Stop valuing your beliefs
Connect to what is of value
Connecting to what is of true value is always in reach. You may ask how to do this. When you are open, teachers enter your scope to guide you to recognize the obstacle is the Path. Ultimately, its up to you to take steps to let go of what prevents you from feeling what it is to be valuable. Ponder these 5 tips to orient your focal point of attention:
1. Expand consciousness
Each person is on a unique journey to grow more consciously present to that which is of value. The ego has its own ideas of external examples of value. Expanding consciousness is about shifting to focus on what value feels like to the soul. This may be very different from what the ego has you believe is valuable.
2. Know everything is part of a system of value exchange
Whether it be money, time, the tangible or intangible, all things are part of a system of give and take. When you are capable of polar thinking, you come to see polar opposites go together. You cannot give without taking, cannot take without giving. Reality is energetically balanced, even if your filters do not register this. It is conscious echange that makes all the difference. Figure and background go together. They are not mutually-exclusive. All events have a witness. If you truly wish to see the value of exchange, when a person asks you a question about the sacred, answer in secular terms. If you are asked of the eternal, answer in terms of the temporal. When asked about the abstract, answer in concrete terms. Knowing this allows you to move forward consciously, accepting innate value and creating value in all you do.
3. Be at peace with yourself
Being at peace with yourself is about recognizing and detaching from attachments and aversions to money and all perceived forms of value, wealth, prosperity and exchange. Regaining a conscious connection to yourself results in massive breakthroughs, moving into your desinty with greater purpose, conscious intent, and feeling into what this process is really about.
4. Be the Worldbridger
You are the bridge between the material and non-material worlds. You must give yourself the gift of conscious presence before listening to and hearing true Self, tuning in to what is actually of value to the Soul.
5. Meditate
Truth is a state of meditation consciousness. Trust arises in awareness as one takes the role of observer and views how you simultaneously participate in human life. It hits that mediation is the avenue though which you access deeper intuition, grow aware of how to transcend apparent obstacles, activate, materialize and realize rather than what Gurdjieff calls, In Search of Being. Isira Sananda reminds us we are each our own Awakening Place. She echoes, "Why worry about what you should be when you can simply be what you are."
5 Hidden things you seek
Ever ask why you wish to be happy? why you associate happiness with doing particular things or being with particular people? Ever reflect on the underlying motivation to get from here to there or become truly fulfilled? Consider 5 hidden things you seek that all else is pointing to;
1. to feel on a deeper level
You may want a new career, a car, stronger or more intimate relations, a course training or qualification, a sum of money, to buy a home, be a parent, be debt-free, or realize another dream. Whatever it is, the journey to creating it helps you grow. You savor moments of happiness and then, want more. Anything you think you want, whatever object or situation jumps into mind, you are drawn to the feeling evoked by the thought of having it. What you really want are manifestations that reflect feelings of security, comfort, safety, acceptance and completeness. As you come to question all your wants, something deeper pulls you.
2. to get beyond self-concern
Initially, it may seem the key to happiness is to obtain new credentials, roles or experiences, but every desire is a pointer to what drives it. Ask why your focus is often on what's next? The urge to climb a hierarchy, be a leader, create and expand on identity, all arises if you suffer from an inferiority complex, grounded in sense of lack and neediness. To be free of this complex requires you not only see what drives self-concern, but also see how behavioural and cognitive approaches that are purely about affirmations and how the conscious mind thinks do not deal with the unconscious and the power of the superconscious mind. People want a quick fix for restlessness without investigating the deeper why. This does not require them to see the root or deal with unconscious anxieties. Visualizing life shifts, taking a pill or getting a new role, are temporary measures and do not get you permanently beyond self-concern.
3. to be truly empowered
No shortcuts exist to getting fully beyond the ego's grasp. Mantras, affirmations and magical instruments are not the answer. They do not bring real empowerment. Embrace a hero's journey. Only by making inner demons conscious and defeating them are you free from blowback effects of unconscious forces. They keep you secretly feeling small, limited to ego perception and understanding, at the mercy of the demands of internal and external others, (what the entire social system is based on). This state of lack and sense of internal fear, desire and neediness, does not allow you to know what real love is. Only by transcending the ego does the real power of love grow accessible.
4. to know conscious surrender
You are gaining insight into unconscious and conscious surrender. You can go into unconcious surrender in every aspect of life. This is the power of being doing everything to us. Feelings, emotions, thoughts happen to us. This is the very understanding of what s taking place. The ego does not wish to surrender and the being does not have to surrender. Once you understand, you know there is only one will. There is not his will, her will, their will and God's will. There is only one will, the divine or that which is. Face the unreality of who you thought you were and disssolve all of that to find the truth of the supreme real that is not thinkable, imaginable conceivable in any way. It comes from a level of consciousnes beyond your ability to grasp or control or to know that you can only surrender in absolute humility.
5. to unveil the ultimate
Most people have a fear of not living life to the fullest. Those who want to love and to be loved suffer the most because they resist letting people and experiences in that echo this. It hits there is no limit to the quest for expansion which is also unending quest for love. The key is to stop resisting life. The moment you use a word to describe what drives you, a concept is created. The feeling of being in love, complete inner security and safety is bliss beyond words. Being in love with "it" is being home but still growing, expanding into more of yourself. Every vision you have and experience you create is a hidden quest to receive and share love in new forms. Life is then an experiment in getting to know and understand yourself. Every experience here is valuable. Unveiling the ultimate allows a new sense of direction and fulfillment to reveal itself.
6 Tips to accept true genius
Whatever your vision, the process of getting to experience it is well underway. At this point, you may temporarily sense a gap between the vision and its manifestation. Ponder 6 Tips to accept true genius (experience a more balanced and integrated perspective):
1. Accept you have what it takes
Encouraging self-talk is powerful yet it only takes you so far. Stories about other people offer solace but are not themselves a solution. Shift from believing something is possible to knowing and feeling its already here. You are not allowed to have the dream if you do not have ability to create it. Be aware everything is accessible via resourcefulness and ingenuity. You may need to learn or unlearn something or collaborate. What is required is fearlessness and creative vision. Rest assured, any dream can take shape for you. The what comes before the how. Details of the unfolding and the physical timeline are up to you.
2. See beyond the obstacles
Never ask why something is happening to you. Always ask how you can reframe and transcend within your present level of experience. You may currently only know what is happening through the five senses. Sense organs only know things in terms of comparison which creates distortion. This is not perception, and is not sufficient to know the issue as it is. What you perceive directly, viscerally is what you know. The rest is your imagination.
3. Trust your vibes
Your feelings guide you to do things that are not understood by the logical and rational mind. Allow feelings to guide you. If you feel restless in an environment or no longer feel good eating certain things, find the courage to change your environment and what you are eating. You'll dind that making changes in one area of your life trickles over to peompt changes in other areas. This is about being consistent and true to yourself on all levels.
4. Pay attention to how you are conducting yourself
Happiness or misery may seem to be arising within you. You not have to give anyone else the privilege of triggering emotions or deciding for you how you will interpet incoming energy available to you. If you give your power away, reclaim this power. You decide how to perceive and respond to everything.
5. See value in negativity
Frustration, impatience and tension are all subtle forms of anger. This is very powerful energy which can be harnessed and rechannelled in creative and productive directions. the choice of how to recognize, and direct energy that is constantly flowing through and around you, is completely up to you. Decide to see it as inspiring, otivating, a stepping stone to realizing more of your true greatness.
6. Recognize your mortality
If the longing for salvation (to know the truth) is genuine, and you are constantly conscious of your mortality, you only do what truly matters to you. You do not waste a moment doing anything else.
