Honour Yourself

Notice listening to intuition is aligning with Higher Self in action. This creates positive energetic shifts, quantum leaps in consciousness. For us, recalibrating inspires in a BIG move and creating deeper connection with life. Truely honest and open connections with Earth and others arise as we nourish conscious connection with ourselves. Operating from expanded awareness with greater ease takes shape in absorbing more light, sleeping less, taking responsibility for our behavior Now, all we are contributing to and creating through our highest states of consciousness. Whenever we lie to ourselves, we cannot help but lie to others. We only honour others as we honour, respect and love self. The more we trust our feelings, speak our truth, set boundaries, the more empowered we become, the more we reclaim true power and fearlessly live as the original HUman DNA blueprint intended. Tune into inner vibes. Sense the truth. The Soul is whispering to get our attention. Since we all sense from different frequencies and spaces as we go, it's important to see holistically, feel that which resonates and let go/move beyond what does not.

The Truth of Oneness

Notice no separate events, relationships or "other(s)" exist. Any conflict you detect with another is a conflict inside with yourself. Any fear you harbour about sharing your feelings or perception points to what needs healing. At a pivotal moment, it dawns that nothing is left to fear. Right here, it dawns nothing remains but love.

Let Skeletons out of the Closet

Notice a common assumption about expanded consciousness is that this is about developing Siddhis (paranormal power), magical shifts in perception, instant manifestation, ability to travel or jump interdimensionally, access multidimensional realities at will, and all the appealing yet untouchable aspects of "enlightenment." In fact, what is apparently supernatural simply blossoms into the new normal only through deep inner work that allows illumination from within. This is the White Lotus opening or Secret of the Golden Flower of wisdom. True Nature arises through deepening self- awareness and a journey to self-mastery. It is about making the unconscious conscious, letting the "skeletons (shadows) out of the closet", growing aware of different aspects of self; traits, behaviors, and feelings, how we respond to what happens to us. Its also understanding that every thought and feeling we have every moment is shaping the direction and experience of our life. Unseen energies naturally shift and change physical conditions as we fearlessly examine conditioned structures of the human mind; its patterns, underlying trauma, electromagnetic and other blocks. Without honest and thorough self-examination, we unconsciously recreate the same dysfunction and imbalances in our world. Man does not suffer from external forces as much as from his/her own dysfunctional mind. The common thread in all dysfunctional relations is an issue of power. Until we have a conscious and loving relationship with self, we cannot experience "love" elsewhere. Our true purpose is not to direct or influence the behaviour of others using ego. Rather, it is to inspire the divine impulse of love to arise and flourish in others in resonance with our own inner radiance.

Heal & Move Beyond Trauma

Notice life experience invites inner world issues to come to light. Through awareness, one joins dots in the bigger picture of one's fear-based patterns. This illuminates divine presence or Christ consciousness. Awakening to destructive patterns can trigger revelations, bring new clarity of direction and life purpose. The origins of my own mistrust, scarcity and insecurity guided me to uncover and explore unconscious childhood & interdimensional trauma. Turns out abuse keeps us caught in time loops of repeated behaviours that blocks expanded perception. Yet, the key is to grow aware of what we think is missing within ourselves or our lives, make conscious why we keep choosing situations that deprive us from tasting true love, affection and appeciation. Many of us have been trained or socialized to see self-created "defects", or find balance. We often act based on others' expectations. When ready, we allow all we had denied to surface. We are each on journey to wholeness, back to where we never left, to accept what is not lost or missing. Through fearless self-exploration, growing awareness and by making new choices, we empower ourself to break self-defeating patterns. To change the world, we must begin with ourselves. To know what is unfolding around us, we must master what is within. Breathwork is a valuable tool on the path to embrace limitless being.

Awaken to deeper remembering

Notice we exist to awaken into full spiritual remembrance. We have opportunities to know different stages of Consciousness. Everything is reminding us that we are much more than we think. Tuning into inner knowing shifts our Present Consciousness. As we come to realize pure consciousness exists beyond time and space, through varied states of awareness, we explore aspects of self in our own reality Our Stored Consciousness holds all the experiences in every lifetime at any age and we can access these aspects of ourselves, ask them to come forward to share wisdom. We then travel through realms of our Alternate Consciousness, where key decisions created other versions of ourselves in alternate realities. We can interact and gain insight from alternate selves. Moving through our Parallel Consciousness, we are active in other bodies on Earth in other eras of Earth’s history. Each energetic exchange leaves all aspects of ourselves in a higher vibration. Interacting with our Interdimensional Consciousness, we experience the knowing of being in other life forms or dimensions again for exchange of energy and insight. As we embrace our Eternal Consciousness and pause to experience that transformational energy, it dawns we merge and are All That Is. Each HUman being is an awakening Avatar. Each of us is a creation and mirror of God. To know Source exists, is to know we are each droplets of Source with potential to activate and sustain optimal functioning.
