Notice & heal the division

Much of your identity emerges from standing against something or standing for something other than who you are.  What if mind only exists to distract you from the essence of being? Notice and heal the division within.  Punishment is not the way to go. Instead, choose to awaken, forgive and learn. That's good karma.

Sense the presence of the cosmic witness

The cosmic witness is understood as the universal source; omniscient, omni-present, and infinitely guiding remembering.  It is not separate from you.  Consider these 10 steps to ascertain and sense the presence and of the cosmic witness and what it is not:

1) Awaken to your own ego-created desires that exist at the root of your suffering.

2) Step back from the insatiable ego & illusions you create to reinforce perceived problems.

3) Reflect on underlying reasons for your desires, hopes, fears & attachments that create the above. 

4) Notice the nature of ingrained beliefs  that prompt you to self-judge and imagine what is not there.

5) Recall cosmic consciousness is the core state that re-aligns you with true nature.

6) Explore why the mind imagines limitation, inadequacy, reasons for insecurity & loneliness.

7) Let go of beliefs which are themselves conditioned mental delusions.

8) Practice forgiveness of self and others then realize reasons for forgiveness are illusion.

9) Recall the feeling of "right action" & be what it is that reinforces who you are.

10) Realize that every choice impacts perceived self and the whole universe.

How do you resist letting go?

Permit self to step back.  Reflect on where you cling to people, situations and perceptions. What are you really saying? You resist letting go out of possible confusion, misunderstanding and selfishness. Consider why emotion or thought exerts a hold over you;

You may be conditioned to believe you are meant to do what you do. Maybe your relatives also followed this path. Maybe friends followed a similar legal course of action. Ask if you feel good about your own situation right now. To sense discomfort or restlessness echoes your beliefs are not aligned with the real you. You may outgrow a certain mindset, attitude or choice. Ready to move on?

 You may misunderstand the signals of your own body, mind and spirit.  Perhaps you were taught to sense that if at first you do not realize a particular goal, then you are simply meant ot work harder, faster and struggle more to reach what you really want.  Another perspective is life is meant to be easy, enjoyable and fun. When something is not, you are missing the truth of experiences.

You may not recognize your own selfishness.  Thoughts can be distorted.  They are the only place where fear can be experienced.  Everything you fear comes from a false point of reference. To view self from a place of limitation or restriction is a gift.  Illness does not disconnect you from the real you or loved ones. In truth, perceived imbalance invites you to do what is necessary to realign. Ask self how your life would change if you chose to forgive self or others.  Focus attention on appreciating why you are where you are.

The only thing that brings you pain and suffering is to resist what you really are, which is unconditional love and acceptance. You can choose experiences that unleash inner freedom or that stifle it. Everything invites you to recall the harmony of Cosmic Synchroncity.

Everything is inside you

Many people temporarily forget that everything they require is inside them. This is where dreams are devised and from where plans to realize them are projected. You point things out to yourself directly through your visualized sensations. You imagine a whole range of emotions and manifest them into being as experience through different dimensions of reality. Why then, search outside at all?

Part of you resists believing, sensing or knowing that what you experience is contained within the mind.  This same part of you hesitates to accept that your karma or energy has anything to do with discomfort that is unfolding in your scope o awareness. You may empathize with another or, disregard his plight as being in any way related to you.  Could it concern self-love and forgiveness?

Even now, your own teachings emerge from the wisdom mind.  This is not a dream.  You feel what you seek through the palm of your hand.  As you go deeper into the nature of the mind, you discern answers.  You discover they unfold themselves without prompting as you are ready.  This is yet another stage in higher consciousness evolution.  It is part of attuning to Cosmic Synchronicity.

What does being mean?

Every moment, whatever you are doing is reminding you what you are.  Part of you resents and resists the truth.  Ask your true self why.  What if you remember you have a choice how to think and feel?  What if this is reminding you what you know by choose to forget? Life triggers remarkable revelations.

You choose to be as you are or not.  As you attune to where you are, you are willing to detach from negativity, from those things that block you from uncondtional love, forgiveness and acceptance.  Share what being means to you at this moment.
