The five prana (vital energy) currents are the Vāyus ("airs" in Sanskrit; The Sanskrit word Vāta literally means 'blown'; Vāyu, 'blower' and Prāna, 'breathing' (note: the breath of life; the *an- in animate). To be aware of these currents and how they influence balance, imbalance is to gain valuable insight and pointers to sustain well-being.

Notice getting back to Nature is about connecting with true self. Its about finding ways to 'hang-in-there' feeling ungrounded, and reaching for what brings balance. It dawns that to explore new ventures or activities, even mind-wandering, helps strengthen our ability to clarify what matters now. We each weave a mosaic of our lives. Mindful moments are created wherever we are, come what may. Being ourselves is about living in the present, showing our true colours, nurturing curiosity, living spontaneously, letting go of what we outgrow or what outgrows us, moving on from projects at will, knowing that embracing change is part of acceptance and deepening awareness. Connecting with what is heartfelt is about showing kindness and compassion, knowing that encouraging others is encouraging ourselves. This trains us to grow adept at navigating our thoughts and perceptions. When self-directed, we nourish what resonates, thrive at our pace.

1. Understand Who you are
Meditate on questions like; 'Who am I?' & 'Why am I really here?'
2. Identify matters most to me at this stage of life?
Brainstorm, dream-vision, vision-board, use whatever means resonates...
3. Interact with those who live/ model or embody your ideal
Which books have you read? Which events have you attended? Where do models come from?
4. Explore obstacles to being yourself
This implies examining; fears, frustrations, disappointments, irritations which point to belief in the illusion of separation. Only then can one begin to allow self-love to take root.
5. Write out and create the ideal vision of being you in the present tense
Where are you? What are you doing? Who is with you? How do you feel?
Friday, March 15, 2019 at 1:35PM The ideal vision of relationship harmony and optimum wellness appeals to many. Still, this is not everyone's reality. We may work toward it, but sometimes obstacles seem to get in the way.
Consider this: we all encounter stress. This is part of being human. Whether we deny, recognize or deal with it, and the approaches we take, simply differ. Stress isn’t just a feeling or a mental state; if we do not address it, it affects every area of our lives. Beyond physical symptoms, stress can also have a huge impact on our emotions and general mood. (www.Stress.org describes some mental or emotional symptoms of mounting stress)
On a deeper level, its about energy flow or blockages. When we notice symptoms of stress, anxiety and depression, we have different options to decipher and cope, depending on the severity of the condition. Different approaches can be complementary.

1. Participate in emotional release workshops
2. Join a mindfulness stress reduction program
3. Book breathwork Sessions
4. Engage in meditation
5. Stretch into yoga & holistic spiritual practices
6. Learn new things everyday (challenge the mind)
7. Commit to coaching involving relationship & soulwork
