Labour peacefully

People ask how to know and practice wisdom.  Explore this in terms of everyday experience and also from the true perspective which reflects the ultimate nature of reality. To be content with one's conventional physical sensory reality is to confine one's experience within it. Why not move beyond it?

Consider whether you 'labour peacefully.' Note the conditions.  Does this strike you as an oxymoron or do you touch on the reality of emptiness beyond scope of intellect? Reflect on how it feels to peel away labels, and expectations for discomfort.  Relate to things instead in the absence of any kind of identity. 

Notice judgment is used to describe things in human terms. Negating beliefs allows one to align with deeper understanding. Observe discrepancies in perception and get to the root of selective ignorance.

Know we are in this together

As we take a moment to understand where a troubled person is coming from, that is, why a person is troubled or is causing us trouble, this enables us to sense we are in this thing called life together. 

Problems you detect are teachers that can be developed and nurtured as qualities inside. Predjudice blocks your objective observation and how to be at peace with whatever unfolds.  Be aware that opening the mind to connections with everyone enables one to access secrets of kindness, compassion and wisdom.

How do you respond to ridicule?

Ridicule affects people differently.  Some people react to ridicule with intense emotion and/or use words.  Ryokan offers another example.  He is a Zen Buddhist monk who lived much of his life as a hermit. He responds to ridicule by bowing deeply in silence.  He does not seek to explain or justify himself.  

What if you allow energy to flow and respond to everything and everyone with kindness? Take a moment.  Notice what you feel is happening.  Wisdom is not acquired, but reveals itself inside as one lives fully.

Notice what animals teach you

Many human beings allow ego to construct a hierarchy of creatures. Be aware of thoughts and other behaviour that appease mind.  Where do these ideas come from?  What do they block you from seeing?

What if every being and creature is equal and offers timeless teachings? Notice the universe offers many opportunites to be open and receptive.  Share timeless lessons you learn from the wild kingdom.

Reconnect with your core frequency

A new wave of energy triggers upheavals for humanity. You have the choice to believe that completely unpredicatable phenomena will continue to enrich this physical world. You also have the choice to permit fear to shape mental visions and ideas.  What kinds of scenarios seem increasingly present for you? What do shifting moods indicate inside? What if all this is a strategy to reconnect with core frequency?

1) You sense what is happening now.  To be more aware of your creative power, you are learning to discern high and low vibration energy. Its helpful to acknowlege heavier states of being.  You are integrating intuitive and rational sides of the self. To move to sense completeness, you gain insight into the feeling of energy contracting and expanding within. 

2) Imagine the catapult effect.  Energy can be harnessed and released.  Think of a projectile or the action of an underlying catapult.  You decide how deeply you will mentally explore negative energy and vibrations. To grow to discern related sensations offers insight into stress and perspectives that hold you back.  This insight propels you to move to lighter states of being.

3) Rediscover what 'fully awake' means.  You are gradually learning what motivates you to leave a psychological comfort zone and what compels you to return to a sense of baseline frequency.  You create the conditions that inspire and encourage or contract your energy and create unstable energy.

  • Be aware of the effect on your energy when you are altrusitic, self-sacrificing and over-zealous. How would you describe the overall effect on your thoughts, physiology and perception?
  • Imagine shifting between positive and negative views of your current conditions. What wisdom dos this offer in terms of your feelings? That is, what serves you or not?
  • Consider the impact on vibration when you ponder negative scenarios. How does your energy level change? What effect does this have on your core frequency of peace, acceptance and joy?
