Choose to remember

At a given moment, the conscious mind is selectively aware and selectively forgets.  You either choose to remember certain things or not. Reflect on the reasons you would offer for choosing to remain selectively ignorant or oblivious to certain aspects of self, or certain life experiences.  How does this serve you? What insight do you gain?  Why is this meaningful?  Notice the feelings that emerge or surface.

Every choice has more than one purpose; those of which you grow aware and those from which you hide.  The curious thing is the mind witholds nothing from soul.  There are no such secrets.  Soul is the omnicient watcher that knows the physical you is in process of raising awareness of unfounded fear.  You graduallyawaken to what you are conditioned to think and feel, why you permit mind to convince you of lacks, imbalances or inequalities. These are all illusions.  Explore the frightened parts of your personality.  See the real you as it is.

Its all part of the process of Self-Disclosure.  As you consciously awaken and choose to create changes from within, you notice degrees of cosmic synchronicity and realize you also have unlimited options to Transform Your Life.

Review your dream

What if only consciousness, oneness and presence exist and ther perceptions are simply illusions?  The totality of current experience emerges in the now. Your dreams are created by the mind and overlook the timeless intervals between perceptions or the fulfillment of apparent desires.  Notice how when interpretation and perception change, it appears that experience changes.  What is the truth?

Now the world contains a body, which itself contains the mind and invisible sparks of consciousness that are often overlooked.  Notice what happens as you understand the witness that expresses itself and engages in every experience.  This triggers Self-disclosure.

When did the dream begin?

Everything depends on your perspective. One view is that desire is born from memory and this happens within, not beyond consciousness.  Any sense of psychological or linear time, such as beginning and end, is also within consciousness.  As such, dreams do not begin and end.  They are in perpetual motion, connected with events in a continual flow. You are connected with all of this. You are also it.

Another view is that dreams are a state of mind in the 'here and now.' If you view the mind as a series of states in transition, then you detach from the notion of a localized dream. You realize states of mind invite you to merge experience with experiencer.  Its all now.

Who are you?

Something in the mind echoes that to be aware of what you are not, is not the whole picture. You grow to connect with parts of self on so many levels the mind does not grasp.  You evolve into states which cannot be described.  The act of perceiving shows you are not what you perceive.  Many people resonate with what they are not and use that to create an identity. Sound like you?

Part of you is an experiencer that imparts reality.  Memory creates an illusion of continuity. Who you are is not related to time, but timelessness.  You cannot 'get this' in the mind as you are it.  Release a sense of the unreal.  The real unfolds in Cosmic synchronicity.

How to liberate yourself

If you do not open to explore who you are, you do not allow self to gain insight into the way things truly are.  You also prevent self from moving through obstacles and freeing yourself from repeating patterns.  As you choose to do what it takes to liberate self from mind, you not only empower self by zeroing in at the root of perceived issues, but also help others.  To be here means you are ready.

The first step is to feel what its like to observe the mind.  Notice how destructive thoughts and emotions arise and how you choose to be affected in your exernal behaviour. This invites you to reflect on role models you follow, examples you adopt and underlying why.

The second step is to recognize how you superimpose beliefs onto people and situations.  Consider why you choose to believe each person or thing is independent from you, and why perception of polarity arises. Notice how this triggers degrees of remembering.

The third step is to explore how to reduce your misconceptions. As you grow aware things do not quite jive inside, you are drawn to explore beneath the surface, to learn to see through assumption. For sample exercises as a guide: Self-Disclosure: Changes From Within.
