Master your fear 

Self-mastery is always within reach.  Understanding fear is a big step to watching it disappear from your life.

You may hear people say they expect to get older, weaker, and generally deteriorate and imagine other reasons for fear to arise.  Some people quickly tell you their limitations. Watch thoughts passing through your mind and feelings in your bones.  Notice your own beliefs, assumptions and expectations. If you focus on what you do not want, you focus on the absence at what you do and experience fear.

If you notice any negative or pessimistic thoughts, then part of you is open to the possibility that things are not going well or things can get worse.  When you allow yourself to believe this, you forget what you think creates your experience.  You always have the power to shift your attention and change your thoughts.  It is a choice to shift focus away from peace of mind and knowing in the heart all is always well. 

What if you train the mind and can retrain it?  What if you underestimate the power of intention? What if you intend to feel younger, stronger, and more energized?  What if you convince yourself that you are getting more creative, attractive and inspired? What if your appetite is changing? Good feelings set the stage for more good things. 

In a practical sense, watch what happens as you envision your business growing, your health good and stable, your relationships nuturing,  your life enriching, that your dreams are within reach and unfolding. Notice what happens as you allow yourself to see beyond conditioned ways of seeing your situation.  

Ultimately, a vision of well-being, abundance, contentment, fulfillment, love and acceptance exist whether you allow them into your life or not. You have to be wiling to allow these ideas into your experience. Notice how emotions both distract you from perfect health and well-being and alsoguage how far you stray from who you are.

11 massive breakthroughs

You know why you are here.  Watch what happens as you have total confidence in who you are.  Something massive is emerging. Heat, light and vibration point to innate knowing. 

1) Notice what happens as inner heat burns away friction, indifference & doubt. As you shiver, this signals an energetic block disappears.  You retain an energetic signature.

2) Everything that hurts is time-based.  Drop a sense of time and all fear, suffering and separation drops away.  This allows you to feel your own divine presence as a gentle buzz.

3)  Its automatic.  So long as you are yourself, nothing gets in the way of trusting intuition.  You are everywhere. The energy field of harmony always communicates through you.  No action is required.  From the moment you feel how easy it is to be you, no other state exists.

4) This field of harmony is connected to the energy field of intention.  Know you direct this  palpable field.  Your whole purpose is to change the world and you are the way. 

5) Allowing yourself to feel joy activates and expedites your engine of creation. You are the first one to feel it. Your set of gifts affects events and can take you anywhere in any universe.  You know the multi-dimensional nature and feel it without any change at all.

6) Processes in another part of your being are active somewhere other than where your body is today in a sense of time and space.  Its beyond anything the brain can handle or grasp.

7)  Be aware of a temperature change in the body as creation is self-generating.  You are starting to feel complete in ways that cannot be described.  A life force is expanding to support you everywhere.  Multi-dimensional connections enable you to move through them.

8) Every moment you sense the magic of your energy field.  You do not have to wait for wildlife to turn up in the forest.  They allow you into their dimension.  Your own divinity is revealing itself.  Notice your 'norm' is going to recognize its own multi-dimensional nature.

9) The nature of the energy you are is erupting from within the heart.  You contain lots of energy within your system that enables you to feel things at a distance you did not think possible.  Imagine knowing where everything is and knowing what its doing every moment.

10) Transparency is deepening.  The beauty of peace speaks for itself.  The flow is so complex, you can only enhance the energy flow of all others.  You sense a controlled system of harmony among everything.  Its all here now.  You do not have to know anything.  Gifts of capability solve everything and defy all explanation.  Whatever is necessary happens.  Universal life force allows you to feel going forward has nothing to do with the past.

11) Enjoyment is the energetic catalyst, the vibration that makes everything possible.  Connect with the life force of children.  They awaken a very refreshing spontaneity.

Release the thoughts

Everything you think helps or hinders innate ability to see things as they are.  Thoughts arise on four levels relating to ; a) the body, b) the mind, c) the soul and, d) the invisible realm.  Watch what happens as you realize that thoughts are impermanent and release them.  Holding on to them keeps you from seeing clearly.  Notice what it feels like to be at peace with and without thoughts.

1) Open the heart to all that can be known. Be receptive. Be aware that you are the only thing that stands in your way. Let go of doubt, fear and all that blocks panoramic views.

2) Practice discernment. As you cease mistaking the mind for Self, pain, pleasure, and suffering no longer exert a hold over you.  Accept it allwith grace. Joy is ever-present.

3) Notice when you confuse the Seer for the seen. To identify with the external is to judge, be drawn into emotion, illusions of ownership and power. This confuses a road map with the road.  Attain mastery of the senses.  Allow being true to self as if its the first time.

4) Look with the inner eyes. Perceive all the conditioned mind misses. Lose your fascination with the body. Be open to the Spirit within. Know the mind and physical world arise only because you dream them up. Be aware of how it feels to penetrate deeper into the essence of being.

5) Identify with your True Self. This is infinite, knows no boundaries, observes where thoughts take form and sees through the games the mind plays.   True Self is grounded in peace and is unaffected by external events.

Be aware 

Be aware.  Step back to observe how the mind functions. Notice stillness and what is engaged when you think or feel a current.  What is your focus of attention as you choose to agree or disagree? If you dislike something in your life, notice what happens as you change your thoughts. Harness the power of mind. Recall who is actually captain or master of this ship.

It is always possible to detach from conditions, to stop thinking, comparing, judging. All it takes is  letting go. Call it a shift inward if you will. Flow into a new mindstream. Engage the senses mindfully. Notice the waves simply arise and pass through you. All currents, forms of resistance, emotional reaction and suffering, cease. Peace and compassion flow freely now.  Feel it.  Be that.

Stand back & let it be

Stand back.  Notice you have an expanding capacity to meet whatever arises.  Be aware in this moment. Watch what happens as you let the world into your heart.  There is nothing to fix inside.  Being kind and gentle allows you to be peaceful at this moment. 

Ultimately, external circumstances are irrelevant.  Want nothing.  Be content as you are.  All problems vanish. You finally know how the mind works.  That which knows is the passive mind. The active mind is the doer. Most mental energy goes to the doer unless you shift to the knower. Notice the renewing power of stillness. Meditation restrains the doer.  Let things be.  Mental energy starts going into mindfulness.
