Its all cued up

You are reading this because this is what your vibrational nature is attracting.  As you make peace with where you are, then better feelings unfold or remain consistent within you where you are right now.  When you make an effort to bring others where you are, that is, encourage them to see what you see or feel what you feel, if these people are not ready, these people do not align with you. Feel the vibes. Discern the path of least resistance.  Notice what you are doing.  Are you allowing most of yourself to be in harmony?

The key is to recognize your vibration and make choices that enable you to feel good.  When you are inspired by or drawn toward things, you make decisions based on joy. Yet, its not your responsibility to bring others to your level of vibration and awareness.  You relate to others based on the emotional scale.  Know you are ready for environments that nurture your vitality and enable you to reclaim inner power.

The best things for you are all cued up.  Ask and it is given but do you accept what is made available energetically? Standing where you are, notice how you feel.  Be  eager to express appreciation vibrationally regardless of what others are doing.  Identify positive aspects where you are to make peace with where you came from.  When you appreciate people as they are, you are also accepting self fully.  When how people feel about you no longer matters, resistance within you fades. Feelings of insecurity and inadequacy dissolve. Tune into feeling good now without requiring you or others to be different.  Allow others to be as they are.  Accept all of you.  Reasons for your fear no longer exist.  Allow the essence of being to be present and so it is. All things always work out for you. Know this and live in wisdom.

In the Hands of Destiny

A great Japanese warrior named Nobunaga decided to attack the enemy although he had only one-tenth the number of men the opposition commanded. He knew that he would win, but his soldiers were in doubt.

On the way he stopped at a Shinto shrine and told his men: "After I visit the shrine I will toss a coin. If heads comes, we will win; if tails, we will lose. Destiny holds us in her hand."

Nobunaga entered the shrine and offered a silent prayer. He came forth and tossed a coin. Heads appeared. His soldiers were so eager to fight that they won their battle easily.

"No one can change the hand of destiny," his attendant told him after the battle.

"Indeed not," said Nobunaga, showing a coin which had been doubled, with heads facing either way.

Zen koans such as that above encourage readers to learn not only to "read between the lines," but also "within the words." There is always more to such value tales than meets the eye.

A koan is a story that presents a paradox, a situation that baffles or makes no sense.  Yet, as a readers evolves, he realizes it is how he thinks that is unfounded.

Koans prompt you to alter perception of reality.
Once the mind is able to simplify, the paradox dissolves.

Elizabeth Gilbert & 3 points about genius

Elizabeth Gilbert wrote, Eat Pray Love, about a year she spent travelling the world after a difficult divorce. She has written other books, but this one is particuarly engaging for its humor, trans-cultural flavor, and spiritual healing journey.

Regardless of gender or life condition, something about her journey resonates with every reader. It may be something you experienced in common, lost, abandoned or left behind during a stage of your life. It may be a reaction, a passing fancy or, a dream to venture where you had feared to tread. It all brings you back to your core self. Consider three points about genius;

1) Genius is not rare. Most people speak of genius as a prodigy, in terms of things they are not. They use it as a tool for alienation rather than the ket to reconnect to the deepest spirit. Recognizing your own genius is a normal state of mind blocked by a fundamental defect: lack of insight into yourself.

2) Genius is a second insight. The prospect of radical transformation from the inside brings thoughts of revelation, salvation, escape from suffering, solace, peace. To rediscover this is part of a process of liberation from what you thought you knew where you were. You turn to face your demons.

3) Genius is awareness. To discern dysfunction and reactions within is part of a core healing process. New levels of awareness bring new levels of consciousness and grasp of things as they truly are. Some people trigger revelations during long and perilous geographical journeys. Other people realize how they live, how they manifest or perpetuate certain conditions and mindsets, without ever moving. No matter where you think you go, your mind creates illusion. Becoming aware how it functions brings you degrees of sanity.

Stop getting more of the same

So, you've taken the plunge.  You've decided to start a small business.  Congratulations! Whether you did it because you desire to be your own boss, to schedule your own hours, to provide a service where you intuit a need, or for other reasons, you'll be more in control of your work life than ever. A new source of energy and inspiration is very exciting! Wow!

Now, we all have the power to be the primary driver behind what we do, yet, not everyone takes advantage of this position to better themselves.  Why not you? If you truly wish to stop getting more of the same reactions about work from yourself or other people who disagree with your attitude or choices, then you'd benefit from a willingness to clarify where you are and why.

1) Commit yourself to your new venture.  Even where you are starting a business beside a regular job, you will not succeed with a lack of effort.  Deciding you will make it happen means you will consistently devote a certain amount of time every day to developing this venture, through networking, phone calls, bookkeeping, website building, marketing or whatever. When the option becomes financially viable, you may leave the other job and focus on business development.

2)  Ask those questions you have been afraid to ask. It is forseeable that you'll encounter situations or information you do not completely understand.  This is a sign its time to consult a professional.  Remind yourself lawyers, accountants and outsourcing other experts could be in your interest.

3) Encourage yourself.  Motivational books, business seminars and conventions are ways you can develop yourself at the same time as share valuable lessons learned.  You will find that remaining open to new kinds of information will not only promote your personal growth, but will also nuture your continuing interest and enthusiasm.  Remind yourself being happy and knowledgeable will build client leads and trust.

4) Prepare for uncharted territory. Finding the courage to step out of your comfort zone is admirable, and it often brings its share of obstacles which require problem-solving.  That you feel ready to face uncertainty is a big step to devising the strategies you will need to move ahead.  Prepare yourself mentally for challenges, and they will be less likely to scare you.

5) Decide to seek and change yourself. Business success doesn't necessarily evolve if you begin with a plan to change the world.  However, if you accept you're on a new road of self-discovery, and you take steps to learn,  you'll find your efforts will make a positive difference.  Understand every choice and action enables you to get-to know yourself better.  Everything you think, say and do reveals a bit more about yourself.  The better you know your strengths and weaknesses, the more your business can benefit.
