Alter points of reference

Notice how what you allow yourself to see shifts as you alter points of reference. 

Rather than pinpoint flaws and tell yourself you'll feel better as you alter your appearance or behaviour, look deeply into the heart and connect with the perfect being staring back.

Rather than remark on an apparent lack or imbalance in your life, focus attention instead on the ideal scenario and allow yourself to feel unconditional love, wealth and well-being now.

Rather than work toward something, telling yourself that you'll know fulfillment at the end of the journey, imagine and savour fulfillment now, regardless of what you are doing or not.

Rather than rack your brain to determine how to make something possible within logic of the mind, be still. Recognize everything is already happening without you doing anything.

Rather than exert effort to explain through the mind, feel your way to what is here now.

Listen to the harmony

As you listen closely to the world, you no longer always feel the urge to talk back.  Why is it people are conditioned to be good talkers but not effective listeners? How do you receive what is said? Often, people pay more attention to their inner chatter than what others are saying. 

As you begin to truly listen to yourself and the thoughts that pass through the mind, you discover how it feels to sit quietly for hours and appreciate the silence.  Present moment awareness brings your attention away from the business of life.  You have less to discuss.  Pay attention to your conversations.  Notice how often you refer to the past or future. To listen is to absorb wisdom, to hear what is between the words, where the words are coming from, what is expressed in body language, the vibration of the sounds.  You listen with all senses. The present moment reveals all.

As you allow yourself to grow quiet, you let go of all static between the ears.  Listening to the body triggers catharsis.  In essence, you know what is wrong or unbalanced right away.  You sense what the body requires and take action to recify it.  When you feel tired, you rest.  When your body feels ancy, you exercise. When you sense hunger, you eat.  When you sense a full bladder, you relieve it. When you listen to the mind, you know what it wants. As you get in synch with the body, perceived time is irrelevant. If you feel awake late at night, you do not force sleep.  Emotions are also a reliable gauge for how well you listen to inner self.  Deep listeners only know peace, only show love and compassion, and only hear through a lens of complete acceptance. 

In essence, give yourself permission to listen to the soul.  Give yourself permission to transcend conditioning.  Compassion and kindness are the silent guides that invite you to listen more deeply to yourself and the world.  When you listen rather than think, your intuitive powers kick in and guide you to gather insight.  Open to trust. Harmony is ever-present. It observes your thoughts.

When all is said and done

As you become aware of thoughts, you grow aware of the colour the ego gives them. The awakened mind sees through the colour that takes form as beliefs and attitudes. Everything that moves through the mind may manifest through the body. Everything is a pointer.

Engage the intuition. Feel your way into what is reliable. You know how it feels to sense imbalance and to recognize decision-making time. How we deal with each other is what matters. Be at peace with yourself and in harmony with others. Whenever you want to, you can stop the universe and be still. What is real creates peace, stillness and happiness. Be aware of the reactions going on inside the mind. Notice what you know without thinking.

Ask how you can argue with love, harmony, peace? You cannot know them in your head, only through direct experience. When all is said and done, nothing remains. Nothing is always here and is often overlooked. Why? An underlying stream of thoughts adds colour.

Notice what you allow yourself to see. Notice where you get emotionally involved.  Notice where you observe and remain humble and silent.  Notice darkness and light and what it feels like as they merge.  Saying nothing, doing nothing, being nothing, simply be who you are. If ripples exist on the surface of the lake of your mind, you do not see the stars clearly.

Produce permanent harmony

Your own unique frequency generates continuously.  How often do you consciously allow it to fill your entire being? What is life like as you recognize what produces constant harmony?

As awareness grows, you notice the gentle strength of love is present.  You feel a connection transmitting effortlessly through and all around you.  What the mind tells you is life is only a tiny part of it.  The extent of your creation is inconceivable. All movement and none is in balance.  You have the ability to learn and change with the environment or in spite of it.

Stand back.  Feel what is flowing effortlessly.  Feel the nourishment in the air, the trees, the water, the Earth.  You do nothing and feel the true dimension of everything.  Notice it takes nothing to drive it.  Accessing more than one dimension comes naturally.  Be open to feel the response come back to you.  Notice how you feel energized as you directly transmit energy into more than one dimension.  Acceptance of harmony recognizes nothing exists in isolation.

Let go of your own resistance

Feelings that keep you from realizing a vision only hold your attention if you focus there.  Notice why you doubt, sense you are doing something wrong or feel impatient at a lack of results.  Notice what happens as you shift the focus of your thoughts.  Notice your thoughts are themselves energy vibrations shaping the evolution of your life.  Speak as if the life you dream about it already here.  All the power in the universe conspires to make it happen.  And so it is.

Talk yourself through a breakthrough or change in some area of your life.  For instance:

It is so exciting to be tuned into the flow of what is working.  I know I create my own reality.  I love knowing I create my thoughts and shape the direction of my unfolding experience.  I know that to speak in generalities and to feel good now where I am is a bridge to feeling good about specific changes I would like to see in my life and inviting those to manifest.  I trust the universe is creating a path for me and people enter into my life to help me move ahead. 

Go more specific: I expect synchronicities and continue to notice them.  I have good vibes about branching out to help people help themselves in a new and harmonious setting.   I can feel inside that vibrationally-speaking, researching property for sale  at this point in time is no accident.  I feel I am outgrowing my current conditions and I am also aware that its now a buyer's market.  I know visiting places of interest is a step toward living that dream.   

My vision of a move invites details to fall into place that enable this to happen smoothly. I feel energized as I explore the surrounding community and welcomed by friendly locals. Direct experience further convinces me of the power of intention.  I sense focusing on and speaking openly about a healthy change of scenery is making it unfold in this reality. I love picturing myself in that new house or set of conditions.  I feel the momentum building.
