5 Ways awareness is sharpening

At different life stages, its easy to notice changes in conditions, taste preferences, relationships, and inclinations of how and where to spend your time.  What may be less obvious is that it all comes down to slowly dissolving filters of the mind and simultaneous heightening of awareness through the lens of the heart. Recognize five ways your own awareness is sharpening:

1) Food awareness- you are increasingly aware of the nature of energy you ingest, digest and eliminate from food and drink.  You naturally make healthier choices, eating more fresh food and less processed. You may even develop allergies to eliminate certain foods from your diet or simply notice cravings for things like sugar, caffeine, wheat, dairy, subside with no withdrawl.

2) Sensory awareness- you increasingly recognize you obtain information through channels other than the familliar five senses.  That is, you no longer limit a sense of reality to the conditioned filters of your youth, but trust intuition, vibes and what cannot be explained more.

3) Boundary awareness- you increasingly feel connected to your environments and all that is apparently contained within them. In other words, a sense of separation, imaginary boundaries or Self (ego) is shrinking or dissolving. Compassion and kindness are growing stronger and shifting your focus to what is common and shared among all things.  

4) Dream awareness- you increasingly see through layers of your own dreaming, the lessons you orchestrate and the teachings you choose to integrate from this life experience into wider consciousness. You see no true experiencer or experience exists except what you imagine.

5) Love awareness- you increasingly shift to knowing that love and acceptance are the key to everything.  That is, how deeply you feel unwavering peace determines the harmony you see everywhere.  The degree you love self is mirrored in how lovingly you view the external world.

1) Eating processed foods externally then is a reflection of the need to process within. Allergies to certain foods may also be certain associations being trigged by eating certain foods where the taste or the feel of the food is entangled or linked to an event displaced within time. In a way, the food awakens a poltergeist or ghost that lashes out violently, not because its evil, but because its desperate to get your attention. So one may avoid eating the food, but that just keeps the skeleton in the closet. It's likened to a supposed alcoholic who is told they have a disease and can never be cured and therefore remain a victim instead of addressing the emotional problem and then becoming immune to the allergens. cravings therefore are not for food but are for associations whose address needs to be found.

2) the senses then act as pointers to what needs our attention. The sense then leads us to an encounter that requires open and honest connection. That connection then provides a sensation that comes from beyond the five senses.

3) as we begin to see the best in what we place our focus on, the point of interest opens up to participate in sharing, fusion, reproduction and change. Trust then reshapes the environment and our perceived place within it.

4) we are all dreaming indeed. Some dream even that they can not dream. Some dream of what they do not want and then become emotionally excited when they get what they rejected. Through awareness of what we are drawing into our lives through intent, one then refines their filters and intent to draw towards them feelings related to passion. The dream gets lighter and lighter until the dream of this universe is refined into transcendence where there is nothing left to reflect upon.

5) the key component to the universe is love. If love is focused upon,then all boundaries vanish revealing we are the origin of everything created and conceived.

bern, always appreciate your shared insights. Also ponder this:

1) what is eaten or not eaten is always a pointer to love, an invitation to be more loving

2) attention is simply focused thought and necessarily cuts off wider consciousness. Shift focus from the thinking mind to to the feeling heart (or or see thru a fused heart-mind) and the wholeness connection is never absent. Healing is not required.

3) no best or worst exists, only here and now.

4) being fully present is the end of dreaming as the mind knows it.

5) Love is indeed everything and nothing.
