Notice to what degree you absorb what people say and what Nature expresses to you. Be aware that it is not necessary to interrupt others, to control or end a conversation. Listen to the body. What is it saying? What lessons are you invited to learn or see about yourself through encounters with people and situations? Tune into self-dialogue and you can access innate wisdom. Insecurity only arises if you think you do not measure up to illusions you imagine into being. Raising body awareness allows you to see illusions as they are, and no longer allow them to control you.
