Surrender to the breath

Notice what it is to surrender to the breath. This requires courage During meditation, you focus on the breath to confront yourself with your problems again and again in the mind until you finally understand the absolute need to let go. Mindfulness aligns our priorities and behaviour in business, community and relationships. Unconscious choices keep us striving, experiencing lack of success, lack of acceptance restlessness and discomfort.  Being in harmony with yourself is about getting into harmony with universal laws.  This makes all the difference in having dominion over life and what you make of it.

Surrender to the Supreme Self

Notice incoming multidimensional quantum cosmic energies echo we are each the only power (I AM) intelligence ruling our reality. In feeling these powerful vibrations, Soul is building strength so we each see things as they are and act only in our highest good. The clear path arises as we let go of thoughts and behaviours that prevent living fully, let go of anything that insults our Truth or calling. Sense how energizing it feels to free yourself from anything that does not serve the most expanded version of your Soul. Relax into a healthy unified state. Tune into appreciation. Allow integration of energy layers. Feel revitalized, restored and renewed. We help heal ourselves, our communities, our planet, by sensing everything coming into balance and harmony and making intuitivel changes in our own lives. The brain responds to imagery and symbology. Imagine what helps you attune to your creative imagination. Bypass creative logic. Decide to no longer accept any feeling or thought that someone might harm you or hinder your path. It dawns no-body can harm us if our life and destiny are fully directed by the I AM Presence. Trust self. See only synchronicity. Continue to nurture that vision, to make it visible and tangible. Tune into great inner peace. Trust that I AM the supreme power that governs all things. Enter into a state of grace, ease and love. Integrate all thoughts, feelings and perception into an over-reaching sense wholeness.Surrender to the ever-present Supreme Self that loves and accepts you and everything as it is. Every moment, the human has capacity to consciously let go of the ego and open to the Atman (Supreme Self).  Simply surrender.

Get ready for Authentic Love

Notice the universe has a way of getting you to exactly the right place the moment you are meant to be here. Everything we do or do not do readies us for authentic love, if only by causing our hearts raw enough to reach deeper, more grounded connection. A genuinely intimate relationship requires not simply our hearts, but our aliveness, awareness, our integrity and discernment, and our capacity to be both open and to protect ourselves with boundaries. When awakened, love awakens us to engage deeply, to look into and through ourselves. True courage is about inviting what is painful into our heart, no matter how much it may hurt. Love turns us toward the more challenging aspects of life and ignites true intimacylike a fusing of rainbow glass. Getting truly intimate involves fearlessly experiencing all aspects of self, recognizing everything to mirror none other than true being. Now is the opportunity to do the work that liberates us from our own disillusionment. As challenges seem to escalate, this is not for us to rise above or otherwise avoid related difficulties. Rather, its an invite to delve into them, to see ourselves as we are in an ever-deepening intimacy. Being intimate with ourselves is going beneath the surface to explore the core of our fear, to discover the awakening potential of emotional connection and freedom that arises. 

Feel into the expanded Truth

Notice the Truth is in plain sight, yet only those energetically ready are willing to see. The Sci-fi genre has long echoed we exist as limitless energy in a holographic universe. Human life is like a huge Holodek on The Starship Enterprise. We change body, costumes, culture, roles, relations, environment, to explore possible outcomes, before making a choice grounded in space-time reality.

Ever reflect on a quantum computer or a simulation? Participate in a performance rehearsal or a practice game so you could iron out quirks, create the best scenario when it counts? How might unseen actors simulate global events with a quantum computer? What if each human is already a quantum computer with immeasurable power and potential? What if fully activating multidimensional systems enables shifting into divine resonance beyond the game? Recall the classic Wizard of Oz story where the man behind the curtain uses machines to create false realities to scare Dorothy, the Tin Man, Scarecrow and the Lion. It works well numerous times until Dorothy's dog Toto opens the curtain and reveals the illusion. This triggers an awakening in Dorothy & her friends. They change how they see, reclaim their power. Dorothy learns her red shoes always held power she seeks. Like her, we can access inner power Now. Consider the possibility the entire 3D physical Universe is illusory. If all we think we know is within the simulated 3D realm we engage in, then intuition guides us to what exists beyond it. As we grow and trust self more, rather than seek answers outside, we go within, and remove veils we place over our own eyes. This brings us new clarity.More of us are growing aware of a divergence in awareness and consciousness. Its like splitting Earths: one for those who still play unconscious games of self-created limitation and another for those who expand into diverse timelines and interact in different dimensions to return and influence our collective 3D experience. As veils dissipate, the deeper Truth revealed is that by activating and upgrading innate systems, we access more realities, frequencies and timelines naturally. Awakening is about shifting into collective consciousness, knowing we need no external tech interfaces to facilitate what we already do in some realms ourselves. As we ease into extended aspects of self in varied frequencies, we consciously move through the sound and light spectrum like a cosmic radio dial. Exploring dreams and altered states allows us to feel into and start unleashing infinite potential. Being aware and charging our electro-magnetic signals enables us to faciliate huge shifts beyond words.

Be open to deeper Truth

Notice in Truth, we are each a continuous fountain of cosmic light. The breath echoes eternal flow of energy that connects seen and unseen worlds. What we detect through, as and within ourselves may differ. Ongoing events echo potential for wider Transformation and Transition. We have opportunities to move through or beyond subconscious fear and linear time-locked patterns, to live consciously in love and activate full energy systems. Every human being is divine and spiritual. Some choose to expand consciousness in new ways. No choice is better or worse. Superiority and inferiority are illusions. To tune into the endless vibrational song of existence, is to activate the multidimensional being of light that cannot be extinguished nor affected by the external. If it resonates, visualise being enveloped by a beautiful golden matrix of pure energy. Imagine thin tendrils of light swirl down to wrap around you. Feel exhilarated, rejuvenated, bathed in Love. As this energy flows, it moves into organs, blood vessels, through every area of the body and beyond. Recall you are not the body, not the mind, not the emotions. You are Spirit and Soul. This is not what you do or do not do, not your personality, not your behaviour. Its pure cosmic energy.
