Watch the veils are lifting

Notice veils of illusion are linked to conditioned beliefs about aspects of reality. We are widely taught to think in terms of fear and limitation, to act as if love is conditional and give our power away to external authority. Awakening is about beginnning to see though the institutions we imagine needs for, create and perpetuate as a collective shadow. Layers of veils exist like layers of institutions we have created out of beliefs we need external guidance, protection, acceptance and hierarchies. Expanding into more of who we are is about letting go of attachments and illusions, seeing through eyes of compassion, making life choices aligned with new levels of consciousness. This is reclaiming our innate sovereignty. Energetically, its about loving, trusting and sustaining True Divine Being on a whole new level

Challenge Yourself

Challenge yourself to  determine what would enable you to feel most alive and what prevents you from living this.  Breathe into your purest intentions. Identify the nature of your emotional triggers. Make a list of what stands out, which events, thoughts or actions cause you to cringe, or withdraw? Which individuals or situations evoke discomfort? To help turn things around, what would you ideally be doing or how would you ideally be functionning? What would the ideal breath look and feel like? Ask yourself to describe what affects your breath. 

What if you could come to tune into the rhythm breath and use it as a pointer to help you work through and heal these triggers? Now is the perfect moment to follow intuition...

5 Tips to take things in stride

Life is full of surprises.  We may tell ourselves that we assume we always know our destination and are familliar with the route of travel.  Yet, in many cases, our journey turns out to be more of a winding path with frequent stops or detours in unexpected places.  It can sometimes feel very confusing, even trigger emotional roller coasters.  Our personal and professional relationships may also be challenged. Here are ten tips to take things in stride;

1. Listen to the breath

3 Ways to Clarify a New Reality

Changes are unfolding at an increasingly rapid pace.  This draws our attention to where in our lives we resist change and/or, where we are receptive or ready to respond differently to life. Consider 3 Ways to clarify and ground in a new reality.

1. Recognize where something is not working

Feeling restless implies something is not working in our lives. Each of us must clarify what 'not working' means or feels like for ourselves. When things are working, this is not necesarily about what the ego wants. What if 'not working' implies living unconsciously, using less than our full potential? We may get a funny feeling in the gut or signs in dreams that invite us to pay attention and listen differently.  We may feel imbalance, notice we are giving someone too much thought and feeling drained or exploited, expressing affection without getting reciprocity, putting too much time into work and being repeatedly overlooked for promotion or unrecognized. Our health or fitness level may be less than optimum although we put effort in. Feeling dissatisfied, ignored, or undervalued invites us to explore unconscious beliefs that create patterns. It also invites making the conscious decision to create a different reality.  Where attention goes, energy flows.

2. Explore Breathing Patterns

The rhythm of the breath is a language that echoes how true we are being to our soul. We can undertake different kinds of breathwork to get to know our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies on a whole new level.  What if the breath is the bridge to all systems, conscious and conscious, and we each have the power to engage the breath to gain new insight into ourselves?  The breath is a path to determine where we harbour blockages and also how to release them. When ready, opportunities arise to explore conscious  breathwork and decode the puzzles in our lives so we can feel better, more alive right where we are.

3. Reclaim inner power 

When we allow fear to run us, we are unconsciously giving our power away. This grows more apparent as we pay attentionto our thoughts, emotions, language, perception and life experience. Whenever we live in fear or are movated by fear, we give some of our power away.  If someone is not respecting our time, invalidating us (verbally, in writing, belittling) or generally not treating us with kindness and compassion, the moment is ripe to shift gears. Reclaiming inner power is about seeing about seeing ourselves as whole and complete, nurturing fearlessness in ourselves and others, speaking our truth, living in integrity and setting a standard for how we wish to be treated.  Living our Truth is about consciously choosing to be aware of true nature, feeling our way into life and treating everything with reverence. Anyone or anything that invites us to feel less than whole, is not belief or vision we have to adopt. We can choose to create a new reality. Recall teh 5 peopel we speand the most time with are the five people we are evolving into. take a close look at the characteristics of entourage. Is this the most desirable vision for a new reality or is it time to shift focus?

9 Ways to get closer to Truth

Many people are seeking threir version of the truth.  The common belief is that the truth cannot be where you are or related to what you think you are doing. Yet the Truth is widely sought as a pointer to peace of mind, the end of restlessness and it cannot be explained in words.  In this way, its easier to say what the truth is not.  Reflecvt on these 9 ways to get closer to the Truth:

1. Intuit the truth is not based on beliefs

A group of people can agree and form a conspiracy based on false beliefs where they all agree to tell the same false story, but it does not make their assumption true.

2. Realize the Truth does not have to be uplifting

A sense of adversity, trauma or tragedy can also be valid.

3. Accept the Truth is not necessarily based on views of majority

Fifty-one percent or more of a group can be brainwashed, conditioned to reach a wrong conclusion.

 4. Grasp the Truth cannot be understood in the mind

A lengthy, detailed presentation can still result in a false conclusion.

 5. Recognize the Truth is not defined by intention

Intentions are expressions of the mind and can be wrong.

6. Sense that Truth is not how we know

Truth is not an opinion but a knowing of what we feel.

7. Get that Truth is not simply a possibility

Truth is not something to contemplate. Its felt beyond shadow of a doubt

8. Discern the Truth is not externally- provable

A truth can be privately known (an internal revelation that cannot be shared in words)

 9. Truth is not something that changes  

Lies can appear static but they are still lies and not the truth.
