Be content in the changing world

As you gaze out into the world, change is everywhere.  You are invited to change and evolve based on what other people are doing. Come what may, are you always able to take change in stride and view it as an adventure?  If not, then some thought or belief is getting in the way. 

Know raising awareness of how you think and feel is an invitation to laugh at yourself and let go of what has already served its purpose.  Every moment is a new beginning beckoning. Transform your perception and transform your life.  Notice the exhileration and newness that refreshes and revitalizes. Allow the heart to clarify the nature of the experience that focuses your attention. How is it an invitation to love thyself, your conditions and everything around you all the more?

Spirit must have brought me here today. As I struggle through the pain of ending a long relationship, these words brought me comfort and realization that change does not only encompasses endings, but also new beginnings. And so it is. Cordie B., a line from the classic Robert Wise film, The Sound of Music strikes me as perfect:
"When God closes a door, somewhere he opens a window."

This phrase is interpreted in many ways. One perspective is that as you begin to take responsibility as the creator of your life experiences, you begin to realize letting go of situations you outgrow is natural. This allows you to blossom into new situations you are ready to embrace. Every experience offers lessons about love. Every moment, you are invited to love yourself more. I explore this in my books.
