As changes continue to unfold in the world, each of us reacts or responds based on our level of consciousness. This feels like inner harmony or disharmony. We may feel like a conscious creator, taking responsibility for each thought and feeling within, or perhaps confused, indifferent as if we are helpless or powerless. It may feel as though resistance or specific emotions are arising.
Consider nausea. An inner view is that nausea is a physical expression of rejection or feeling not being heard. There is something in your life that you do not want to hear. One physical possibility is that nausea or vomiting results from something ingested, inhaled or absorbed. Emotionally, there may be something that you don’t want to integrate or deal with or there may even part of yourself that you reject. Ask yourself if you feel uneasy with and resistant to those in your environment who don’t resonate with you. Ask if you are tired of making effort yet feel under or not appreciated.
Now is the moment to be open to new points of view, to read the signs you are giving yourself and to take steps to be in greater harmony with and more accepting of yourself.
Nurture the vision of gratitude and escalate into heartfelt appreciation. Embody those feelings as vibrations and sensations as though they are happening in this moment. What is a simple way to do experience the greatest joy and liberation? Inhale and exhale. Notice the sensations of love and acceptance amplify. As we focus, we are one with these sensations that expand and amplify who we are.
Watch what happens as we recall what it feels like to breathe fully and rhythmically. Notice a feeling of gratitude expands. Sensations of appreciation enable us to unleash more of what we know. Be open to a system of smooth and constant rhythm of energy that feels like a refreshing and exhilarating ocean wave. Life is a series of inhales and exhales. Holding the breath is like choosing to consciously pause life, recalibrate into freedom, clarity and joy.
Consider these tips:
1) Do breathwork regularly to allow good sensations to nourish the entire body
2) Feel energy growing and expanding throughout the body
3) Discover going beyond comfort zones transforms us (where strength, growth & freedom happen)
Many people ask, "how do I manifest what I want?" This is a self-interested (ego-driven) approach to life. To shift focus and live a soul-centered (heartfelt) life allows you to be in the flow of the universe. This is where magic happens without effort. To know more joy:
1) step back and see the world from a heart-centered place
2) Focus your thoughts on that which “feels” good, and also serves the greater good (things that inspire you and others).
3) Live with love and appreciation in your heart. Recognize everything is interconnected. So, holding a loving intention sends love vibration into the whole world.
4) Surrender to something greater than your self. Know you are not consciously in control of everything but you do control how you feel and respond to everything that unfolds.
5) Follow the trail of synchronicities. The more synchronicity you notice, the more confirmation you give yourself that you are indeed in the perfect place, doing the perfect thing.
