Return to Love

Notice that to love another anything is to see the face of God. As we consciously love another, recognize the mirror reflection, we love and accept ourselves fully, we see the perfection through imperfection. Anything we do not love is a teacher about love, guiding us to let go of illusions of separation between real and unreal.

In this world, we are taught to seek someone else's idea of a better life, external approval, something other than what we are, to aspire to be somewhere else with someone else, to be only selectively aware and to selectively feel, to avoid what evokes discomfort. Thoughts keep us focused on the external, create chronic dissatisfaction, prevent us from remembering what it feels like to be happy now.

Trust is about refocusing inward, releasing fear and judgement of others, ourselves as well as the unknown. As we trust, something always invites us to stretch and grow into the full spectrum of our emotions and unleash untapped potential. At a given moment, whatsoever is needed arises beyond scope of ego mind. Surrender arises from deep down, from a knowing all is well.

Happiness then, arises in the present, where truth is, where we let go of the fear something can be or go wrong. When we allow mind to wander between past and future, we get lost in depression that negative history may repeat or anticipation life canot meet our expectations and will disappoint. Only as we stay present, do the best we can with the body we have, does trust arise as a focal point of awareness and shift vibration. The same energy can be felt as fear or peace in this moment. We control a gauge of how we feel.

In essence, we get all we truly need. As needs arise, they are satisfied. That´s the beauty of trust. By and by, we learn existence goes on providing, caring, supporting our journey. We are not indifferent to existence. It does not ignore us. Trust fully and no obstacle exists that cannot be overcome. As we truly get the knack of trust, all worry disappears. This is the way to blossom into fearlessness.

Surrender to the Supreme Self

Notice incoming multidimensional quantum cosmic energies echo we are each the only power (I AM) intelligence ruling our reality. In feeling these powerful vibrations, Soul is building strength so we each see things as they are and act only in our highest good. The clear path arises as we let go of thoughts and behaviours that prevent living fully, let go of anything that insults our Truth or calling. Sense how energizing it feels to free yourself from anything that does not serve the most expanded version of your Soul. Relax into a healthy unified state. Tune into appreciation. Allow integration of energy layers. Feel revitalized, restored and renewed. We help heal ourselves, our communities, our planet, by sensing everything coming into balance and harmony and making intuitivel changes in our own lives. The brain responds to imagery and symbology. Imagine what helps you attune to your creative imagination. Bypass creative logic. Decide to no longer accept any feeling or thought that someone might harm you or hinder your path. It dawns no-body can harm us if our life and destiny are fully directed by the I AM Presence. Trust self. See only synchronicity. Continue to nurture that vision, to make it visible and tangible. Tune into great inner peace. Trust that I AM the supreme power that governs all things. Enter into a state of grace, ease and love. Integrate all thoughts, feelings and perception into an over-reaching sense wholeness.Surrender to the ever-present Supreme Self that loves and accepts you and everything as it is. Every moment, the human has capacity to consciously let go of the ego and open to the Atman (Supreme Self).  Simply surrender.

True Freedom is Self-evident

Notice True Freedom is not about resistance, and is not earned or achieved. True freedom is an awareness that arises as you realize you are God. This is Self-evident. Why you know thySelf, all is revealed. Freedom cannot be taken away, manipulated, or threatened in any way by external forces. True Freedom is. It is embraced or blocked (resisted) in our own mind. The growing awareness of this initiates an alchemical process that affects life choices and situations as well as the expansion of multi-dimensional human experience. Shape your worth in image of God.True essence is mirrored by inner light, or infinite presence that is Divine Being. As we begin to see everything as a version of God, every interaction becomes an act of worship. Energy shifts as one surrenders the ego to God consciousness. Imagine what its like not to be caught up in anything but fullness, joy, service, empowerment, or acts that do not require reciprocity. We move from a materialistic system to an altruistic one. This freedom from neediness, is the realisation is you are already everything. This revelation precipitaes the feeling experience of True Feedom. All bondage relates to ego consciousness. The only path for relief from suffering is to turn inward to the open heart and realize I AM That which I have been looking for- the faceless, imageless presence. The act of self-recognition can happen in an instant. The moment we let go of the demands the external world says we require, it dawns True freedom is here all along. This dream is made up of our own projections. Once we awaken and become co dreamers of the cosmic dream, the world becomes a sea of blessings. These are not made up of our wishes, but rather inconceivable things that often go unrecognized. The very wanting of reality brings forth that which we do not initially see. Recongize the supreme reality that radiates on the phenomenal plane. This moment beckons for us to gain an unrestricted, unlimited insight into who we are. Be open to a level of mind that transcends artificial divisions such as language, decentralisation or ideas of separation of any kind. Awaken to True Freedom. All life is suddenly an act of grace. 5 Tips to feel more energized

When feeling drained, you are taught to seek new sources of energy and new ways of generating energy. It is common to exeriment with food and reduce or eliminate certain items from your diet.  It is also common to focus attention on activities to build physical endurance, stamina and dexterity and to stop doing what makes you feel heavy, tired and unmotivated.  All approaches have their place. Yet, what if you could access more energy instantly?  Consider 5 tips to feel more energized:

 

1. Accept things as they are

When you accept something as it is, your ability to change the situation changes. Whatever you accept in this moment, you are free and your aliveness blossoms. From the moment you see your responsibility is limitless, you accept everything the way it is. Whenever you deny responsibility at any level, you deny the way things really are. Conscious or unconscious denial is a form of resistance and both are draining.

2. Let go of enslavement

When you react to something, you are enslaved to that.  When you get angry, that to which you direct your anger is in control of you. The basis of creation is acceptance otherwise you are a series of reactions. Reactions are draining physically, emotionally and mentally. Being a calm observer balances and stabilizes your energy levels.

3. Be aware of mental creation

Action is about the next moment. Previous moment is about what appears to have passed.  You can only think about past and future. Yet, your whole experience of life is always in this moment. Any other moment is imagination. Thinking about past and future is not a problem. The problem arises when this moment is forgotten.  The next moment is not inevitable. Mind does not know future. Mind takes its understanding of past and reshapes it. Focusing on a future implies you only see it as a repetition of the past. This is draining.

4. Be in this moment

Being in this moment is tapping into the unlimited power house. Living in the moment is not the same as living for the moment. Living for the moment is the pleasure-seeker's life. The feeling of 'not-enough' or dissatisfaction is draining.  This is the reason for constant seeking of new sorts of plaeasure. Living in the moment is not something you have to tell yourself. Simply sense the next moment is full of unlimited possibilities.

 

5.  Be authentic  

Ever notice that when you are not true to yourself, when you do not heed intuition, life feels draining?  Being authentic is like a direct connection with the source power of your core.  It enables you to tap into untapped energy, unlimited source of inspiration, confidence and fearlessness. The more you are true to yourself, the more enthusiasm and energy flow.  When you are in the logic of your head, everything seems to take effort.
