Get to root of dis-ease

Notice we must each get to the root of our dis-ease (discomfort) if we truly want freedom to be our reality. How deeply can we heal our bodies or the bodies of loved ones when it comes to healing? How can energies outside the body be harnessed to heal? The energy that made the body can heal the body.
The what always comes before the how. The feeling or sense of direction presents itself in conscious awareness before the path that allows it to happen, before even clarity of exactly what is blossomin through us or in our midst. We get cues from body signs and signals, the environment. Opportunities show up. We may act in the moment before mind attempts to talk us out of it.
Trusting our gut is just as important as listening and allowing ourselves to tune into subtle senses. It helps to make deliberate choices, about relationships and situations we engage in. We can empower ourselves by deciding to stay engaged for a period, create boundaries, or an exit plan rather than allow others to create our limits, decide for us, take the upper hand. The ball is always in our court.
Consider dreams are the brain’s way of processing information that’s left over from each day. They are rich with valuable data – experiences, memories, learnings. Theya re valuable tools to work with if we allow this. Paying attention to dreams can provide information that we may not have access to when awake. Before falling asleep, we can turn our thoughts to any unresolved issues or situation. Focus energy on exploring options or resolutions as we fall asleep. This is an exercise in both self-directedness and surrender

13 Things you can do to shift in Lucid Dreams

Dreaming can be developed as a skill to sharpen aptitudes in waking life. Daytime experience is helping night and night is helping day. In practicing of raising consciousness in sleep states, you prepare for Bardo (in between life and death). Yet you do not have to wait for Bardo to put this into practice. Consider 13 things you can do to shift life course in Lucid Dreams:

1. If you feel held back, change speed

2. if its about size, you can grow or shrink

3. If feeling stuck, free yourself

4. If you resist something, let go

5. If you imagine self as human, shapeshift into another creature

6. If some creature scares you, transform it into a kind and loving creature (i.e. puppy) or something ridiculous

7. If you freel frozen, allow yourself to move

8.  If you feel uninspired, stagnant, engage your creativity

9. If you experience scarcity,  transmute the situation into abundance

10. If you are serious, allow yourself to laugh, be happy, experienfe aliveness

11. If you have problems, devise effective solutions

12. if you feel limited, stretch save yourself, escape chains that bind you

13. If its about monkey mind, focus on smthg long enough and it becomes effortless

5 Tips to Induce Lucid Dreams

Many people ask about Lucid dreaming techniques.  As 5 is a luck ynumner, here are 5 tips tp induce lucidity:

1) Perception

Act as if everything you are expeirencing is a dream.  As you listen and respond to the external world, allow yourself to relax, settle down deep into your body.  Open up, look, listen and hear as if whatever you perceive through your senses and mind, tell yourself its a dream.  Exercise this many times thoughout the day.  Everytime you contract or resist, react, remind yourself this is a dream.

2) Reaction

Tell yourself that every moment you are creating energetic files like a computer.  You are asked to title the files: urgent, serious, secret, personal, taboos, Many of these are causes of your suffering and pain because its how you see them. Continually remind yourself its a dream.  If you can save a file as a serious dream where you feel threatened, challenged, scared, these files are dream files.  You are bridging information consciously into the night.  Those situations that show up in dreams echo we are not free from it.  Emotion-related or negative thought-related.  if we are not aware in those moment, you are less likely to be awake in dreams that evoke the same emotions.

3) Processing

Take 5 minutes before going to sleep.  Rewind the day's events until you see something is not processed, integrated accepted in peace.  Contemplate on them. Tune into stillness in the body, feel the silence in your speech, feel spaciousness in the heart-mind.  Breathe deeply.  If you still react something strongly, see it as a dream. See what you learned from it.  From a deeper place, process it and hcreate a positive relationship with it. Every moment, we aim to clear ourselves of illusions are we look at things from a deeper place, from a calm place.  Best thing would be to delete the file. Alternatively, rename it.

4) Reflection

Journal or share your dream.  You may experience 'sleep of ignorance'. This implies you recall nothing until you awaken.   Building trust is part of developing confidence and more consistent remembering.

5) Integration

Once you begin lucid dreaming, you can exercise your imagination in new directions.  This takes practice to be able to transform situations, make smoother transitions transitions.  How do you make life decisions? Do you feel forced to make decision because of fear? Because of being hopeful? or hopeless? Why?  The best decisions are made when we are fully aware of the situation.  In the daytime, this is called awareness.  During the night, this is lucid dreaming. If we are aware of things, we can change them. This is about reclaiming power.  The same thing can happen to 10 different people and they can respond differently. Our level of consciousness during daytime helps us have more lucid dreams in the night and vice versa.

Manage emotions differently

Notice when we acknowledge emotions and feel them in this moment, rather than resist, we do not trap this energy within ourselves. Instead, we clearly tune into vibrations of Higher Being from within the heart. Thus, denser energies no longer need to reside within us. We can integrate and/or let them go layer by layer or in whatever way resonates. As energies surface, we can embrace the wisdom they hold. Higher Self observes everything without judgment, resists nothing, feels no negativity. Negative emotion is a byproduct of a limited perspective not vibrating in alignment with Higher Being. We each have capacity to live in harmony with Spirit, the most expanded version of Self. Live mindfully in a permanent state of awareness. Image what unlimited freedom feels like. Be. Embody it. Let it in.

Dream Analysis of the Week- Lucid Moment

Dream: I was lying on my back and began to levitate.  I found myself rising above my bed. I attempted to press my finger on the nearby wall but the finger passed through. Floating feet first out the window, I found myself above a winding road and floated upward into the clouds.

Insights: levitating represents the deep desire to be free not of some external circumstances, but of the confines or limits of mind. Its also possible to be moving into a state of greater trust and surrender. Do you move feet or head first?

We can see a difference between flying and floating dreams.  Flying dreams are usually controlled in the sense that the dreamer can control the flying and direction is head or arms first. Floating dreams, however, typically involve less control. The dreamer feels they have given theri power away or feels somewhat powerless that something is in control of his destiny or life course. Usually, the dreamer cannot control the floating and feels that something is pulling him along. Movement above clouds suggest transcendence or at least a spiritual context worth meditating on.

Pay attention to dream details. Floating is a metaphor for indecisiveness, floating between jobs, relationships, geographic locations,  even words or dimension.  Pinpoint the catalyst and context and change your life forever. Pay close attention to emotions you experience while dreaming also. Emotions point to experiences on this and other timelines. If you were feeling negative emotions, can you identify situations in waking life that feel similar?

In truth, with some training, we can learn or remember to control our dreams.  We can dream about specific things, reframe problems, end recurrent nightmares, solve mysteries and do the unexpected.  Some people become experienced in lucid dreaming and can develop ability to consciously rewind, fast forward and change the context and course of their dreams.  This goes beyond fearless behaviour.

Lucid dreams do not require you have control over the environment. They simply require an awareness of the dream state. There is less frequent control over ream naratives but degrees of dream control and dream yoga we can learn.  In fact, we can benefit from lucid dreaming as a healing tool.  Lucid dreaming has many benefits.
