Heal illusory divisions within

Notice energy's eternal force is the Truth of Life. Only energy exists. Yet, using words to describe "Truth" inevitably distorts it. We come to know the Truth by discovering what its not. Awareness allows us to transcend all we adopt and think defines us. Rules and conditions often come to define who, what and how we Love. Awakening is about seeing nothing is ever solved by self-reprimand or blaming others. The conversations we have with ourselves are not real, yet self-talk evokes real emotions in us and what seems real turmoil in our lives. Still, emotions are not the biggest issue. Our thoughts are. Emotions echo what is going on inside us. Emotions remind us that we are not loving ourselves fully, and they let us know when we've travelled too far from the energetic Truth. This Truth may not be something you can easily put into words, but if you pay close enough attention, you can feel its resonance. Its never too late to rediscover the power of Love within us. It has nothing to do with vanity or self-importance. Love is the energy that flows within and all around us. To see everything as a message about Love or a call for Love is to validate who we are. As we recognize we are each the love of our own lives, it dawns the relationship we have with our body and self affects all relationships. Loving ourselves without conditions, heals illusory divisions within ourselves. Self love and acceptance connect us with the infinite power of source energy and allow us to consciously create new realities.

Sharpen Soulful Observation

Notice one is never alone. Instances may arise where it feels like your Soul is slowly suffocating, where part of you is holding back from truly living. You may fear failure, judgment or rejection. If, like me, you’ve felt the pulling in your heart and the weight on your shoulders in different directions, it helps to remember discomfort is part of you. Whatever you think or feel at this moment, relates to memories or visions, energies flowing through your etheric and filtering into your mind and emotions. They are valid parts of your life and ways your Soul may be communicating, asking for attention, healing, or change. Life reveals we cannot move forward or listen to Soul if we always pretend to be happy or avoid pain. It surfaces to be loved and accepted. Wisdom is about embracing every struggle and being fully who you are. Soul often speaks to us through life events. The key here is to be observant, see beyond ego. Rather than ask what you want from life, love, or your calling, ask what is best for everyone. Soul may echo very clearly a new path beckons, you've outgrown a career or relationship, are ready study a new subject, move to a new place or create a completely different life. Or, your Soul may echo to practice patience and stick with your current focal point even though it’s hard. Only you know when a lesson is fully learned or whether you still have room left to grow where you are. Trust yourself. Know also that whatever we experience in our physical, emotional and other bodies reflects how we experience Earth's energy, magnetic fields and ongoing shifts in consciousness.

Heal conflict naturally

Notice from the moment conflicts of the external world are recognized as symbolic of the conflicts within consciousness, we are no longer fazed or disturbed by events. Rather, we shift into a sense of energy flow. To expand consciousness is to rise energetically, and bring or reframe the whole world, which is the vibration of your thought. This can only happen as you purify ego consciousness. To be drawn out or extricated from adversity is to go beyond family, religious, socio-cultural context, to individuate, to leave behind the known, or easy comfort zone. We are invited to move forward on this journey alone. Sacrifical death and rebirth is where the identity of the ego is let go. Unless you come to face your own shadows, you continue to see them in others as the world outside simply mirrors what is inside. Shift instead to align with inner radiance.

Reactivate the Truth inside

Notice every instance you recognize and let go of some ego-driven focus or pursuit, you are recalibrating energy, strengthening and re-vitalizing natural systems of energy fields. In order to rebuild the Earth fields to a level they were in ancient times, that is, that were connected by an active, global, interconnected free-flowing energy pyramid system, we have to purify psychological resistances and attain liberation from ego. Seeing what is real within oneself, loving our true being fully, only happens as we see through the ego as it works through us, and shift to act in resonance with the the real. This radiance enables what is real to shine and emerge in others. To function optimally, we must vibrate the core frequency consistently. The nature of emptiness makes space for the fullness of natural energetic capacities to transform reality on an unfathomable scale. Every stage of consciousness emits vibration to shape our course. We each have a unique path. To what degree we allow conscious shifts within and the level we build our capacity to hold energy, is our compass to create and navigate new realities. Meditate on it.

The Truth cannot be Forced

Notice the brain is a transceiver of vibrational frequencies. If you are in an energy field that evokes resistance or discomfort, or you attempt to integrate information too quickly, your body may not be able to handle a level of differential frequency. (Imagine the brain as a circuit board, and you do not wish to overload your circuits) The common response is to withdraw or get away from the intense energy source. For example, if music is too loud, you turn volume down or leave the space. A similar thing happens when you are offered levels of "truth" energy you are unable to assimilate. You only receive what you are ready and willing to accept. This is why people are meant to be initiated, receive guided info in progressive stages, in forms they can digest, and also why some people refuse to accept certain info as truth. They may not be ready. More than one process is going on. A self-purification process is necessary to integrate progressively higher vibrations. If the body cannot handle an influx of energy (data differs too much from baseline frequency reference), the body can respond with imbalance, rejection, health issues or other blocks. Hence, it is said one ought to take everything with a grain of salt. If "it" resonates, take it onboard. If not, let it flow in one ear, out the other. If it is meant for you, then you hear it.
