Powerful practice is required

Notice a powerful practice is required to realize the deathless Self so as not to fall into a lower state of consciousness during ongoing transitions. Whatever happens in external environments could evoke shock, grief, turmoil, distract from the deeper truth. The nature of distortions may disturb core inner peace. It helps to remind onself everything is in the mind, including the "we" , emotions, and illusion of separation from anything. Be aware one is an antenna for energy flow. Inhale and exhale. Gently bring focus inward to see with the third eye.
For a realized being, the Self alone is the reality and actions are only phenomenal, not affecting the Self. Even whe he (The Self) acts, he has no sense of being an agent. His actions are only involuntary (spontaneous without intention), and he remains a witness to them without attachment. No sense of doership exists. No aim exists for action. Work and other activity need not hinder meditation. Only as meditation becomes second nature then first nature are disturbances seen as they are. Being unwavering, truly focused in the Supreme Spirit alone guides us to know and realize Spirit. If we move in and out of it, we only have glimpses. It being of us and in us prompts us to discard the external world as transitory. Our intellectual sense of it must be discarded as it brings us into a state of duality.
It is a delusion to think "you" can ever be aware of the ultimate reality (Brahman). Only by letting go of the mind (in the sense of thought) can one realize the symbolic Self. Divine grace is essential for realisation. It leads one here. Grace is earned as the result of devotion, effort, sincerity. If it came as the result of ego, ego could not fade. Letting go of doing brings liberation. Mind must be introverted and kept focused on its higher pursuit of attention itself without being influenced by any external impressions. Every moment, one is right here.

Decode the upheavals

Notice ongoing upheavals in our lives, the Earth and cosmos, echo an unprecedented opportunity for inner growth. As we expand consciousness, we get honest with ourselves about what is no longer working or serving us, take steps toward conscious change. Denial or repression of who we are causes misery. Keeping busy, gettting lost in addictions, is not an effective solution. We can progress from thinker to talker and doer to being. As we remember more, we recognize, dismantle patterns, activate more of our true abilities, create space for what we blocked, believed was not real or possible. We stay confused, hit rock bottom or endure rebirth. To realize we need not prove our worth, allows us to shap out of it.
At the perfect moment, we recognize we are consciousness with the potential to change matter. It dawns it is our decision how we look at the past, future or any moment. The nature of focus has power to alter perception and shift timelines. How we mentally review or describe a given event changes the vibration of an experience, reorders us at a cellular level, changes how life unfolds since then.
Such energy shifts create space in the mind for a new era of travel. Imagine moving along planes of consciousness, between realms initially seen and unseen. What may seem unreal or denied by the ego and physical senses is very real to a larger part of us or the Oversoul that orchestrates the whole thing. Imagine travelling freely without passports, without barriers or restrictions that have us buy into illusory limitations. Imagine the implications of unlimited being.
Those who are ready energetically are guided, taken to places best suited to their own vibration and potential for expansion. Staying open and receptive allows us to get excited about new possibilities that unfold beyond a purely mental journey of ideas. Being in harmony energetically is what transforms visions from a level of heresay into the energy flows of direct spontaneous experience.
As light, soul travel already occurs interdimensionally, here and now. Deja-vu offers a sample glimpse of wrinkles in timelines. We discover the experience of multidimensional being from the point we stop believing this as a mere possibility and shift into awareness of the only real option. To know and be unified with all that is is to know wholeheartedly who is in charge of reality and take full and complete responsibility for what is.
Turns out, light and technology move faster than the human mind can fathom. Imagine creating worlds faster than blinks of an eye. The imperative is to master the mind. Self-mastery changes the game. Time- space, wormholes, portals, stargates, leylines, grid realities, all begin to align out of pixelation as part of passing thru the zero point (the veil), on many layers and fractals. The big secret is. humans have mastery in our DNA. Learning to activate it is a test.

Choose Soul-based decision-making

My child is unhappy at daycare, growing noticably more anxious, and getting sick more often. I will regret it forever if I don’t leave my job, change my livelihood, to care for my child at home.

“I feel stressed in my workspace. There is so much negative energy among colleagues, even discrimination. I don’t know where to go for grievances. Just know that I can’t stay.”

“ I feel an urgency to pursue my dream. I have a vision but lack full clarity.”

I can relate to quandries about parenting and work-life balance, as well as roles in public and private sectors.  As a coach, clients consult me for guidance about life change without always knowing the next steps on their journey. What they and we all come to realize if open and receptive, is that our body-mind is constantly giving us signs and signals. We can learn to read them. Part of us knows what is not aligned with our soul. The messages are loud and persistent, to where they are difficult to ignore.  The voices invite us to give up the needs of our ego – earned job title, predictable income, security, maybe how and where we live and take leaps of faith without knowing how things will turn out! Its an exercise in trust. Can you relate to that inner urge to change?

With the onslaught of the global health concerns, wildfires, environmental calamities, political upheavals, and far more, we are repeatedly to prompted to act differently.  The inner voice is getting louder. As we begin to see our lives in terms of energy, the stakes are high when we are out of alignment! How can we learn to make decisions that are aligned with collective wisdom and that reliable intuition?

Six Modes of Decision-Making

In the book The New Leadership Paradigm, Richard Barrett talks about Six Modes of Decision Making.

  1. Instinct-Based
  2. Subconscious Belief-Based
  3. Conscious Belief Based
  4. Values-Based
  5. Intuition-Based
  6. Inspiration-Based

Question is, in day-to-day life, what sort of decision-making evokes more joy and freedom? If we are guided by internal feelings, or the soul, then these modes take us closer or further away from the best choice on our path.

1.    Instinct-Based Decisions

This is about biological survival. For example, babies instinctively know how to suckle and cry when they are born, in order to help them gain the food and attention they need to survive. As adults, your instincts kick in when you are in danger, such as the fight or flight response.  In this realm, actions proceed thought. You are not consciously in control of your decisions.

2.    Subconscious Belief-Based Decisions

This is about personal memories and experiences from the past and are often driven by emotions rather than rational thought. When you make subconscious decisions based on beliefs from the past, you are often responding to unmet ego needs.  In this realm, action still proceeds thought and you are still not consciously in control of your decisions. The key decision driver is your personal experience rather than your biology.

3.    Conscious Belief-Based

This is where the realm of rational decision-making based on conscious thought, information, and experience. In this type of decision-making you switch to thinking before you act. You are in control. Yet, you still tend to make decisions based on past experiences and feelings, rather than on your future and infinite potential.

4.    Values-Based decision-making

This involves examining your past beliefs and experiences and letting go of what no longer serves you anymore. When you move into values-based decision-making, you can create a future that resonates with who you truly are and want to become.  Values-based decision-making is based on your personal values and the future you want to create. You are in control of your actions and consult with others to consciously create the best outcome.

5.    Intuition-Based decisions

This is about allowing you to tap into a deeper and collective wisdom of a larger group. This may involve giving up your personal preference in service of the whole. You shift away from your ego-system into a larger eco-system view.

With intuition-based decisions, you expand our awareness of the whole, suspend your judgment, empty your mind, and are open to thoughts that arise and reflect a wisdom that is greater than your own.

6.    Inspiration-Based decision-making is responding to the promptings of our soul. This decision-making enables your soul to fulfill its purpose in this world. Barrett mentions that some forms of depression arise from ignoring these insistent promptings of the soul.

In this realm, thoughts seem to appear from nowhere, they are persistent, and there are emotional consequences for not listening to them.

Three Ways to Align Decisions with the Needs of Your Soul

Here are some tips you can practice to begin shifting to making decisions aligned to the needs of your soul:

1. Be Aware of the Level at Which You are Making Decisions

  • Do you tend to get stuck in rational decision-making based on your past experience, without considering values? When is that appropriate? And when might you need to shift to exploring the involved in the situations.

2. Consult others

  • Through consulting with others and becoming more aware of diverse perspectives, you begin to expand your own knowledge, gain deeper levels of understanding, and tap into a collective wisdom that is greater than your own.

3. Meditation, Prayer, Spiritual Practice

  • Tapping into values, intuition, and inspiration is a spiritual practice. Take 5 minutes per day to quiet your mind, be present, and seek wisdom from your ancestors in the spiritual realm and the wisdom of the universe. Ask for guidance in decision-making. It may come in a dream, while immersed in nature or in a quiet moment. Listen carefully and pay attention.

At what level do you tend to make decisions? At what level would you like to make decisions?  What is most effective for you in different life areas?  Would you benefit from coaching along these lines? Contact us.

Return to Love

Notice that to love another anything is to see the face of God. As we consciously love another, recognize the mirror reflection, we love and accept ourselves fully, we see the perfection through imperfection. Anything we do not love is a teacher about love, guiding us to let go of illusions of separation between real and unreal.
In this world, we are taught to seek someone else's idea of a better life, external approval, something other than what we are, to aspire to be somewhere else with someone else, to be only selectively aware and to selectively feel, to avoid what evokes discomfort. Thoughts keep us focused on the external, create chronic dissatisfaction, prevent us from remembering what it feels like to be happy now.
Trust is about refocusing inward, releasing fear and judgement of others, ourselves as well as the unknown. As we trust, something always invites us to stretch and grow into the full spectrum of our emotions and unleash untapped potential. At a given moment, whatsoever is needed arises beyond scope of ego mind. Surrender arises from deep down, from a knowing all is well.
Happiness then, arises in the present, where truth is, where we let go of the fear something can be or go wrong. When we allow mind to wander between past and future, we get lost in depression that negative history may repeat or anticipation life canot meet our expectations and will disappoint. Only as we stay present, do the best we can with the body we have, does trust arise as a focal point of awareness and shift vibration. The same energy can be felt as fear or peace in this moment. We control a gauge of how we feel.
In essence, we get all we truly need. As needs arise, they are satisfied. That´s the beauty of trust. By and by, we learn existence goes on providing, caring, supporting our journey. We are not indifferent to existence. It does not ignore us. Trust fully and no obstacle exists that cannot be overcome. As we truly get the knack of trust, all worry disappears. This is the way to blossom into fearlessness.
