Allow light to speak through you

Everything of the universe is multi-dimensional.  Based on levels of awareness, wisdom, knowledge and truth reveal themselves. If you are not ready or willing to listen to the heart, you feel discomfort.  Degrees of truth emerge based on levels of fearlessness, or what you are willing to love and accept unconditionally into your scope. 

Words are vibrational patterns or sound. Emotions emit vibration. They arise based on mental perceptions of the past. Feelings arise in the moment and allow what is to express itself. Imagine being the consciousness of the sun or, that of a star.  Allow light to speak through you. Illusions and darkness serve the expansion of one creator. To pinch off unlimited knowing invites you to dig deep within. Allow truth to shatter the paradigm of duality.

Sense what is

The feelings that arise draw attention to consciousness.  What is aware of consciousness, the idea of who you are, beliefs, conditioning, memories, personality and all the mind describes as identity? Whatever you notice, something unseen is behind it.  A light illuminates your focus of attention.  The process of discovery triggers introspection then unleashes knowing and perceiving of resistance, allowing and everything.  A force or presence is behind all you can see.  Notice direct revelations that are unfolding.

Surrender deeply

As you stop and determine what you are truly seeking, everything changes. Notice which choices distract you from getting to know who you are.  Reaching outside yourself does not bring completeness. The process of deep surrender allows all illusions to disperse and disappear. The ego and emotional patterns no longer control focus of attention.  What remains is true nature. Notice what is always present. Everything is real to the senses until you wake up to see that which never changes is actually real.  The sky is the container that is always here whereas the cloud that seem real come and go.  The moment is true essence.  It never comes and goes.

Value nothing

Everything physical is transient. Allow all feelings to flow freely. Let them go. What is real is ever-present. The unreal gets in the way until you sense that events do not depend on you to unfold. The witness notices. Who is feeling? It all points to that which cannot be explained.

The essence of being has no inner or outer, no defined lines or boundaries. Every moment, it grows more conscious and recognizes nothing. You do not have to describe who you are for the heart to know. As you shift focus of attention from the mind to the breath and heart, you value nothing and sense everything. What is does not come or go. Awareness is what it is. How does it feel to move beyond dwelling in short-term intentions to be intentionless? Observe the process. How does it feel to have no expectations or attachment? Pure joy.

Expand spiritual growth

Some people ask how many levels exist in this dream?  Everything depends on perspective.  As strange as it may seem, you orchestrate exactly where you are and have everything available to you to complete the mission.  You have ability to heal yourself from past deeds perceived or incurred in previous incarnations.  Every lesson expands spiritual growth.  Your mission unfolds on many levels. Sense the love, the opportunities to show compassion, to act responsibly, to function in harmony and appreciation.  Experience the reason for creation of the universe. Feel the love expanding.  Learn and unlearn the nature of love.
