Bound to be silent

The mind eagerly listens and anticipates for the next word or whatever it expects to be coming.  How does it react to an event? It downplays the last one, asks about and begins to plan the next one. What does mind do with silence? It grows restless, voices anxiety or shifts attention to mental noise.  As mind hangs on a state of no mind, it is faced with its greatest fear, the threat of having no identity.  Mind responds to silence by doing things to change your focus of attention. Why does silence inevitably emerge?

The deepest being is only ever silent.  To know one is awake and enlightened means one is bound to be silent.  The heart feels this as ordinary, allowing silence to be as it is. Unconditional love accepts and appreciates each moment and all it embodies.

Appreciation, gratitude & balance

When you appreciate, you recognize the nature of unconditional love and how allowing yourself to feel that increases the intangible value of an experience.  Appreciation is like the absence of doubt, fear, negativity, and all those things that have no relevance to the energy you are vibrating when you feel good.  Consider thoughts of fear do not cross the mind when your focus of attention is on the frequency of love.  You may sense selective awareness, as if the lens of love only sees mesages of love.  As you find the silver lining, see something good in others or in every situation, you appreciate or, make the most of where you are.  You know resistance cannot emerge in allowing.

Gratitude resonates a slightly different energy.  Gratitude is a feeling that emerges as part of the process of sensing accomplishment, like after you overcome an obstacle.  It is then you feel grateful to be where you are after hard work or struggle.  You may feel grateful to be alive after surviving an accident or health issue.  In this way, choosing to feel grateful brings balance.  It brings you from a state of fear back to the inner knowing of the love that is.  A spark of doubt still resides within you about the possibility of having to endure pain and suffering again.  You recall what unwavering acceptance feels like by feeling gratitude, but do not dwell there every moment. You falter slightly.

Being oneness

You may ask yourself what you can do to help others, to truly make a difference.  A difference in what? and why?

Being oneness is about accepting and allowing energy to flow.  You do not actually change the world you are in but alter your frequency and grow conscious and aware of parallel worlds.  You shift focus of attention and decide how to feel or experience your transformation. Guides offer help unseen by physical senses.  To courageously open up to the infinite, allows the infinite to support one.  Whatever this means or represents is known inside.

You see it all 

As you imagine a place without any distinction whatsoever, you no longer notice anything is bad or wrong.  You love something about everything. You know everything turns out well.  At any given moment, you exist in the best-feeling place you can find.  It is no longer possible to experience the absence of something you want.  You only vibrate on the same frequency as that which resonates with you and you have it all.  You choose to allow everything. You only see things through eyes that sense wellness, love, abundance, appreciation, value, compliments, advantages, optimism and align this.  You see it all through you.  You only see the best in yourself.  Focus on that feeling.  You expand love into places you do not yet dream.

The things we love most 

You might wonder if you can truly love anything more than anything else.  Everything being equal, the essence of being loves all the same. Yet, during your process of remembering in physical worlds, notice inner evolution.  As you identify and focus on positive aspects of all situations, you invite clarity, allow well-being, feel a greater sense of relief and draw toward you more experience that is meaningful. 

Notice how often your habits of thought resist or deny that everything serves you.  This includes all those encounters with friends and relatives that evoke discomfort, fear and negativity inside you.  The more you choose to feel good about where you are, the more reasons you attract to feel good.  As you reflect, you realize what you love most about existence is messages of unconditional love are everywhere.  You are reminded of contrast to encourage you to 'snap out of' temporary amnesia.  Know you are worthy.  Trust all is well. Sense you are in a perfect place to laugh, love and appreciate every moment you are given.
