Control your alignment

Notice the focus of your attention. Notice what you think matters. Notice the emotions you choose to feel.  Notice you exist to observe, to recall how to stand back and make your own decisions.   Recognize all emotions are meaningful.  Recognize you have options to change any moment.  Flow with who you are.

How is it you would like to feel? What is it you could do to get there? Notice how easy it is to shift the focus of your attention, to expand insight and perspective. Appreciate that you experience whatever you choose.  It is not a question of what you align with, but when you feel your creative visions into place.

Nothing is missing

Your experience reveals that you live a life you carve out mentally, physically, and with expectations. The more you talk about something, the more you visualize and dream, the more you feel and match its vibration and the more real it becomes in your scope of awareness. Know its already done. Feel its already in your hands. Sense the relief, the exhilaration, the satisfaction. Offer a vibration for the state of being the physical you has not yet achieved and align the mind with that. Activate awareness of the appreciation within you for things soul knows you have but your eyes do not yet choose to see. The more you tell self what you have, are or create, the more you know nothing is missing. You shatter that misconception.

All is well already

The mind invites you to define things on your terms, based on degrees of self understanding. Beyond this, something constantly flows and expresses itself in ways that resonate deeply.

Unspoken intentions are known beyond the physical. Awareness opens based on levels of conscious self-acceptance. Until then, you hear what you are willing to hear and block out the rest. The physical body expresses core well-being. Yet, what you allow yourself to see and experience reflects the level of alignment or mis-alignment of the mind and spirit with love.

Notice emotions that capture your attention. Are you focused on love or degrees of hope, doubt, fear and resistance?  Unconditional love is silent and ever-present.   Being here in the body you know as you is an exercise in awakening to your beliefs and habits.  Its about self-recognition. The more you are open and receptive to love, the more you experience well-being. You align with who you are or pinch yourself off for the fun of it.  Come what may, know all is well already.

So, the next time you feel a nudge from within, pay attention. Allow it to be second nature to be kind and compassionate to yourself and others.   Imagine how life unfolds as you know this.  Realize you left that temporarily to stretch and expand through experiencing contrast.  It feels great to recall nothing fazes the essence of being.  The unreal is a figment of imagination.

Don't separate from that

Consider your perception of life and how you view yourself.  Notice you perpetuate your own illusions.  Notice how you make distinctions and comparisons that delude you into believing something beyond you is guiding everything that is happening. What are you feeling as you realize you now outgrow those illusions?

In truth, the larger part of you is consciousness or pure energy.  To be sensitive about who you really are, to know where you are, and where you want to be enables you to think and feel yourself into alignment.  From the moment you assume you are separate from who you are, this is your perceived reality.  That is, from the moment you assume there is a gap between here and where you want to be, and what you choose to feel, then your experience reinforces that.  The real you is aware only a small part of you chooses to be physical.  You are taking your understanding of things to the next level.  Care more about how you feel.  Any negative feelings separate you from experiencing all you are, can be, do or have now.

Its all cued up

You are reading this because this is what your vibrational nature is attracting.  As you make peace with where you are, then better feelings unfold or remain consistent within you where you are right now.  When you make an effort to bring others where you are, that is, encourage them to see what you see or feel what you feel, if these people are not ready, these people do not align with you. Feel the vibes. Discern the path of least resistance.  Notice what you are doing.  Are you allowing most of yourself to be in harmony?

The key is to recognize your vibration and make choices that enable you to feel good.  When you are inspired by or drawn toward things, you make decisions based on joy. Yet, its not your responsibility to bring others to your level of vibration and awareness.  You relate to others based on the emotional scale.  Know you are ready for environments that nurture your vitality and enable you to reclaim inner power.  

The best things for you are all cued up.  Ask and it is given but do you accept what is made available energetically? Standing where you are, notice how you feel.  Be  eager to express appreciation vibrationally regardless of what others are doing.  Identify positive aspects where you are to make peace with where you came from.  When you appreciate people as they are, you are also accepting self fully.  When how people feel about you no longer matters, resistance within you fades. Feelings of insecurity and inadequacy dissolve. Tune into feeling good now without requiring you or others to be different.  Allow others to be as they are.  Accept all of you.  Reasons for your fear no longer exist.  Allow the essence of being to be present and so it is. All things always work out for you. Know this and live in wisdom.
