Reconnect with spontaneity

Notice the nature of soul-level spontaneity versus mind-driven motivation.  Which do you favor or ignore?  One way to deepen spiritual practice is to sense a journey to expand and serve others emerges from the innermost core.  Some people are inspired by altruism.  Others are motivated to act based on fear or something in-between.  The world transforms through our changes in attitude, perception and behaviour.  Whether you choose to awaken to the nature and extent of energy flowing through you, is up to you.

Being a biologist at heart, the word altruism is very dear to me. I was always in awe when I learned about the altruistic behaviors of some birds. It was like sensing a deeper meaning of how life unravels.

So today, service towards others is a part that is very natural and dear to me as well. I think tapping into nature, and the nature of our existence can awaken that greatly indeed.

I feel everything we do is in service to others, or to ourselves, everything :) in some way or another
I do feel this is in our inner most core.

I needed to look altruism up, to see the difference betwen this and fear driven or mind driven and to connect it to spontaneity.

Spontaneity feels like it is our first response, without mind, without thought, altruism then would be service without mind or thought, and I picture all the stories of mothers dashing out into the road to save children from cars, or drivers swerving to avoid critters on the road :) like instinstively doing so, spontaneitly doing so, and when asked after what went through the mind before doing something as this, knowing it was maybe just for the survival of the other.

Service to others is a very fine way to live and love, indeed!

I ask mysellf, "What are 10 little things I can do for others today?" Even if they are little things, they all add up to Cosmic Synchronicity.

Wonderful reminder.

Evita, many people forget much of their behaviour is nurtured rather than connected to nature. All conditioning influences the development of values, principles and judgments. It is the process of awakening that enables the essence of being to guide rather than the mind.

tumel, to feel connected to everything and everywhere is a huge revelation for many people. As one transcends the mind and its judgment, 'right or wrong' no longer have any meaning. Everything unfolds without any effort. One recognizes love and compassion underly all choices.Psychological and spiritual states are felt as incredibly blessed and happy.

Jannie, being conscious of how you serve and enrich the lives of others also enriches the essence of your energy being. It is a mutually-beneficial gesture. The results are not comprehended by mind.
