Surrender to the Supreme Self

We help heal ourselves, our communities, our planet, by sensing everything coming into balance and harmony and making intuitivel changes in our own lives. The brain responds to imagery and symbology. Imagine what helps you attune to your creative imagination. Bypass creative logic. Decide to no longer accept any feeling or thought that someone might harm you or hinder your path. It dawns no-body can harm us if our life and destiny are fully directed by the I AM Presence. Trust self. See only synchronicity. Continue to nurture that vision, to make it visible and tangible. Tune into great inner peace. Trust that I AM the supreme power that governs all things. Enter into a state of grace, ease and love. Integrate all thoughts, feelings and perception into an over-reaching sense wholeness.Surrender to the ever-present Supreme Self that loves and accepts you and everything as it is. Every moment, the human has capacity to consciously let go of the ego and open to the Atman (Supreme Self).  Simply surrender.

Bridge fragmented aspects of self

Notice the first step is to wake up enough to see what is actually going on within yourself. Nature is a soundboard and guides us to see our true colours. To dive deep into infinite waters allows us to expose illusions and rejected aspects of our being. The deeper we go, the less fazed we are by waves, currents, unexpected storms and obstacles appearing on the Path. Developing a compassionate relationship with self and others allows spontaneous joy to arise along the journey. It does not matter so much where you are so as who you are with. Loving and accepting yourself more fully allows you to find courage to create rainbow bridges, integrating all sides or fragemented aspects of Self.

Honour your Soul journey

Notice the physical world suggests shortcuts exist to reach goals and flourish. Zig Ziglar echoes, "there is no elevator to success. You have to take the stairs." Similarly, there is no cutting corners in spiritual practice. Contrary to popular belief, one cannot fast-track spiritual progress to reap imagined rewards and instantly access what one is not ready to energetically handle. The very thought this is possible is itself ego delusion. All attempts to dodge the messy world of difficult relationships, uncomfortable emotions and anything else we would avoid, only sidetrack and obstruct the true Soul journey of authenticity which beckons. The nature of suffering draws us back to the steps we skipped, pondered or missed. We exist to identify, honour, digest, embody and integrate Soul lessons of our lives. Every choice has alchemical conequences that alter our frequency & experience. Reclaim the power and free will to consciously create your own happiness. Hence the Zen proverb: when the student is ready, the master appears. In other words, when the student has the mindset, has their eyes and ears open and stops acting like they know everything, then a teacher will appear. Teachers present as guides at different stages until one blossoms into the Master and weilds the power of a white lotus.

Build energetic Soul muscle

Notice one's capacity to tune into true feelings and find the strength to act on them is not about intellectual or emotional intelligence. Rather, our responses to perceived challenges reflect the Soul's strength, resilience, willingness to grow. The Soul builds energetic muscle through initiations and allowing oneself to feel deeply. Its about opening oneself to the pain, the sense of lack, and raw hurt from which our false identity is born, that broken aspect of self so Soul fragments are reintegrated. Through this opening, we enter the heart of our core wounding until it no longer generates solutions or distractions. One cannot turn away from Oneself forever. Go beyond All and exclude none. The heart can accommodate All. Any Light Code may be chosen to assist you by simply noticing how it makes you feel as you see it. You may be drawn to its color and shape or you may be attracted to its vibrational message. Whatever resonates is right for you.

Breathe into Soul Alignment

Notice we are spiralling up energetically and revisiting familiar themes with a different level of consciousness. Core energy reorganizes and recalibrates different situations from inside out. Ongoing shifts in frequency magnify one's inner compass, and prompt increasingly spontaneous action. This may include living more simply, moving geographically, changing jobs & relations, sungazing more often and consciously absorbing cosmic energy. We continuously ask Spirit what is most loving to ourselves, what is in our highest good, and then take action we are guided to take. The higher vibrational version of you is resetting or reinforcing boundaries, rebalancing, easing into congruence. We re-arrange, redirect, or reconnect energy in new ways, all of it with purpose to empower the highest version of you. It is about reclaiming sovereignty and staying sovereign, calling energy through us, allowing ourselves to be compassionate, to harness and redirect energy for greater good. We recall what being genuine feels like by connecting with people who are loving and supportive. Create the reality you deserve. Live and breathe in alignment with Soul.
