Notice the natural intention

The mind would have you believe that there is such a thing as a natural intention.  Notice the origin of intention.  Recognize the nature of conditioning.  Feel how the heart responds.

Amidst the apparent hustle bustle in the external world, stillness is present and aware.  It allows you to see through a lens of timeless observation and touch the soul. You notice the ideas, the body, self-view and noise that capture your attention, do not look the same. Feel how you are the energy that flows intuitively through beliefs and emotions without intellectual purpose.

In essence, divine grace is present. A natural or cosmic intention exists.  This is not the same as the intention conceived by the human mind. Allow the truth to reveal itself. Align with what triggers uplifting awareness.  You open up to expand into more than the mind can chew. Who is the seer of it all? Be the Dream then awaken.  Be the directionless point with no boundaries.

"I think that growth and spiritual awareness come in slow increments. Sometimes you don't know it's happening." -Mariel Hemingway

sense what is
vs.
censor what is

For me, I find it most easy to flow into this state of being when I am out in nature. It is while I am completely lost in nature's calmness and beauty that I find myself most aware and in tune with myself and all the energy around me.

Bern, one perspective sees sensing as a kind of censoring or filtering by the mind. Expanding inward however, reveals certainty of nothing. Consider this:

"We have five senses in which we glory and which we recognize and celebrate, senses that constitute the sensible world for us. But there are other senses - secret senses, sixth senses, if you will - equally vital, but unrecognized, and unlauded . . . unconscious, automatic." -Oliver Sacks

Stacey, appreciate your heartfelt comments. Oneness with Nature is felt as the body is physically transplanted there and allowed to connect deeply with core energy. Oneness is also felt simply by quieting the mind, and ceasing to resist all you are wherever you perceive yourself to be. Closing the eyes opens doors that are forever open and visible when you are true to yourself. Life experience is like a holodeck projection. It is as multi-sensual and multi-layered as your awareness allows. Soulful recognition of what it is to be true to yourself is not definable in words. It is nonetheless known as the peace within is allowed to reveal itself.

“Live with intention. Walk to the edge. Listen hard. Practice wellness. Play with abandon. Laugh. Choose with no regret. Appreciate your friends. Continue to learn. Do what you love. Live as if this is all there is.” - Mary Anne Radmacher

Hi Liara .. it's always good to mull things through at quiet times, while that quietness of meditation is an area I will ease into .. the thought is there - my life is slowly clarifying and sorting itself .. I am 'at peace' with where I am without the boat being rocked .. I am progressing and that's the important thing.

Thanks - Hilary

I would say...Awake from your dream...allow the truth.
You are a natural intention.

Hilary, allowing things to be as they are and going with the flow serves you. To know what peace feels like is reconnecting with who you truly are. That peaceful feeling is always within you, come what may in the external world. At any given moment, you choose where to focus your attention.

"Accept whatever comes. The only important thing is that you meet it with courage and with the best that you have to give." - Eleanor Roosevelt

Salomão, the mind has an idea about natural intention and consciousness is it. Earth is like a consciousness university. Existing in a body invites you to connect with inner knowing, expand and operate with higher senses. It draws attention to the tangible magnetic field that is created in the heart and the manipulation of energy (physically, by perception) that reflects frequencies of light. Creation has interfaces with itself. Awakening changes how and what is seen.
