sensing your deepest feelings is a gauge for how you are progressing through life.  Your soul always calls you to adventure.  Intuition allows you to know instinctively and directly.  This gives you access to deeper wisdom through inner senses,  a more expansive view of what is available to you.)

9) Be responsible & open to all possibilities rather than blame & deny

(Turn your back on your inner critic.  Give up arrogance. What parts of Self do you pledge to accept?Declare a clear positive intention to attract what you desire.)

10) Focus on humility rather than judge and be righteous

Whenever you are about to make a life choice, ask yourself this - where am I coming from?  Does the ego- mind drive or the heart centre inspire my action? The heart is key to your authentic being and opens the door to something far deeper.

3 Friendly reminders

Here are a few friendly reminders to help you raise awareness to new levels:

1)If you notice naysayers about something you would like to do, then a spark of self-doubt in your mind has created them.  They are a living mirror that invites you to look at the real issue inside. They point to what you are not accepting.

2) Noise doesn't disturb; you disturb noise.  You allow the external world to press your buttons to bring anger to the surface so you feel, acknowledge and release it.

3) Everything invites you to see the right thing to do is love. Be kind and also compassionate with yourself. Being compassionate with others is the same thing.

Move beyond words, effort & action

In this life, you are taught you must count on your words, your effort and action to make stuff happen.  This is the voice of the logical mind. Yet, at any given moment, what if what appears in your life or seems out of reach actually relates to how much you love and appreciate yourself or resist the love that is always available to you? Pristine clarity is.

As you love not because you fear the absence of it but because you can, because it feels natural, and sense love is flowing freely, you know love as something unconditional.  Suddenly, its easy to expect wonderful things to happen to you, to receive love because you are lovable.  The universe responds in kind.  It showers you in love in spite of what is going on around you.  As you align with love, you allow conditions, people and things to show up in your life. You express gratitude for everything. Expect the unexpected.  See what happens.

At the core, you are naturally high on life. Simply step back from whatever is bothering you (in the Mind). Allow yourself to see the Self as pure harmony. At soul level, satisfaction reveals itself as present and accessible.  When you are loving, you open an invisible valve. Presto! Positive feelings and vibrations flow.  Opportunities are visible.  Experiences you are hoping for fall into place. You know financing, well-being or windfall is right here and now.

When you are willing to be selfish enough to be attentive to how you feel, you can release all the thoughts that hold you apart from what enables you to feel whole, healthy, energized.  You rendez -vous with that place where all dreams, wishes, hopes and visions are held.  As you decide that you are going to tend to the gap between whatever you are experiencing and whatever you are becoming, life takes a whole new shape for you. Fulfillment takes shape. Satisfying life experiences swallow you up. Allow the history of your future to emerge.

Note you can never do anything wrong on a perpetual growth curve. You simply allow yourself to see what is really here or block this view with thoughts and behavior. Forgiveness also withdraws attention from unconditional love.  As you sense how easy it is to appreciate being you, life is easy.  Everything good comes to you.  Nothing else crosses your radar.

Do yourself a BIG favour: Think on purpose, speak on purpose, act on purpose.

Master your fear 

Self-mastery is always within reach.  Understanding fear is a big step to watching it disappear from your life.

You may hear people say they expect to get older, weaker, and generally deteriorate and imagine other reasons for fear to arise.  Some people quickly tell you their limitations. Watch thoughts passing through your mind and feelings in your bones.  Notice your own beliefs, assumptions and expectations. If you focus on what you do not want, you focus on the absence at what you do and experience fear.

If you notice any negative or pessimistic thoughts, then part of you is open to the possibility that things are not going well or things can get worse.  When you allow yourself to believe this, you forget what you think creates your experience.  You always have the power to shift your attention and change your thoughts.  It is a choice to shift focus away from peace of mind and knowing in the heart all is always well. 

What if you train the mind and can retrain it?  What if you underestimate the power of intention? What if you intend to feel younger, stronger, and more energized?  What if you convince yourself that you are getting more creative, attractive and inspired? What if your appetite is changing? Good feelings set the stage for more good things. 

In a practical sense, watch what happens as you envision your business growing, your health good and stable, your relationships nuturing,  your life enriching, that your dreams are within reach and unfolding. Notice what happens as you allow yourself to see beyond conditioned ways of seeing your situation.  

Ultimately, a vision of well-being, abundance, contentment, fulfillment, love and acceptance exist whether you allow them into your life or not. You have to be wiling to allow these ideas into your experience. Notice how emotions both distract you from perfect health and well-being and alsoguage how far you stray from who you are.
