Be aware of nothing

Many people are focused on events that unfold in the external world.  Imagine what occurs as you shift attention from the objects and events you perceive to grow more aware of the space itself.  What if nothing is more life-transforming than the apparent something?

Allow yourself to feel the space around you.  To concentrate on nothing triggers internal shifts in awareness.  To be conscious of the space behind what you typically focus on, you are also growing acquainted with the feeling of empty or no-mind. Why do this?

As you remember how the invisible dimension feels, you begin to remember more.  You also recognize when the real you is unbalanced.  You become more discerning about fear and how it distorts perception.  Love heals.  Its all Cosmic Synchronicity.

Hi Liara,

I love the title. The more we are aware of nothing, the more we have something. As we travel through visible and invisible dimensions, we learn how to not be affected by the insignificant things.

Only when we're empty of the mind,
The Cosmic Awareness can pour in :)

'something' can only be perceived in relationship to the 'nothing' that surrounds it.

Alexys, human beings are conditioned to get emotional and make something out of nothing. This kind of practice is precisely what distracts the mind from what exists beyond it. To sense nothing is meaningful alters perspective and redefines 'something.'.

Rizal, another view is that cosmic awareness is always present. The thing is, the truth is often obscured by misplaced feelings and visions. WHen you connect with what you truly desire to experience, you experience it even if you do not feel what you are doing on that level. The mind is programmed to block out what is beyond its scope. Love never leaves you. It is all you are.

Hi Liara .. I do enjoy my own company, especially at the moment with so much going on around me, so the moments I have to myself in apparent mindlessness are very useful in quieting me and soothing my thought processes .. ie I don’t actively seek – sometimes things pop up and I jot them down. I believe I am learning and absorbing more of ‘whole life’ .. I will get to meditate properly shortly and learn the breath - these aspects are going in .. slowly!

Henry, you make a meaningful point. Human beings are conditioned to notice the visible rather than (or before) the invisible. To notice space, the mind often requires physical objects to be present to make spacelessness seem real. In a similar way, time is a human invention put forward in forms in order to jog the inner self about formlessness and timlessness which are parallel realities. I explore such concepts in my Cosmic Synchronicity book available via Inner Circle Publishing and e-distributors worldwide.
