Let the inner sun shine
Every moment beckons you to open up to deeper revelations about who you are. What does this mean? Supposing everything; thoughts, feelings; events are all optional. Focus of attention shapes everything. You have unlimited choices about what to recognize, live and experience. Examine, reflect, do nothing or everything.
As you encounter perceived contrast, this reminds you of choices to interpret or not, to react emotionally or not. This is a moment of decision. What stands out? Why focus there? What prevents the inner sun from shining? Thought. Let it all go. Nothing is as important as you think. What if nothing matters, but attachment, memory, desire selected focus or judgment? Stay still. Be the dream.
Be happy no matter what
Notice how external events train the mind unless you see the physical world as it is. To discover you are awake is to observe thoughts, feelings, the underlying vibrations and expectations. The desire to control subsides. Choose to feel good no matter what. Do not allow people to discourage you. Imagine the worst. Know how you view is always for the best.
Every moment invites you to be aware of what people and situations you permit to affect you and how. When emotional reactions arise, they are serving you. The universe invites you to notice, understand and let go. Loving inner peace is always yours.
"... the soul would have no rainbow if the eyes had no tears." - Native American Saying
You are in this world, not of it
Its easy for people to allow external events to trigger emotional reactions within them and to allow something else to control them. Perhaps this sounds like you. Perhaps you know what this feels like. This moment, this dream, is about you. The reason you exist is not to strengthen any beliefs. The reason you appear here is not because you are looking to be convinced of anything. You connect with theis stream of energy as part of a process, a shift in consciousness. You recall you are in this world now, but not of it.
Notice patterns crumbling
What if you choose not to bring perceptions of the past into interactions of this moment? Imagine what life would be like if you did not view people as walking personal histories. Consider that people often exist with varying degrees of resentment, regret and unresolved issues. Notice where the same reactions present each time you encounter certain people. Move beyond the patterns. Others do not have to understand you for you to be happy. Free yourself from what you thought you needed. With presence comes compassionate acceptance of who you are. Give others space to be as they are. Let go. Be free.
